Description
Claims (8)
- プラスチック被覆紙または厚紙から作られた封止部材(3、4)を封止する方法であって、該方法は、前記封止部材を封止線に沿って少なくとも1個の前記封止部材のプラスチック被覆をレーザービーム(11)で溶融し、プラスチック被覆が固化するときに前記封止部材を互いに接着することによって前記封止部材を結合することを含み、
前記封止部材(3、4)が、封止中に前記封止部材を固定するために、一対の押圧部材からなるクランプにより封止線に隣接して掴まれ、
封止線に沿って動き、封止点を開いたまま保つために前記封止部材を押圧して分離し、レーザービーム(11)を開かれた封止点に導いてプラスチックを溶融し、最終的に前記封止部材を互いに押圧して封止する封止手段(7)によって封止されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記紙または厚紙から作られた封止部材の1つが、その縁部に形成された折り目(6)で、前記封止部材(3、4)を封止線に沿って重なり合わせて封止されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、プラスチック被覆紙または厚紙から作られた打ち抜き品(1)の対向する縁部を互いに封止することを含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、袋または容器梱包の側部に沿って封止することを含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記レーザービーム(11)が保護ガスで取り囲まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施する装置であって、2個の紙または厚紙から作られた封止部材(3、4)を互いに封止線に対して配置された位置に保つためのクランプ(8)、および、封止線に沿って可動であり、封止可能な前記封止部材を押圧して分離して封止点を開く手段(9)と、プラスチック被覆を溶融するレーザービーム(11)を開かれた封止点に導くためのレーザーヘッド(10)と、最後に、前記封止部材を互いに押圧するための封止閉鎖手段(12)とを備えるレーザー封止手段(7)を備えることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記封止点開放手段が、封止線に沿って紙または厚紙から作られた封止部材(3、4)のあいだを押圧する、連続的な2個の楔形状の要素(9)を備え、前記レーザーヘッド(10)がレーザービーム(11)をこれらの要素間の封止点に導くことを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記クランプが、封止すべき2個の紙または厚紙から作られた封止部材(3、4)をそのあいだにクランプする顎(8)を有することを特徴とする請求項6または7記載の装置。
