Description

【0001】

[Prior art]
Conventionally, track trucks that do not have the power used for transporting equipment and equipment in track work are used to transport heavy equipment and equipment, and to transport large numbers of equipment and equipment, A small wooden trolley is a trolley using a light material folded in half. Large ones are always placed on the track, or are disassembled into wheeled shafts and base frame parts and stored at the base, assembled as needed and pulled to the destination for use. They are carried on trucks and other vehicles and transported to their destinations, formed on-site, placed on the track, and moved by hand to carry the cargo. These carts are configured to include left and right side frames that extend in the front-rear direction, front and rear frames that connect the end portions of the side frames, wheels that are provided on the side frames and run on a track, and axles. . Floor boards are placed on the side frames and the front and rear frames. In addition, there are some small and lightweight ones that are carried on a car and can be folded in two at the center of the front and back to carry a few steps by one person, but all storage should be managed in a base warehouse. ing. The cart is provided with a brake device that constantly brakes the wheel and releases the brake of the wheel during operation in order to avoid natural travel when the worker leaves.
[0003]
In the above-mentioned conventional track carriage, in the case of a heavy truck, it cannot be lifted by about two persons, and is often lifted by a plurality of persons and placed on the track. For this reason, it is usually placed on a track and managed at a maintenance place on the track. At the time of work, the carriage is moved from such a maintenance place to a place where the luggage is present, the luggage is loaded, and the loaded luggage is transported to the work place. In the case of a small and light truck, the truck is placed on a truck or the like and moved to a place where the luggage is present. After the truck is taken down on the track, the luggage is loaded and transported.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above conventional track cart, it is too heavy for a person to carry, but it can be transported even if it is not a sturdy cart, for example, luggage such as tools, equipment and parts to be replaced when the vehicle breaks down. When carrying a load of 30 kg to 100 kg at most, if there is a vehicle or a vehicle that cannot stop due to an emergency stop on the track between the storage location of the track carriage and the work location or the load loading location, the track You can't drive up to those places. In addition, even when it is necessary to carry luggage to a nearby station or base urgently, from the vehicle that has stopped traveling on the track to the vehicle that has stopped traveling from the storage location of the conventional track carriage as well. If there is another vehicle between the two, the vehicle cannot travel close to the vehicle. For this reason, in an emergency, in order to transport a load to a vehicle on a track or from a vehicle on a track, a cart is arranged in advance in many places near the track such as a station or a predetermined storage location. It is desirable. By the way, because it is difficult to secure and manage the storage space for conventional work or transportation trolleys at stations and around tracks, trucks are loaded onto trucks from limited remote storage locations. To carry it up to. However, in subways, urban areas surrounded by buildings, overpasses, and tunnels, it is difficult to carry trucks to the work place on the railroad track, and the carriage must be transported manually from the truck stop to the work place. It was. For this reason, there is a need for a track carriage that can be always stored in a narrow space and that is lightweight, compact, and can be used flexibly.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks. With a simple configuration, when not in use, the present invention is compact and can be accommodated in a narrow space, and can be handled by a small number of people. It is an object of the present invention to provide a track carriage that can be mounted and detached easily and used flexibly.
[0006]

[0028]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on an embodiment of the present invention. 1 to 3 are a plan view, a side view, and a front view, respectively, showing a track carriage according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the track carriage 2 according to the above-described embodiment has wheels 3 that can run on the track and has both side frames 4 </ b> A and 4 </ b> B that extend in the front-rear direction (refer to direction A in FIG. 1). And front and rear frames 5A and 5B which are provided on both sides in the front-rear direction of the side frames 4A and 4B, respectively, and connect the both side frames 4A and 4B so as to be displaceable outwardly (in the gauge direction). The wheel 3 is rotatably attached to the front and rear of the side frames 4A and 4B.
[0029]
As shown in FIG. 1, the front and rear frames 5A and 5B are each folded inward so as to be openable and closable. The front and rear frames 5A and 5B are fixed frames 7A, 7B, 7C, and 7D attached to the end portions 6 in the front-rear direction of the side frames 4A and 4B in the gauge direction (see B direction in FIG. 1), and these fixed frames, respectively. 7A to 7D and the connecting rods 9A, 9B, 9C, 9D connected to each other through the pin 8 and the connecting rods 9A and 9B, 9C and 9D provided on the same side in the front-rear direction. And connecting portions 11 that are connected to each other. The linkages 9A and 9B, 9C and 9D provided on the same side in the front-rear direction are rotatably connected to the fixed frames 7A to 7D via the pins 8 on the inner side in the gauge direction on the fixed frames 7A to 7D, respectively. . The connecting portions 11 and 11 are formed in a U-shaped cross section, and are connected to the connecting rods 9A, 9B and 9C and 9D and the pins 10 on both sides in the longitudinal direction, respectively, and the connecting rods 9A to 9D are fixed frames 7A to 7D. When overlaid, the inner surface of the U-shaped vertical wall is brought into contact with the linkages 9A to 9D.
[0030]
For this reason, as shown in FIG. 5, when the connecting portions 11, 11 are displaced outward, the linkages 9 </ b> A to 9 </ b> D are closed from a position parallel to the side frames 4 </ b> A and 4 </ b> B as shown in FIG. 1. The side frames 4A and 4B are gradually spread outward and opened, and when the connecting portions 11 and 11 are located on the outermost side, that is, when the front and rear frames 5A and 5B are opened, the linkages 9A to 9D are fixed frames 7A to 7A. When overlapping on 7D, the connecting portions 11, 11 come into contact with the linkages 9A to 9D, and prevent further displacement of the linkages 9A to 9D.
[0031]
As shown in FIG. 4, when the front and rear frames 5 </ b> A and 5 </ b> B are opened, the track carriage 2 is placed on the track so that the wheels 3 on both sides coincide with each other. And in the cart 2 with the front and rear frames 5A and 5B opened, the floor plate 12 is fitted between the front and rear frames 5A and 5B. The floor plate 12 abuts on the connecting portions 11 and 11 and serves as a locking means that holds the front and rear frames 5A and 5B in an open state and prevents the side frames 4A and 4B from being displaced inward. As shown in FIG. 4, the floor board 12 is configured by connecting the board pieces divided into three parts at the front and rear with a hinge, and can be folded when not in use.
[0032]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the wheel 3 is provided with a brake device 20 on one of the front and rear wheels 3 </ b> A and 3 </ b> B. As shown in FIG. 2, the brake device 20 includes a shaft 21 attached to the side frames 4A and 4B in parallel to the gauge direction, a brake base portion 22 provided so as to be able to swing around the shaft 21, and A brake shoe 23 is attached to the brake base 22 with a bolt and is pressed against the wheel 3. One end of the brake base 22 is connected to the side frames 4A and 4B via a spring 24, and the other end is connected to a brake release operation lever 26 via a wire 25 (see FIGS. 4 and 7). The brake release operation lever 26 is attached to a hand handle 30 described later. In the brake device 20, the brake base 22 always keeps the brake shoe 23 in pressure contact with the wheels 3 </ b> A and 3 </ b> B by the elastic urging force of the spring 24 to keep it in a braking state, and the brake release operation lever 26 operates the brake base 22 to the spring 24. When it is swung against the urging force, braking is released. The wire 25 is provided with an interlocking operation portion (not shown) in the middle of the path, and when one of the two brake release operation levers 26 is operated, both brake base portions 22 are simultaneously moved. The two brake devices 20 are swung at the same time, and the braking of the wheels 3A and 3B is released.
[0033]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the hand handle 30 (bar-shaped lock member) is formed by forming a cylindrical bar member into an L shape. The push handle 30 has a cylindrical insertion portion 31 formed in the lower portion thereof, and a pin 32 for preventing rotation (a locking mechanism) 32 is provided on the upper portion of the insertion portion 31. The insertion portion 31 includes a cylindrical portion 31B formed in a cylindrical shape, and a conical portion 31A which is continuous with the cylindrical portion 31B and has a conical diameter reduced at the lower end of the cylindrical portion 31B. The upper part of the hand handle 30 is bent in the lateral direction to form a hand pressing part 33. The brake release operation lever 26 is attached to the hand pushing portion 33. The hand handle 30 may have a straight bar shape (not shown) without bending the upper part in the lateral direction, and the brake release operation lever 26 may be attached to the upper part of the straight bar hand push handle.
[0034]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the front and rear frames 5 </ b> A and 5 </ b> B are formed with receiving portions 41 and 42 on the fixed frame side and the linkage side where the insertion portion 31 of the hand handle 30 is inserted when opened. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the fixed frame side receiving portion 41 is formed in a hollow cylindrical shape on the outer side in the gauge direction of the fixed frames 7 </ b> A to 7 </ b> D so that the insertion portion 31 of the hand handle 30 can be inserted and removed freely. Is done.
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 1, the reaming side receiving part 42 is formed in a hollow cylindrical shape in which the insertion part 31 of the hand handle 30 can be inserted and removed freely at the end opposite to the connecting part 11 of the reams 9A to 9D. Configured. 6 and 7, when the front and rear frames 5A and 5B are open, the continuous side receiving portion 42 is fixed to the fixed frame side when the continuous frames 9A to 9D overlap with the fixed frames 7A to 7D. It is located on the receiving part 41 and overlaps.
[0036]
When the front and rear frames 5A and 5B are opened, when the hand handle 30 is inserted into the receiving portions 42 and 41, the front and rear frames 5A and 5B are locked in the open state. Thus, since the locking means is constituted not only by the floor board 12 but also by the hand handle 30 and the receiving portions 42 and 41, the hand handle 30 even before or after the floor board 12 is attached or removed. As long as is attached, the front and rear frames 5A and 5B can be locked in the open state.
[0037]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, an engagement groove 43 (locking mechanism) for engaging the rotation-preventing pin 32 of the hand handle 30 is formed on the upper part of the linkage-side receiving portion 42 (FIG. 7). reference). The engaging groove 43 is formed to be recessed downward from the upper end of the continuous side receiving portion 42. For this reason, when the front and rear frames 5A and 5B are opened, when the insertion portion 31 of the hand handle 30 is inserted into the receiving portions 42 and 41 and the pin 32 is dropped into the engagement groove 43, the hand handle 30 moves the lower end conical portion 31A. It is exposed from the fixed frame side receiving portion 41, and further downward displacement is restricted, and rotation is prevented. Thus, when the front and rear frames 5A and 5B are opened, the hand handle 30 is inserted into the overlapping side receiving portion 42 and the fixed frame side receiving portion 41 that overlap each other, and the pin 32 engages with the engaging groove 43. Attached to the cart side to prevent rotation. Further, when the pin 32 is detached from the engagement groove 43 and is pulled out from the linkage side receiving portion 42 and the fixed frame side receiving portion 41, the hand handle 30 is detached from the cart side and is connected to the cart side only through the wire 25. Connected.
[0038]
As shown in FIG. 4, each of the receiving portions 41 and 42 of each front and rear frame is attached with a hand handle 30 on one side and an engagement pin (bar-shaped lock member) 50 on the other side. The engagement pin 50 has the same shape as the insertion portion 31 (31 </ b> A, 31 </ b> B) of the hand handle 30 and includes a pin 52 (see FIG. 6) that engages with the engagement groove 43. By inserting the engaging pins 50 into the receiving portions 41 and 42 of the front and rear frames, the front and rear frames 5A and 5B are securely locked. Reference numeral 53 denotes a luggage placing table provided on the linkages 9A to 9D. The fixing frames 7B and 7C are each provided with a hole 60 penetrating in the front-rear direction, and the side frames 4A and 4B are respectively provided with holes 62 penetrating in the gauge direction. 25 is connected to the brake release operation lever 26 and the brake device 20. That is, the wire 25 passes through the side frames 4A and 4B from the holes 62 of the side frames 4A and 4B, exits from the holes 60 of the fixed frames 7B and 7C from the side frame end 6, and the brake release operation lever 26 of the hand handle 30. Connected to Further, each of the side frames 4A and 4B is provided with another hole 61 penetrating in the gauge direction. The wire 63 is connected to both the brake devices 20 through the holes 61 and 61 so that both the brake devices 20 are operated simultaneously.
[0039]
Next, the operation of the track carriage 2 according to the above embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the track carriage 2 is usually stored with the front and rear frames 5 </ b> A and 5 </ b> B folded inward and the hand handles 30 and 30 removed. At this time, the hand push handles 30 and 30 are connected to the carriage main body only through the wire 25. As shown in FIG. 5, the front and rear frames 5 </ b> A and 5 </ b> B are respectively connected to the front and rear linkages 9 </ b> A, 9 </ b> B and 9 </ b> C connected to the front and rear connection parts 11, 11 when the connection parts 11, 11 are displaced inward. 9D rotates on the fixed frames 7A, 7B and 7C, 7D around the pin 8, and as shown in FIG. 1, when it reaches a position where the inward displacement of the connecting portions 11, 11 is reached, it is closed. It becomes. If the track carriage 2 is stored in this closed state, the bulk occupied by the carriage is reduced and can be stored in a narrow space. At this time, the push handles 30 and 30 connected to the main body side via the wire 25 may be tied together with a trolley main body with the front and rear frames 5A and 5B closed with a string or a belt.
[0040]
When the track carriage 2 is used, if the side frames 4A and 4B are displaced outward, the connecting portions 11 and 11 positioned on the inside are displaced outward accordingly. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, when the connecting portions 11, 11 come into contact with the linkages 9 </ b> A to 9 </ b> D and reach the position where the outward displacement is restricted, the front and rear frames 5 </ b> A, 5 </ b> B are in the open state. 3 is held at a position matching the gauge. In this state, when the track carriage 2 is placed on the track, and the hand handles 30, 30 or the engaging pins 50, 50 are inserted into the front and rear receiving portions 42, 41 as shown in FIG. 5A and 5B are locked in the open state. The other of the hand handles 30, 30 or the engaging pins 50, 50 is inserted into the other receiving portions 42, 41, and the pins 32 of the hand handles 30, 30 are engaged with the engaging grooves 43, so that the hand handles 30, Try to stop 30. At this time, unless the brake release operation lever 26 is operated, the brake device 20 always holds the wheels 3A and 3B in a braking state.
[0041]
The floor plate 12 is fitted between the side frames 4A and 4B in the track bogie body assembled in this way. Since the floor board 12 prevents the inward displacement between the side frames 4A and 4B, the front and rear frames 5A and 5B are locked in the open state. Thus, the front and rear frames 5A and 5B are opened by at least one of the floor plate 12 fitted between the side frames 4A and 4B and the hand handle 30 or the engagement pin 50 inserted into the receiving portions 42 and 41. Retained. The track carriage 2 placed on the track in this way is configured to carry a load on the floor plate 12. For example, the luggage placing table 53 can carry a stretcher in addition to tool boxes. At the time of transportation, when there are two operators, the operators are attached to the front and rear push handles 30, 30 so that one of the operators performs both the manual push operation and the brake operation, and the other operator performs the manual push operation. The operator who performs only the hand pushing operation does not always operate the brake release operation lever 26, and the operator who performs the brake operation operates the brake release operation lever 26. Even when there is one operator, two hand handles 30 are attached, and one of them is operated. Only one hand handle 30 may be attached, and the other receiving portions 41 and 42 may be fitted with engaging pins.
[0042]
When the assembled truck 2 is stored after the work is finished, the floor plate 12 is detached from the side frames 4A and 4B and folded, and the push handle 30 is opened from the receiving portions 42 and 41 of the opened front and rear frames 5A and 5B. When the engagement pin 50 is removed, the wheel 3 on one side is lifted, and the connecting portions 11 and 11 are displaced inward, the front and rear frames 5A and 5B are folded.
[0043]
In the track carriage 2, the weight portion of the track carriage main body is composed of the wheels 3, the side frames 4A and 4B, and the folded front and rear frames 5A and 5B, so that the weight of the entire carriage is reduced. For this reason, assembly and operation can be performed with a small number of people. Furthermore, since the front and rear frames 5A and 5B can be folded and the hand handle 30 can be detached from the main body, the volume occupied by the carriage is reduced when folded when not in use. For this reason, since it can be accommodated even in a narrow place, it can be stored even in a station or work place with limited space, such as a subway, an urban area, an elevated place, or a tunnel. Further, when the main body is tied in the folded state and the hand handle 30 is inserted into the continuous side receiving portion 42, the flat floor can be run in the folded state.
[0044]
In the above-described embodiment, the use of the track cart for carrying goods has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, from a station nearest to a passenger car stopped between subway and elevated railway stations, Needless to say, it can also be used when carrying the stretcher C (see FIGS. 4, 6 and 7) through a route on the orbit. In this case, many can be efficiently carried by using a plurality of carts. In addition, a folding floor board, a hand handle, or an engaging pin is used as a locking means, but the present invention is not limited to this, and a locking tool or a locking device that locks the open / closed front / rear frame in that state is provided. It goes without saying. Furthermore, in order to reduce the weight, the material of the carriage may be made of a lightweight alloy or a lightweight metal, or a part of the carriage may be made of a synthetic resin. Moreover, when carrying a long thing, it can also be used without attaching the floor board 12. FIG. Furthermore, you may comprise a floor board with an aluminum board or a plastic board. Further, the floor board may hit the front and rear frames, or a slight gap may be provided so as not to hit. Moreover, in the said embodiment, as shown in FIG.2 and FIG.7, the bearing of the wheel 3 is provided in the approximate center of the up-and-down width of side frame 4A, 4B, and the upper part of the wheel 3 is from side frame 4A, 4B upper surface. Although it protrudes upward, it is not restricted to this, The bearing of the wheel 3 may be provided under the side frames 4A and 4B, and the top part of the wheel 3 may be located below the side frames 4A and 4B. . By comprising in this way, the width | variety of the floor direction of the floor board 12 can be expanded outside to the location of the receiving parts 42 and 41. FIG. Moreover, even if the width of the cargo spreads, it can be placed on the floor board without hitting the wheels 3.
[0045]
