Description

The present invention relates to a polishing apparatus that lifts and lifts a game ball used as a game medium of a pachinko machine.

In game halls such as pachinko halls, facilities for supplying and collecting game balls to and from each pachinko machine are provided. This type of equipment is, for example, as shown in FIG. 1 and distributes a supply ball LD for supplying game balls to a plurality of pachinko machines PM installed side by side and a certain amount of game balls to the supply ball LD. The distribution tank TD, the collection tank LC for collecting the game balls discharged from the pachinko machine PM, the storage tank TC for storing the collected game balls, and lifting the game balls from the storage tank TC to the distribution tank TD while polishing them. And a polishing apparatus 90 for feeding.

FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a configuration of a conventional polishing apparatus 90. In the figure, in a conventional polishing apparatus 90, an endless conveying belt 902 made of rubber or the like is wound around a driven roller 904 located at the upper part and a driving roller 903 located at the lower part, and a rotation motor 905 causes the driving roller 903 to move. By being driven to rotate, the conveyor belt 902 rotates. A polishing cloth 901, which is a belt-like cloth, is placed on the surface of the transport belt 902 that moves upward and close so that the game ball B is sandwiched and pressed between the transport belt 902 and the polishing cloth 901. It is stretched.

The conventional polishing apparatus 90 receives the game ball B from an entrance 906 provided under the driving roller 903, and rotates the game ball B while pressing the game ball B between the conveying belt 902 that moves upward and the fixed polishing cloth 901. The polishing cloth 901 polishes the dirt adhering to the game ball B by moving it. Thereby, the game ball B is cleaned, and the cleaned game ball B is discharged from the outlet 907 provided at the upper part of the polishing apparatus 90 to the distribution tank TD.

When the polishing cloth 901 is used for wiping off the dirt of the game ball B, the used portion 901b is pulled out in the direction of the arrow P by an operator or the like, and the unused portion 901a wound in a roll is newly attached to the polishing apparatus 90. Exchanged. The used polishing cloth 901 can be reused by cleaning.

By the way, in the conventional polishing apparatus 90, the dirt wiped off by the polishing cloth 901 must be replaced with a new one as soon as possible so that the dirt does not adhere to the game ball B again. For this reason, depending on the hall that handles a large number of game balls B, the used polishing cloth 901 is replaced every day for cleaning. As described above, the conventional polishing apparatus 90 can use the polishing cloth 901 only in a short period of time, and the replacement work is complicated.

The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and in a polishing apparatus for polishing and feeding game balls for a pachinko machine, the work frequency for replacing a polishing member such as a polishing cloth is reduced, or the replacement work is reduced. An object of the present invention is to provide a polishing apparatus that can be easily performed.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a transport belt that is housed in a cylindrical housing and is circulated by a drive source, and a cloth-like shape in which one side surface is disposed to face the outer peripheral surface on the side where the transport belt is raised. In a polishing apparatus comprising a polishing member, and polishing and transporting while holding a game ball between the conveyor belt and the polishing member, the fiber is disposed in contact with the other side surface of the polishing member and is electretized comprising the the comprising at suction member, the suction member, wherein the opposite side of the polishing member is fixed to the housing while abutting exposed to the outside, and a back plate frame made of plate material.

According to the polishing apparatus of the first aspect, the game ball is sandwiched between the transport belt and the polishing member facing the transport belt, and the transport belt is lifted to move the game ball while being rotated. At this time, the surface of the game ball is polished by friction with the polishing member, and dirt such as dust adhering to the surface is removed. Further, the adsorbing member in contact with the other side surface of the polishing member adsorbs dirt such as dust removed by the polishing member by the electrostatic action of the electretized fibers. Thereby, the dirt remaining on the polishing member is reduced, and the polishing member can be used for a long time.

A second aspect of the present invention is the polishing apparatus according to the first aspect, wherein the polishing member and the suction member are divided into a plurality of units, and each unit is detachable from the housing. It is attached.

According to the polishing apparatus of the second aspect, the polishing member and the suction member divided into a plurality of units are detachably attached to the housing. This facilitates the replacement work of the polishing member and the suction member.

A third aspect of the present invention is the polishing apparatus according to the first or second aspect, wherein the polishing member and the adsorption member are supported by an elastic cushioning material.

According to the polishing apparatus of the third aspect, the polishing member and the adsorption member are elastically supported by the buffer material. When the game ball is pressed into contact with the conveyor belt and the polishing member, the polishing member is deformed and the contact area is increased at the pressed portion. Further, the elastic force of the cushioning material acts as a pressing force on the game ball through the polishing member. For these reasons, the efficiency of polishing and cleaning the game ball is improved.

A fourth aspect of the present invention is the polishing apparatus according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the polishing member and the suction member are bent into a wave shape to lift the game ball. A plurality of grooves for guiding in the feeding direction are formed.

According to the polishing apparatus of the fourth aspect, when the game ball is polished and lifted, the game ball enters the groove formed in the polishing member and presses against the conveying belt. In this state, the transport belt moves up, and the game ball is polished while being guided in the lifting direction.

A fifth aspect of the present invention is the polishing apparatus according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein a groove for guiding the game ball in the lifting direction is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the transport belt. A plurality of the belts are formed in parallel with each other along the circumferential direction of the conveyor belt.

According to the polishing apparatus of the fifth aspect, when the game ball is ground and lifted, the game ball enters the groove formed in the transport belt and presses against the polishing member. In this state, the transport belt moves up, and the game ball is polished while being guided in the lifting direction.

The invention according to claim 7 is the polishing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the polishing member is a fiber of at least one of a synthetic resin fiber, a glass fiber, and a natural material fiber. It is characterized by being a nonwoven fabric comprising.

According to the polishing apparatus of the seventh aspect, the non-woven fabric fibers as the polishing member rub against the game ball, so that the surface of the game ball is polished and the dirt is removed.

The invention according to claim 8 is the polishing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the polishing member is a fiber of at least one of synthetic resin fiber, glass fiber, and natural material fiber. Felt woven fabric including

According to the polishing apparatus of claim 8, the surface of the game ball is polished and the dirt is removed by the friction of the felt woven fabric as the polishing member with the game ball.

A ninth aspect of the present invention is the polishing apparatus according to the seventh or eighth aspect, wherein the adsorbing member is a cloth material or a non-woven fabric made of electret synthetic resin fibers.

According to the polishing apparatus of the ninth aspect, the adsorbing member is formed from the electretized non-conductive synthetic resin fiber, and the adsorbing member is always charged with static electricity. Due to the action of static electricity on the adsorbing member, it attracts and adsorbs dirt such as dust removed by the polishing member. As a result, dirt such as dust hardly remains on the polishing member, and the polishing member can be used for a longer period of time.

According to the present invention, in a polishing apparatus that polishes and lifts a game ball while sandwiching the game ball between the circulating conveyor belt and the polishing member, the dirt on the game ball is polished and removed by friction with the polishing member, and the removed dirt is adsorbed. It is attracted by the electrostatic action of the member. Since a large amount of dirt does not remain on the polishing member, the polishing member can be used for a longer period of time than before. As a result, it is possible to reduce the cost for maintenance and operation of the apparatus, such as reducing the frequency of replacement work of the polishing member and the like.

DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view showing the configuration of the polishing apparatus 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a partial perspective view showing the configuration of the polishing apparatus 10, and FIG. 5 is a transverse section showing the configuration of the polishing apparatus 10. FIG.

In FIG. 3, the polishing apparatus 10 includes a cylindrical casing 16 that is long in the vertical direction, and three polishing cloth units 20 a, 20 b, and 20 c that are divided in the vertical direction with respect to the casing 16 and are detachably attached. It has. A driven roller 13 is rotatably supported on the upper portion of the housing 16, and a driving roller 12 is rotatably supported on the lower portion of the housing 16. A conveyor belt 11, which is an endless flat belt, is wound around the driven roller 13 and the driving roller 12. For example, the conveyor belt 11 is made of synthetic rubber or the like in which a special resin core body such as polyester is embedded in order to improve the tensile strength in the longitudinal direction.

An electric rotary motor 14 is installed outside the housing 16. A transmission belt 15 is stretched between a shaft portion of the rotation motor 14 and a pulley provided coaxially with the drive roller 12, and the drive roller 12 is rotated by the rotation motor 14. That is, when driving power is supplied to the rotary motor 14 from an operation control base (not shown) provided in the polishing apparatus 10, the shaft portion of the rotary motor 14 rotates at a constant rotational speed according to this, and the rotational driving force Is transmitted to the drive roller 12 via the transmission belt 15. As a result, the conveyor belt 11 rotates clockwise at a constant peripheral speed.

A polishing member 201 (to be described later) of the polishing pad units 20a, 20b, and 20c is disposed so as to face the outer peripheral surface of the conveying belt 11 that moves upward (left side in the drawing).

An entrance portion 17 for receiving a game ball in the apparatus is formed at the lower portion of the housing 16. The entrance portion 17 has an introduction path that is inclined so as to become lower toward the lower side of the drive roller 12. Although not shown, a gate that can control the opening and closing thereof may be provided in the introduction path of the entrance portion 17. By controlling the opening and closing of the gate, a predetermined interval can be generated in each game ball received in the apparatus, and a certain amount of game balls can be washed per unit time.

In the upper part of the housing 16, an outlet portion 18 having an opening for discharging the game ball sent out from the driven roller 13 to the distribution tank TD or the like described above is formed.

Next, the polishing pad unit attached to the polishing apparatus 10 will be described. In the present embodiment, the polishing apparatus 10 including three detachable polishing cloth units 20a, 20b, and 20c is described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the polishing cloth unit. May be integrated without being divided, or may be divided into two or more units and attached to the apparatus. Each of the divided polishing cloth units may have the same configuration, or each of the polishing cloth units has a different configuration, for example, by changing the material of the polishing member 201 and placing it in an appropriate place. May be. Here, one abrasive cloth unit 20a will be described in detail.

4 and 5, the polishing pad unit 20a includes a polishing member 201 that is a nonwoven fabric in which resin fibers such as nylon are entangled, an adsorbing member 202 that is in contact with the polishing member 201, and an abrasive member 201 and an adsorbing member 202. And a back plate frame 251 which is a plate member that is reinforced and supported so as not to bend.

Here, the polishing member 201 is formed of a single fiber, such as a synthetic resin fiber such as nylon, polyester, or polypropylene, a glass fiber, or a natural material fiber, or a non-woven fabric made of these composite fibers. In addition, as the polishing member 201, for example, a felt woven fabric made of the above-mentioned single or composite fibers, not a non-woven fabric, a cloth material in which surface fibers are woven in a brush shape, or a mesh-like cloth (mesh hole) May be formed from a cloth material or the like woven.

Further, the polishing member 201 may be one in which metal fibers are entangled or knitted in a net shape.

Further, for the purpose of improving the cleaning function or durability of the polishing member 201, the above-mentioned resin or metal fibers forming the polishing member 201 are single or composite fibers impregnated with titanium oxide, enzyme, or the like. Also good.

The adsorbing member 202 is formed of, for example, a cloth material, a filter, a non-woven fabric, or a felt woven fabric made of single or composite fibers of synthetic resin fibers such as electret nylon, polyester, polypropylene, and Teflon. The electret fiber material is maintained semi-permanently polarized (in a state of being divided into positive and negative electricity), and the adsorbing member 202 formed thereby is always in a state of being charged with static electricity. Thereby, the adsorbing member 202 has a characteristic of attracting dust and dust and capturing them efficiently.

For the purpose of improving the cleaning function or durability of the adsorbing member 202, the fibers such as the resin forming the adsorbing member 202 may be single or composite fibers impregnated with titanium oxide or an enzyme. .

The polishing member 201 and the suction member 202 are formed to be zigzag (wavy) and thereby have a plurality of grooves in the vertical direction. These grooves play a role as guides for preventing the game ball from shifting in the lateral direction when it rises while being polished.

The polishing member 201 and the adsorbing member 202 described above may be disposed in contact with each other, but for the purpose of facilitating handling, the two-layered polishing member is bonded to each other. May be used.

The back plate frame 251 is formed of, for example, a metal plate and has a receiving portion formed by bending a cross-section in a U-shape and attachment portions 251a having bolt holes 251b drilled at a plurality of locations at both ends thereof. Is formed. The above-described polishing member 201 and suction member 202 are housed in the housing portion of the back plate frame 251, thereby assembling the polishing pad unit 20 a. At this time, the adsorbing member 202 is in contact with the inside of the back plate frame 251 and the polishing member 201 is located on the outside.

Holes 209 are formed at positions corresponding to the bolt holes 251 b of the back plate frame 251 at both ends of the polishing member 201 and the suction member 202. When the polishing pad unit 20a is attached to the main body of the polishing apparatus 10, the bolts 16a implanted on the housing 16 side are inserted into the holes 209 of the polishing member 201 and the suction member 202 and the bolt holes 251b of the back plate frame 251. Inserted. Thereby, the polishing pad unit 20a is aligned with a predetermined mounting position of the polishing apparatus 10 main body. Then, when the nut 16b is tightened to the bolt 16a, the polishing member 201 and the suction member 202 are fixed, and the polishing pad unit 20a is attached to the main body of the polishing apparatus 10.

The polishing pad unit 20a may be one in which the polishing member 201 and the suction member 202 are fixed by being caulked or sandwiched between the attachment portions 251a at both ends of the back plate frame 251. Further, the polishing apparatus 10 may be provided with a lock mechanism on the housing 16 side, for example, a handle operated so as to sandwich the attachment portion 251a of the back plate frame 251. By providing such a lock mechanism, it is possible to easily attach and detach the polishing pad unit 20a to and from the main body of the polishing apparatus 10.

Next, the operation of the polishing apparatus 10 will be described. 6 is a cross-sectional view for explaining the operation of the polishing apparatus 10, and FIG. 7 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a part of the polishing pad unit.

In FIG. 6, the rotational force from the rotary motor 14 is transmitted to the drive roller 12 via the transmission belt 15, and the conveyor belt 11 rotates clockwise at a constant peripheral speed. When the game ball B enters the apparatus from the entrance 17 connected to a storage tank or a collection basket, the game ball B reaches under the driving roller 12 while rolling on the introduction path by its own weight. The game ball B rolls in contact with the transport belt 11 that is moving upward, and is sent to the polishing pad unit 20c. The game ball B that has reached the polishing pad unit enters the groove of the polishing member 201 and is pressed by the polishing member 201 and the conveyor belt 11.

Since the game ball B is pressed against the fixed polishing member 201 and the conveying belt 11 moving upward, the game ball B is polished while being rotated and sent to the upper driven roller 13 side. Finally, the ground and cleaned game ball B is discharged from the outlet 18 to a distribution tank or the like.

Here, as shown in FIG. 7, when the game ball B is raised by pressure contact between the polishing member 201 and the conveyor belt 11, the game ball B rotates to cause friction with the polishing member 201 and the surface thereof is polished. Is done. As a result, dirt such as dust and fat adhering to the collected game balls B is wiped off by the polishing member 201.

Further, part of dirt such as dust wiped off by the polishing member 201 passes through the polishing member 201 and is adsorbed by the adsorption member 202 by the action of static electricity on the adsorption member 202. As a result, dust or the like wiped off by the polishing member 201 can be prevented from adhering to the game ball B again, and the game ball B can be cleaned efficiently.

In addition, since the polishing member 201 does not leave much dirt, the polishing member 201 can be used for a long period of time, and the replacement cycle can be set longer than that of the conventional one.

FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing a configuration of a polishing apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the cushioning material 203 is filled in the gap between the back plate frame 251 and the suction member 202 of the polishing pad unit 20a. The cushioning material 203 is formed of a material having elasticity such as sponge or rubber obtained by solidifying fiber scraps such as waste paper in accordance with the groove shape of the adsorption member 202.

According to this polishing apparatus, the elastic force of the cushioning material 203 that elastically supports the polishing member 201 and the adsorption member 202 acts on the game ball, and the game ball is pressed into contact with a larger pressing force. For this reason, the efficiency of polishing and cleaning is improved.

FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a configuration of a polishing apparatus according to still another embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, a plurality of grooves 11b for guiding the game ball B along the circumferential direction are provided in parallel on the surface of the conveyor belt 11a wound around between the driving roller 12 and the driven roller (13). Is formed. Further, the polishing member 201a and the suction member 202a are closely contacted and supported by the flat plate-like back plate frame 251a, and are arranged to face the transport belt 11a.

In the polishing apparatus according to this embodiment, the game ball B is pressed against the fixed polishing member 201a and the transport belt 11a that moves upward, and the game ball B is lifted and cleaned. At this time, the game ball B is guided into the groove 11b of the transport belt 11a so as not to swing in the width direction.

According to this polishing apparatus, the structure of the polishing pad unit is simplified, and the manufacturing cost of the apparatus can be reduced. Further, by forming the polishing member 201a and the adsorbing member 202a from cloth-like materials, it is possible to obtain an economically advantageous effect in terms of operation, such as facilitating these cleaning operations.

FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a configuration of a polishing apparatus according to still another embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, a groove 11b for guiding a game ball similar to that shown in FIG. 9 is formed on the surface of the conveyor belt 11a that is wound between the driving roller 12 and the driven roller (13). A plurality are formed.

In the polishing cloth unit, a polishing member 201a and a suction member 202a formed in a cloth shape are attached to a back plate frame 251b having a U-shaped storage section. The accommodating portion of the back plate frame 251b is filled with the buffer material 203 and is closed by the adsorption member 202a. The cushioning material 203 is made of the same material as that shown in FIG. 8, and has elasticity.

According to this polishing apparatus, the game ball is pressed by the transport belt 11a and the polishing member 201a and enters the groove 11b of the transport belt 11a. At this time, the portion of the polishing member 201a elastically supported by the cushioning material 203 is in contact with the game ball, thereby increasing the contact area. In addition, the elastic force of the cushioning material 203 acts on the game ball, and the game ball is pressed into contact with a larger pressing force. For these reasons, the efficiency of polishing and cleaning the game ball by friction with the polishing member 201a is improved.

FIG. 11 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a configuration of a polishing apparatus 10a according to still another embodiment of the present invention. 12 is a partial perspective view showing the configuration of the polishing apparatus 10a shown in FIG. 11, and FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the polishing apparatus 10a shown in FIG. In these drawings, the same or corresponding parts as those of the polishing apparatus 10 according to the above-described embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.

Abrasive cloth units 21a, 21b, and 21c having the same structure are attached to the casing 16 of the present polishing apparatus 10a in a line, and an air intake cover 253 is provided so as to cover the abrasive cloth units 21a, 21b, and 21c. It is attached.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the air intake cover 253 is divided in accordance with the vertical length of each polishing pad unit 21a, 21b, 21c and attached to each polishing pad unit 21a, 21b, 21c. Describes. However, the present invention may be implemented by attaching one intake cover that is not divided to the polishing apparatus 10a.

When the air intake cover 253 is airtightly attached to the apparatus main body, an air intake path is formed inside thereof. The polishing apparatus 10 a is further provided with an intake device 19, and is connected to one end of an intake passage formed by the intake cover 253.

With reference to FIG.12 and FIG.13, the structure of the polishing pad 21a and the air intake cover 253 and the attachment structure to the main body of the grinding | polishing apparatus 10a are demonstrated. As described in the above embodiment, the polishing member 201 is, for example, a non-woven fabric in which synthetic resin fibers or the like are entangled, and the adsorption member 202 is, for example, a cloth material or a filter made of electreted non-conductive fibers. is there.

These are bent zigzag (wavy), thereby forming a plurality of grooves for guiding the game ball in the vertical direction.

The back plate frame 252 is formed with an accommodating portion bent in a U-shape, and the accommodating portion has a mesh portion 252c which is a large number of holes formed vertically and horizontally. The polishing member 201 and the suction member 202 are housed in the housing portion of the back plate frame 252 to assemble the polishing pad unit 20a. At this time, the adsorbing member 202 is in contact with the mesh portion 252c of the back plate frame 252, and the polishing member 201 is located outside.

The intake cover 253 is formed, for example, by bending a metal plate into a U-shaped cross section, and attachment portions 253a having a plurality of bolt holes 253b are formed at both ends.

By passing the bolt 16a planted on the housing 16 side through the bolt hole 252b of the back plate frame 252, the polishing cloth unit 21a is aligned and temporarily fixed to the polishing apparatus 10 body. At this time, the polishing member 201 of the polishing pad unit 21a is disposed so as to face the conveying belt 11 on the apparatus main body side. In addition, an intake cover 253 is attached so as to cover the polishing pad unit 21a. That is, by inserting the bolt 16a of the housing 16 into the bolt hole 253b of the mounting portion 253a of the intake cover 253 and tightening the nut 16b, the polishing pad unit 21a is fixed to the main body of the polishing apparatus 10, and the intake cover 253 is fixed. Is attached.

The air intake cover 253 may be attached such that one side end thereof and the housing 16 can be freely opened and closed via a hinge mechanism (not shown). Further, for example, a lock mechanism that is operated by a handle so as to clamp and lock the attachment portion 253a of the intake cover 253 may be provided to facilitate the replacement work of the polishing pad unit 21a. Furthermore, the polishing pad unit 21a and the air intake cover 253 may be unitized to reduce the number of steps of these attaching / detaching operations.

Next, the operation of the polishing apparatus 10a will be described with reference to the longitudinal sectional view of FIG. The conveyor belt 11 is rotated clockwise at a constant peripheral speed by the rotational force from the rotary motor 14 being transmitted to the drive roller 12 via the transmission belt 15 and the like. The air suction device 19 sucks air in the air intake cover 253, thereby generating an air flow F that passes from the polishing member 201 through the suction member 202 and through the air intake path in the air intake cover 253 to the air intake device 19. .

When the game ball B received in the apparatus from the entrance portion 17 reaches under the driving roller 12, it is sent to the polishing pad unit side by the transport belt 11. Since the game ball B is pressed between the fixed polishing member 201 and the transport belt 11 moving upward, the game ball B is sent upward while rotating. At this time, the surface of the game ball B is polished by friction with the polishing member 201, and dirt such as dust and grease attached to the game ball B is wiped off by the polishing member 201. Most of dirt such as dust wiped off by the polishing member 201 moves to the adsorption member 202 by the action of static electricity on the air flow F and the adsorption member 202, and a part of the dirt is adsorbed by the adsorption member 202.

In this way, by forcibly generating the air flow F from the polishing member 201 toward the adsorption member 202, the adsorption member 202 can efficiently adsorb the dust and the like polished by the polishing member 201. Further, the polishing member 201 is hardly contaminated with dust or the like, and can be used for a long period of time without replacing the polishing member.
