Claims (8)
- レールの走行面を加工するための装置であって、レールの走行面で調整可能かつレールに沿って移動可能な研削フレームによって周囲研削を可能とし、該研削フレームはレール長手方向に対して鋭角を成す旋回軸を有する周囲研削に対して自由に回転可能として配置した少なくとも2個の研削部材を具えるものにおいて、
その第1研削部材はレールの上方走行面のみを研削するために成形した輪郭を有する第1研削面を具え、
第2研削部材は、レールの上方走行面及びこの上方走行面に側方で連なる一方のサイドエッジを研削するために成形した輪郭を有する第2研削面を具え、
第2研削面は、
レールの上方走行面のみを研削するために成形した輪郭を有する第1部分と、
第2研削部材の軸線方向で第1部分に隣接し上方走行面に連なる一方のサイドエッジのみを研削するために成形した輪郭を有する第2部分とから構成されている
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 研削部材は、旋回軸に対して回転対称とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1個の研削部材は、レールの走行面に抗した押圧力の方向で堅固な支持により選択的にオーバーラップ可能な弾性部材を通じて研削フレームに支持することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 第1研削部材は、概ね切頭錐体外周形状とする第1研削部材の軸線方向で僅かに凹状とした第1研削面を具えること、及び、第2研削部材は第2研削面を具え、該第2研削面は概ね切頭錐体外周形状とする第2研削部材の軸線方向で僅かに凹状とした第1部分と、第2研削部材の軸線方向で第1部分に隣接する第2部分とから構成され、第2部分では第2研削面が第2研削部材の軸線方向で見て凹状に外方へ湾曲して延在することを特徴とする請求項1〜3何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 第1研削部材の第1研削面の軸線方向長さは、レールの加工すべき上方走行面の幅に概ね一致するのに対し、第2研削部材の第2研削面の第1部分は軸線方向で加工すべき上方走行面の幅より短いことを特徴とする請求項4記載の装置。
- 研削フレームにはレール長手方向で見て複数個の研削部材を連続的に配置し、旋回軸は全体としてレールに対して平行かつレール長手方向に対して鋭角に整列することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 研削フレームにはレール長手方向で見て複数個の研削部材を連続的に配置し、旋回軸は概ね水平面内で交互に60°〜120°の角度だけ互いに旋回すると共に、レール長手方向に対して鋭角に整列することを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 旋回軸は概ね水平面内で交互に約90°の角度だけ互いに旋回することを特徴とする請求項7記載の装置。
