Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a continuous magnetic form that takes a form in which magnetic tickets used for admission tickets are continuously connected by a perforation line. The purpose is to reduce the rate and improve the reliability.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, magnetic tickets are used for admission tickets and the like, and a method of recording variable information such as date / time and ticket type in the magnetic layer of the ticket and mechanically ticking it at the time of admission is widely adopted. In addition, since the number of times of repeated use is very small, paper (high quality paper, coated paper), synthetic paper, laminated paper, etc. are generally used as the medium in consideration of cost and environment. . When magnetic information is recorded on the ticket, a ticketing machine for recording the magnetic information and a device (reader) for reading and checking the magnetic information are required. At this time, in order to issue a large number of tickets continuously in a short time in the ticket issuing machine, there are cases where the ticket single tickets are connected by a perforation line.
[0003]
However, when magnetically recording a continuous magnetic ticket connected by the perforation line with a ticketing machine and reading and checking magnetic information with a gate machine, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. The magnetic head and transport roller pass through. At this time, if there is a perforation line 11 as a breaking line at the end of the bill, the tie portion t of the uncut portion of the sewing machine affects the running of the magnetic head 21 and the transport roller 22, and the magnetic phenomenon is adversely affected by the following phenomenon. Will be affected.
[0004]
First, as an influence of the perforation line 11 of the magnetic head passage H,
When the magnetic head 21 passes through the end A in FIG. 3, the magnetic head 21 does not properly contact the magnetic layer 15 due to the tie portion t remaining after cutting, and the magnetic head 21 does not properly contact the magnetic layer 15 in part. Or magnetic reading failure. Further, when the magnetic head 21 is used for a long period of time, the paper fiber of the machine uncut portion tie part t is slightly peeled off due to the traveling of the magnetic head 21, and this may adhere to the magnetic head 21 and cause a magnetic recording failure.
Moreover, as an influence by the perforation line 11 of the conveyance roller passage part R,
As shown in FIG. 4, when the transport roller 22 reaches the end A, the tie portion t of the sewing machine uncut portion affects the transport and generates a slight vibration in the magnetic ticket 10 base material. At this time, the signal recorded by the magnetic head 21 is not properly transmitted to the magnetic layer 15 and a magnetic recording defect occurs. Similarly, in the case of reading the magnetism, a reading defect is similarly caused. Furthermore, when used for a long period of time, the paper fibers of the tie portion t left after the sewing machine adhere to the transport roller 22 and the transport grip force may be reduced, resulting in a transport failure.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a perforation line for recording magnetic data with respect to a continuous magnetic form having a form in which magnetic tickets used for admission tickets and the like are continuously connected by a perforation line. It is an object of the present invention to provide a continuous magnetic form in which the magnetic characteristics are improved by making the broken lines of different shapes, the error rate on the machine of the magnetic ticket is reduced, and the reliability is improved.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, there is provided a magnetic form in which a stripe-like magnetic layer 15 is formed on the entire surface or in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction on one of the front and back surfaces of a substrate. A continuous magnetic form characterized in that a plurality of sheets are continuously connected and a perforation line 11 and a cut line 12 are provided as break lines for separating the individual magnetic forms.
[0007]
The magnetic form is a ticket such as an admission ticket.
[0008]
The cut line 12 is provided at a position corresponding to both the read / write head 21 part and the transport roller 22 part for feeding the form, or only the head 21 part of the magnetic form reading / writing machine. It is characterized by.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The continuous magnetic form of the present invention improves the magnetic recording defect by forming a cut shape by a cut line without forming a perforation line that is a broken line in the magnetic head passage portion and the conveyance roller passage portion. It is intended to improve the reliability by reducing the machine error rate which is a ticket confirmation operation.
[0010]
There are two types of continuous magnetic forms: a roll-up form and a z-fold form that folds into a zigzag form. If the ticketing machine is required to be downsized, it is a ticket sheet outside the ticketing machine. There are many requests for the Z-fold method that can stock magnetic forms. Moreover, in the case of a roll shape, it is necessary to store a roll ticket in the inside of a ticketing machine, and there exists a demerit that a ticketing machine itself becomes large. When magnetic information is recorded on the ticket at the time of issuance, the ticket is issued by performing magnetic encoding in a state where a continuous ticket is cut out inside the ticket issuing machine into one piece. That is, as the form of the product, it is required to form a Z-fold continuous form in units of four pieces, and an improvement effect has been obtained on the influence of the magnetic characteristics of the sewing machine joint (break line) that hits the fold at this time. is there.
[0011]
【Example】
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
In the embodiment of the present invention, description will be made in the form of a single ticket.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view showing a broken line of a continuous magnetic form in one embodiment of the present invention.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, the base material is configured such that one side of a coated paper having a paper thickness of 250 to 300 μm is subjected to the entire surface thermal, and the date and time can be printed, and the magnetic recording layer 15 is further formed thereon. A partially coated layer was used as a ticket base material. The paper is particularly effective for thick paper having a paper thickness of 200 μm or more, using paper, synthetic paper, bonded paper, or the like.
Regarding the broken line shape, the cut lines 12 and 12 of the magnetic head passage portion H are cut at a length corresponding to the width of the magnetic head 21 at the A end and B end of the magnetic head passage position (actually, Is the perforation line 11 from the upper end to 4.5 mm and the cut line 12 is 12.3 mm from this part), and the tie / cut ratio of the perforation line 11 is a tie portion of 1.0 to 1.3 mm, cut The portion was 2.2 to 2.5 mm. Further, the A end and the B end of the passing portion R of the transport roller 22 are also formed with the same cut lines 12 and 12 as described above.
[0013]
FIG. 2 is an explanatory view showing a broken line of a continuous magnetic form in another embodiment of the present invention.
That is, as shown in FIG. 2, depending on the ticket issuing machine or the gate machine (magnetic reader), there is a case where there is almost no influence on the ticket by the transport roller due to the mechanical structure. In that case, the cut lines 12 are formed only at the A and B ends of the magnetic head passage portion H, and the A and B ends of the transport roller passage portion R are not formed as the cut lines 12 as described above. The perforation line 11 finishes.
[0014]
Here, the ratio data of the output down at the end of the ticket is shown in Table 1.
[0015]
[Table 1]
Figure 0004590738
[0016]
That is, as shown in Table 1, in a four-piece unit Z-fold continuous form, cut lines are formed in the magnetic head passage portion and the conveyance roller passage portion of the sewing machine joint portion (break line) that hits the fold at this time By doing so, it was possible to obtain an improvement effect on the influence of magnetic characteristics.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
Since this invention is the above structure, there exist the following effects.
The present invention obtains a reduction in the magnetic recording and reading error rate by changing the shape of the break line. In particular, when the product form is Z-fold, there is a portion that is folded along the perforation line. This part is highly effective.
That is, it was confirmed that the fluctuation of the magnetic output at the perforation line portion of the bill edge is improved by 3 to 10% (average value is about 6%). As a result, there are excellent effects such as a reduction in the error occurrence rate for magnetic recording defects.
