Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a practice tool for practicing skiing, snowboarding, etc. at home.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Sports such as skiing, snowboarding, surfing, and skateboarding are actively performed among a wide range of generations, mainly young people. What is common in these sports is how to balance on the board that slides. Therefore, as a tool for cultivating a sense of balance at home and for training muscles necessary for snowboarding, a snowboard simulator disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-194768 and a snowboard practice device disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-127844 have been disclosed. ing. These practice tools basically consist of rollers and casters placed on the underside of a board that simulates a snowboard. And those who use these training equipment devices train and develop a sense of balance by riding on the board and applying their weight in any direction.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a practice tool, the plate material is substantially rigid, so it is impossible to sense the actual feeling of snowboard bending, the hardness and softness of the board. For example, when learning the technique of turning on snow, the hardness and softness of the board are important factors, but with conventional practice tools it is impossible to feel them and there are many points to be improved.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide a practice tool that can sense even a sense of bending such as actual skiing or snowboarding.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, according to the present invention, a practice tool for practicing skiing, snowboarding, etc., which is detachably attached to the lower surface of skiing, snowboarding, etc. Equipped with a training tool body that floats and supports, the bottom surface of the training tool body is formed in a convex surface with the center part of the training tool body high and the edges low when viewed from the front or rear in the direction of travel of skis, snowboards, etc. The practice tool body is composed of a deformable elastic body, the lower surface center part of the practice tool body composed of the elastic body is fixed on a table, and a handrail is attached to the table. , Snowboarding and other training tools are provided.
[0006]
Attach this exercise tool before and after skiing, snowboarding, etc. In this case, if the upper surface of the exercise tool body is attached to the lower surface of the ski, snowboard, etc., and the ski, snowboard, etc. are sandwiched between the upper surface of the exercise tool body and the lower surface of the press member using an appropriate holding member, It is possible to attach the exercise tool body firmly to the underside of skis, snowboards, etc. In this way, the exercise tool body is attached to the lower surface of the ski, snowboard, etc., and the practitioner actually gets on the ski, snowboard, etc. Since the lower surface of the exercise tool body is convex, the practitioner riding on skis, snowboards, etc., moves skis, snowboards, etc. left and right (skiing, snowboarding, etc. It can be tilted as appropriate (in a direction perpendicular to the direction), and you can experience the feeling of turning. The practice tool of the present invention can be practiced by actually attaching it to a board such as skis and snowboards, and can also be tried by actually wearing boots. , You can feel the softness, you can feel the switching of the edge using the bending and repulsion of skiing, snowboarding, etc. and the continuous turn of the fine turn while pressing and pulling the board It becomes.
[0007]
In this training tool, the training tool body is formed of a deformable elastic body . By doing so, the weight and leg strength of the practitioner riding on skis, snowboards, etc., can be absorbed by the deformation of the body of the practice tool, and the burden on the practitioner's feet can be reduced. In addition, it is possible to experience edge turning and the like by utilizing the repulsion of the deformed training tool body.
[0008]
Moreover, the lower surface center part of the training tool main body comprised with the said elastic body is being fixed on the stand . In this way, when the training tool body is fixed on the stand, the practitioner can tilt the ski, snowboard, etc. right and left as appropriate using the elasticity of the training tool body. At that time, the practice tool body does not come off the table, so that it can be prevented from falling. A handrail is attached to the table . That way, you can practice while holding on to the handrail and be safe.
[0009]
Further, a slide means that is movable in a direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of skis, snowboards, etc. may be mounted on the lower surface of the practice tool body. Then, not only can the skis, snowboards, etc. be tilted, but also the skis, snowboards, etc. can be slid to the right and left as appropriate, and the sideslip and side G generated during the turn can be experienced.
[0010]
Moreover, it is good that the stopper is mounted | worn with the lower surface both sides of the said training tool main body. Then, when the ski, snowboard or the like is tilted, the stopper comes into contact with the ground, so that the ski, snowboard or the like can be prevented from being excessively tilted, and the fall is prevented. It is also possible to develop a sense of edging. In addition, as a stopper, it is good to use elastic members, such as rubber | gum, a coil spring, and a leaf | plate spring, for example.
[0011]
Moreover, you may provide the spacer pinched | interposed between the lower surfaces of the said ski, snowboard, etc. and the upper surface of the said training tool main body. Then, by using a spacer, the height at which skis, snowboards, etc. can be lifted from the ground can be adjusted.
In addition, when attaching the exercise tool body before and after skiing, snowboarding, etc., it is possible to make the skiing, snowboarding, etc. lean forward or backward by adjusting the number of spacers.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. A practice tool 1 for skiing, snowboarding, etc. according to the embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 (hereinafter simply referred to as “practicing tool 1”) includes a training tool body 10 that is detachably attached to the lower surface of skiing, snowboarding, etc. , A pressing member 11 is provided which is used to attach the exercise tool body 10 to the lower surface of a ski, snowboard or the like.
[0013]
The training tool main body 10 includes a support member 12 and a convex member 13 fixed to the lower surface of the support member 12. In the illustrated example, the convex member 13 is made of a material that does not substantially deform. The lower surface of the convex member 13 (the lower surface of the training tool main body 10) is formed in a convex surface with a central portion that is high and thin toward the bottom, and both left and right end portions that are low and thin toward the bottom. In this example, the lower surface of the convex member 13 is formed in an arc shape.
[0014]
Holes 16 and 16 and holes 17 and 17 through which screws 15 and 15 are passed are respectively formed at the left and right ends of the pressing member 11 and the left and right ends of the support member 12. As will be described below, wing nuts 18 and 18 for fixing are screwed onto the tips of the screws 15 and 15, respectively.
[0015]
Now, a case where the training tool 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention configured as described above is attached to the lower surface of the snowboard 5 will be described. As shown in FIG. (Upper surface of the practice tool body 10) is applied, and on the other hand, the pressing member 11 is applied to the upper surface of the snowboard 5. Then, screws 15 are passed from below through holes 16 and 17 formed at the left and right ends of the holding member 11 and the left and right ends of the support member 12, and a wing nut 18 is attached to the tip of the screw 15 protruding above the holding member 11. Screw each one. Thus, by tightening the wing nut 18, the snowboard 5 is sandwiched between the training tool body 10 and the pressing member 11, and the training tool body 10 can be firmly attached to the lower surface of the snowboard 5.
[0016]
Thus, when attaching the training tool main body 10 to the lower surface of the snowboard 5, as shown in FIG. 3, the training tool main body before and after the position (stance position) 5 ′ where the trainer 6 puts his / her foot on the snowboard 5 is provided. 10 is attached. Further, when the exercise tool body 10 is attached to the lower surface of the snowboard 5, the convex member 13 formed on the arc-shaped convex surface as described above with respect to the traveling direction of the snowboard 5 (the longitudinal direction of the board of the snowboard 5). Arranged so that the lower surface goes straight, the traveling direction of the snowboard 5 (longitudinal direction of the board), when viewed from the front or the rear, the central part of the practice tool body 10 is thicker toward the bottom and the left and right ends are down The exercise tool main body 10 is attached to the lower surface of the snowboard 5 so as to become thinner and thinner.
[0017]
In this way, the exercise tool main body 10 is attached to the lower surface of the snowboard 5, and the practitioner 6 actually gets on the snowboard 5 as shown in FIG. In this case, the boot 7 actually used can be worn. Since the lower surface of the practice tool main body 10 is formed as a convex surface, the snowboard 5 is supported in a state of floating from the ground. The trainer 6 riding the snowboard 5 can appropriately tilt the snowboard 5 left and right (in a direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the snowboard 5) by using the convex surface by moving the body weight, and the sense of turn, etc. You will be able to experience it.
[0018]
As described above, in the practice tool 1 described in the embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to practice by attaching it to the snowboard 5, so that the practitioner 6 feels that the board of the actual snowboard 5 is bent and the board is fixed. You can also feel the softness and softness, and you can also experience the switching of edges using the bending and repulsion of the board and the continuous turn of fine turns. The practitioner 6 can also know the characteristics of his / her tools by using the snowboard 5 and boots 7 he / she has.
[0019]
As described above with reference to FIG. 3, the training tool main body 10 is attached before and after the stance position 5 ′. In this case, the mounting position of the training tool main body 10 can be appropriately shifted in the front-rear direction. For example, when it is desired to experience the bending of the entire board of the snowboard 5, it is preferable to attach the exercise tool main body 10 to the tip and the rear end of the snowboard 5 as much as possible. If you do so, you will be able to experience long turns using the deflection of the entire plate. On the other hand, in particular, when it is desired to experience the bending near the center of the snowboard 5, it is preferable to attach the exercise tool body 10 to a position as close to the stance position 5 ′ as possible. By doing so, it is possible to experience a short turn or strong edging using the deflection near the center of the snowboard 5 in particular.
[0020]
Note that the lower surface of the practice tool body 10 (the lower surface of the convex member 13) is not limited to an arc shape.
For example, as shown in FIG. 5, a horizontal plane portion 20 (parallel to the upper surface of the training tool body 10) may be formed at the center of the lower surface of the training tool body 10 (the lower surface of the convex member 13). Thus, if the plane part 20 is formed in the center of the lower surface of the training tool main body 10, when the trainer 6 rides on the snowboard 5, it is stable and easy to balance. For this reason, even beginners can know the characteristics of their snowboard 5 such as the hardness and softness of the board.
[0021]
For example, as shown in FIG. 6, a cushioning material 21 such as sponge or rubber may be attached to the lower surface of the practice tool body 10 (the lower surface of the convex member 13). When the practicing person 6 actually practices on the snowboard 5, the lower surface of the convex member 13 does not directly contact the ground, and there is no fear of damaging the floor even when practicing indoors.
[0022]
Further, when the exercise tool main body 10 is attached to the lower surface of the snowboard 5, the screw 15 and the wing nut 18 need not be used. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, a pressing member 11 may be rotatably attached to one end of a support member 12 provided in the practice tool main body 10 by a hinge or the like. When the practice tool 1 is attached to the lower surface of the snowboard 5, as shown by a one-dot chain line 11 'in FIG. 7, the pressing member 11 is temporarily rotated upward and supported on the lower surface of the snowboard 5. The upper surface of the member 12 (the upper surface of the practice tool main body 10) is applied. Thereafter, the holding member 11 is rotated downward so that the snowboard 5 is firmly sandwiched between the training tool body 10 and the holding member 11, and the other end of the training tool body 10 and the other end of the pressing member 11 are connected to an appropriate stopper. 22 to fix. In this manner, the training tool body 10 can be firmly attached to the lower surface of the snowboard 5 by sandwiching the snowboard 5 between the training tool body 10 and the pressing member 11 as described above.
[0023]
Next, in the training tool 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 8, the training tool body 10 has a configuration in which a convex member 25 made of a deformable elastic body is fixed to the lower surface of the support member 12. Yes. In the illustrated example, the convex member 25 is configured by a plate spring such as steel. The configuration for attaching the training tool main body 10 to the lower surface of the snowboard 5 is the same as that described with reference to FIG.
[0024]
If the training tool body 10 is configured using an elastic body in this way, the weight and leg strength of the trainer 6 riding on the snowboard 5 can be absorbed by the deformation of the training tool body 10 (convex member 25). The burden on the foot can be reduced. It is also possible to experience edge turning and the like using the repulsion of the deformed training tool body 10.
[0025]
When the exercise tool body 10 is configured using an elastic body in this way, for example, as shown in FIG. 9, a limiter 26 for suppressing excessive deformation of the convex member 25 is provided on the lower surface of the support member 12. It is good to attach. Then, even when a large load is applied and the convex member 25 is greatly deformed as shown by a one-dot chain line 25 'in FIG. 9, the convex member 25 is excessively pressed by being pressed by the limiter 26. Can be prevented, and damage such as permanent deformation of the convex member 25 can be prevented.
[0026]
As shown in FIG. 10, stoppers 27 made of rubber, elastic resin, or the like may be attached to the left and right sides of the lower surface of the practice tool main body 10 (support member 12). Then, when the snowboard 5 is tilted, the stopper 27 comes into contact with the ground, so that the snowboard 5 can be prevented from tilting excessively, and the fall is prevented. The angle at which the inclination of the snowboard 5 is stopped can be adjusted by changing the mounting position and height of the stopper 27.
[0027]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 11, elastic plates 28 may be attached to both the left and right sides of the lower surface of the practice tool main body 10 (support member 12), and stoppers 27 may be attached to the elastic plates 28. Then, edging can be practiced using the flexure of the elastic plate 28.
[0028]
Next, in the training tool 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 12, the center part of the lower surface of the training tool body 10 (convex member 25) made of an elastic body such as a leaf spring is appropriately used. It is fixed on a base 30 by a fixing member 31 such as a screw. As shown in FIG. 13, the base 30 has a long width in a direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the snowboard 5 (the longitudinal direction of the board of the snowboard 5).
[0029]
Thus, if the training tool main body 10 is fixed on the stand 30, the practitioner can appropriately tilt the snowboard 5 to the left and right using the elasticity of the training tool main body 10 (convex member 25). At this time, since the training tool main body 10 is not detached from the base 30 by being fixed by the fixing member 31, it is possible to prevent the fall.
[0030]
Further, as shown in FIG. 14, handrails 32 may be attached to both sides of the base 30.
If the handrail 32 is attached in this way, the practitioner can practice while grasping the handrail 32 and is safe. In this case, as shown in FIG. 15, the platforms 30 of the two training tools 1 attached to the front and rear of the snowboard 5 may be connected by a handrail 32. Further, as shown in FIG. 14, if a roller 33 or the like is attached to the lower surface of the base 30, it can be appropriately slid right and left while riding on the snowboard 5.
[0031]
Next, in the training tool 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 16, the direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the snowboard 5 (the longitudinal direction of the board) is formed on the lower surface of the convex member 13 in the training tool body 10. A plurality of rollers 35 are mounted as slide means that can move in a direction perpendicular to the head. In the example shown in FIG. 16, stoppers 27 made of rubber or the like are also mounted on the left and right sides of the lower surface of the practice tool main body 10 (support member 12). Further, in the training tool 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 17, a caterpillar mechanism 36 as a similar sliding means is mounted on the lower surface of the training tool body 10 (convex member 13). .
[0032]
According to the training tool 1 of the form shown in FIGS. 16 and 17, not only the snowboard 5 can be tilted but also the snowboard 5 can be appropriately slid to the left and right, and a side slip that occurs during the turn can be experienced. . In the practice tool 1 in which the convex member 25 is configured by a leaf spring as previously described with reference to FIG. 8 or the like, a roller 35 or a caterpillar mechanism 36 as a slide means may be mounted on the lower surface of the practice tool main body 10. .
[0033]
Next, the spacer 40 shown in FIG. 18 is used by being sandwiched between the lower surface of the snowboard 5 and the upper surface of the training tool main body 10 (supporting member 12) in the training tool 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention. It is. The spacer 40 has an appropriate thickness that can be sandwiched between the lower surface of the snowboard 5 and the upper surface of the practice tool main body 10 (support member 12). , 15 through holes 41, 41 are formed.
[0034]
As shown in FIG. 19, when the exercise tool 1 is attached to the lower surface of the snowboard 5, the spacer 40 is overlapped on the upper surface of the exercise tool main body 10 (support member 12). In FIG. 19, an example in which only one spacer 40 is stacked on the training tool main body 10 is illustrated, but it goes without saying that two or more spacers 40 may be stacked on the training tool main body 10. In this way, with the spacer 40 interposed between the lower surface of the snowboard 5 and the upper surface of the training tool main body 10, the screw 15 is passed from below the training tool main body 10 to protrude above the holding member 11 applied to the upper surface of the snowboard 5. The wing nut 18 is firmly screwed onto the tip of the screw 15. As a result, the snowboard 5 can be supported in a state of being further lifted from the ground by the thickness of the spacer 40.
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 20, when the exercise tool 1 is attached before and after the snowboard 5, for example, when the exercise tool 1 is attached in front of the snowboard 5, the spacer 40 is not used and the exercise tool 1 is attached behind the snowboard 5. If you use an appropriate number of spacers 40, you can lift the back of the snowboard 5 by the thickness of the spacer 40, and practice forward leaning or turning while feeling the inclination. become able to. Of course, when the practice tool 1 is attached in front of the snowboard 5, the spacer 40 can be used to practice in a backward tilt posture. By adjusting the number of the spacers 40, it is possible to arbitrarily adjust the forward and backward tilt angles, the height at which the snowboard 5 is lifted from the ground, and the like.
[0036]
Next, in the practice tool 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 21, the positions of the stoppers 27 made of rubber or the like that are attached to the left and right sides of the lower surface of the practice tool main body 10 (support member 12). It is configured to be variable. For example, as shown by the solid line 27 in FIG. 21, if the stoppers 27 are arranged apart from the left and right sides of the lower surface of the practice tool body 10, the inclination of the snowboard 5 can be stopped at a small angle, and stability is increased. . On the other hand, for example, as shown by the alternate long and short dash line 27 'in FIG. 21, if the stopper 27 is placed close to the left and right sides of the lower surface of the practice tool body 10, the snowboard 5 can be greatly tilted. You will also be able to practice raising the edges to a large angle. As described above, the angle at which the inclination of the snowboard 5 is stopped can be adjusted by changing the mounting position of the stopper 27. In addition, although the example which adjusts the attachment position of the stopper 27 in two steps was demonstrated in FIG. 21, it is also possible to finely adjust the attachment position of the stopper 27 in three steps or more.
[0037]
As mentioned above, although preferred embodiment of this invention was illustrated, this invention is not limited to the form demonstrated here. The practice tool of the present invention is not limited to snowboards, but can also be applied to practice tools for similar exercise such as skiing, surfing, and skateboarding.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it is possible to practice skiing, snowboarding, etc. by experiencing pitch, roll, yaw, etc. easily and safely in a room or the like, and a preferred practice tool is provided for reducing balance. In addition, when the practice tool of the present invention is used, the optimum position (stance) when riding on a snowboard or the like can be confirmed, and the binding position can be easily adjusted. According to the present invention, the actual bending, hardness, and softness of the board can be experienced and the characteristics of the board can be known.
