Claims (5)
- 複数のカーボンナノチューブを含む線状カーボンナノチューブ構造体であって、
各々の前記カーボンナノチューブが、濡れ層と、過渡層と、導電層と、抗酸化層と、から構成された導電性層で被覆されており、
前記複数のカーボンナノチューブは、分子間力で端と端が接続されており、
前記線状カーボンナノチューブ構造体が、少なくとも一本のカーボンナノチューブワイヤを含み、
前記線状カーボンナノチューブ構造体の直径が、4.5nm〜100μmであることを特徴とする線状カーボンナノチューブ構造体。 - 前記カーボンナノチューブワイヤにおける複数のカーボンナノチューブが、前記線状カーボンナノチューブ構造体の中心軸に平行に配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の線状カーボンナノチューブ構造体。
- 前記複数のカーボンナノチューブが、カーボンナノチューブワイヤの中心軸を軸に、螺旋状に配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の線状カーボンナノチューブ構造体。
- 前記導電性層の厚さが、1nm〜20nmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の線状カーボンナノチューブ構造体。
- 前記導電性層で被覆された前記カーボンナノチューブの表面に、強化層が被覆されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の線状カーボンナノチューブ構造体。
