非接触型ICタグなどのように、非接触状態でデータの送受信を行ってデータの記録、消去などが行なえる情報記録メディア(RF−ID(Radio Frequency IDentification))の用途に多く用いられる非接触型データ送受信体は、通常、基材の上に導電材であるアンテナを配置し、そのアンテナにICチップを実装した構成を有していて、リーダーライターから所要の空間内に位置する非接触型データ送受信体と前記リーダーライターとの間での非接触状態で情報のやり取りが行なえるものであり、予め非接触型データ送受信体に記憶されている情報をリーダーライターで読み取ったり、リーダーライターにより非接触型データ送受信体の情報を書き換え更新したりできるように設けられている。このように非接触型データ送受信体では離れたリーダーライターとの間で情報のやり取りが行なえることから、例えば、予め顧客に非接触型データ送受信体を送付し、商品展示会場で顧客が前記非接触型データ送受信体を携帯すれば、入出管理などが行なえるものとなっている。

上記非接触型データ送受信体では基材をプラスチック製の板材としていて、送受信体全体の形状がカード状となっている。そのため、非接触型データ送受信体の送付に際しては封筒にこの送受信体を入れて郵送するという方法が採られている。しかしながら、郵送する顧客などが多数存在するような場合には送付に係るコストが高くなるという問題が生じている。また、送付作業に際しては封筒の宛名と送受信体上に記載されている情報との対応を目視にて確認する必要も生じており、送付作業が煩雑なものとなっている。
そこで本発明は上記事情に鑑み、葉書形態にて非接触型データ送受信体を送付することができるようにすることを課題とし、非接触型データ送受信体の送付に係る費用を低減させるとともに、送付作業を簡単なものとすることを目的とする。

本発明は上記課題を考慮してなされたもので、三枚の紙片が折り部を介して連接され、該紙片の折り合わせにより葉書が形成される葉書用シートであって、
前記シートにおける三枚の紙片内の一端側に位置する紙片であり、折り合わせたときの対向面に、アンテナとこのアンテナに実装されたICチップとからなる非接触型データ送受信体を有するとともに、前記非接触型データ送受信体を囲むように設けられた切り取り部を有する紙片と、
前記シートにおける三枚の紙片内の中央に位置する紙片であり、非接触型データ送受信体を有する前記紙片に折り部を介して連接していて、前記紙片に重ね合わせたときの前記ICチップが実装された部分に対応する位置に打ち抜き孔からなる緩衝部を有するとともに、前記紙片の切り取り部に重なる位置に切り取り部を有する紙片と、

また、ICチップ自体の位置は図1に示されているように、葉書表面5での筆記対象領域以外の位置、例えば郵便番号記入欄横などに設定されていて、宛名情報を記載するときの筆圧がICチップ7に作用しないようにしている。
