この発明は、コンバインに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来からコンバインの脱穀装置においては、扱室に軸架内装した扱胴によって供給される穀稈を脱穀し、この脱穀によって扱受網から漏下した脱穀物と、扱室の排出口から排出される扱受網から漏下しない脱穀物とを揺動選別棚上に落下させ、この落下した脱穀物は該選別棚の移送棚により移送を行い、この移送された脱穀物をチャフシーブへ送り、該シーブにより穀粒と小さな藁屑を下方へ漏下選別し、残った大きな藁屑をストローラックへ送り、該ラックにより更に穀粒と小さな藁屑を漏下選別を行うと共に、大きな藁屑は機外へ排出させる作用を行わせるもの等が一般的であった。

また、従来では、脱穀物を排塵処理する排塵処理室は、脱穀排塵物の再処理を有効に行うため受網ではなく受板により極力漏下を抑制するようにしているものが一般的であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、このような揺動選別棚により脱穀物の揺動選別を行うときに、従来であれば、扱室の排出口から排出される長めの藁屑が該選別棚のチャフシーブのブレード間の隙間に吹き付けられ刺さり込むため、該シーブが目詰まりを起こし漏下選別が阻害されると共に、該シーブ上の被選別物の送りも阻害されるという不具合が発生していた。

また、排塵処理室により脱穀排塵物を再処理するとき、この処理物の漏下抑制を行うことにより該処理室が詰まり易くなるという難点があった。
そこでこの発明は、揺動選別棚における不具合と、排塵処理室における難点を改善しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1記載の発明は、走行装置(10)を備えた車台(8)上にグレンタンク(12)と脱穀装置(13)を左右に載置し、該脱穀装置(13)の後端部に排藁処理装置(13a)を装着したコンバインであって、前記脱穀装置(13)における扱胴(1)を内装した扱室(2)の右側に、排塵処理胴(5)を内装した排塵処理室(6)を設け、該排塵処理胴(5)の下部外周を包囲する排塵受網(7)を下方の揺動選別棚(3)に臨ませて張設すると共に排塵処理室(6)の後端部の出口側壁(29)の下部を後端側排出口(6a)として開放させ、前記揺動選別棚(3)に、被選別物を移送する第1移送棚(3a)と、該第1移送棚(3a)の後側に続いて設けられ被選別物の漏下量を調節可能な第1チャフシーブ(3b)と、該第1チャフシーブ(3b)から漏下しない被選別物と共に前記後端側排出口(6a)から排出される排出物を受けて選別する第1ストローラック(3c)とを設け、該揺動選別棚(3)の第1チャフシーブ(3b)の上方に配置する無孔の第2移送棚(4a)と、該第2移送棚(4a)の後側に続いて設けられ被選別物の漏下量を調節可能な第2チャフシーブ(4b)と、左右方向において後部の高さを交互に変えたラック板(c)を備えて前記第2チャフシーブ(4b)から漏下しない被選別物を選別する第2ストローラック(4c)とから構成する補助選別棚(4)を前記揺動選別棚(3)と一体に設け、前記第2ストローラック(4c)のラック板(c)の後端部を排塵ファン(45)に臨ませると共に、前記第2移送棚(4a)を扱室(2)後端部の排出口(2a)の下方に設けて該排出口(2a)から排出される被選別物が該無孔の第2移送棚(4a)上に落下する構成としたことを特徴とするコンバインとする。

【発明の効果】
揺動選別棚によって揺動選別を行うときに、扱室の排出口からの排出物としての被選別物は長藁が混入しており、従来技術では、扱室の排出口の下方には揺動選別棚のチャフシーブが位置しているため、このチャフシーブのブレード間隙に長藁が刺さり込んで漏下作用や送り作用を阻害する問題があったが、請求項1記載の発明によると第1チャフシーブ(3b)の上方に補助選別棚(4)の無孔の第2移送棚(4a)を配置し、扱室(2)後端部の排出口(2a)から排出される被選別物がこの無孔の第2移送棚(4a)上に落下する構成としたので、第1チャフシーブ(3b)のブレード間隙に長藁が刺さり込んで漏下作用や送り作用を阻害する問題を解消することができる。

この発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。
図9はコンバインの全体構成を示すもので、車台8の下部側に土壌面を走行する左右一対の走行クローラ9を張設した走行装置10を配設すると共に、該車台8上には、フィードチェン11に挟持搬送して供給される刈取り穀稈を脱穀し、この脱穀された穀粒を選別回収して一時貯留するグレンタンク12と、この貯留された穀粒を機外へ排出する排穀オーガ12aとを備えた脱穀装置13を載置して、その後端部に排藁処理装置13aを装架して構成させる。

該脱穀装置13の前方に、その前端側から未刈穀稈を分草する分草体14と、分草された穀稈を引き起す引起部15と、引き起された穀稈を刈り取る刈刃部16と、この刈り取られた穀稈を後方へ搬送して該フィードチェン11へ受渡しする穀稈搬送部17等を有する刈取装置18を、油圧駆動による昇降シリンダ19によって土壌面に対し昇降自在に作用するよう構成させる。

前記選別室25において、扱室2で脱穀処理され扱受網31から漏下した脱穀物と、該排塵処理室6で撹拌処理され撹拌受網32の排出口32aから排出された二番処理物と、排塵受網7から漏下した排塵処理物とを移送しながら選別を行う縦長形状の揺動選別棚3を配設して構成させる。

該揺動選別棚3は、図1に示す如く、脱穀物と二番処理物による被選別物を下手側に向け移送する移送棚(第1移送棚)3aと、この移送棚3aに続いて鎧戸状のブレードbの間隙を変更して被選別物の漏下量を調節可能なチャフシーブ(第1チャフシーブ)3bと、該シーブ3bから漏下しない被選別物と共に、排塵処理室6の後端側排出口6aから排出される排出物を受けて選別を行うストローラック(第1ストローラック)3cとを各々上段に配置すると共に、該チャフシーブ3bから漏下した粗選物を中選別する網目状のグレンシーブ3dをチャフシーブ3bの下段に配置して構成させる。
