(ハ)トナーカートリッジ内に回転撹拌パドルを組込むときに回転撹拌パドルを僅か変形させて装着するが、変形量を大きくするには大きな力を必要とし、軸受に傷がついたり、作業性が悪化する。軸受にブシュを用いブッシュを容器外から押込んで軸受を形成するようにした構造もあるが、部品点数が増えコストアップになってしまう。
