【従来の技術】
従来のケーブル布設管用支持台は、図5に示すように同一構造である上下一対の支持台(上側の支持台は仮想線により示す)1,1が相対向した状態で接合できて、両支持台1,1間に形成される断面形状が円形の抱持部2によりケーブル布設管(図示せず)を支持できるように構成されいる。そして、支持台1は合成樹脂製の型物成形品であり、上記一対の支持台1,1の上下左右には他の同一構造の支持台を順次連結することが可能であって、ケーブル布設管の複数個を上下左右に並行させて整然と支持することができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この構造によれば、支持台1,1同士は連結される上下左右方向への動きは係合縁5a,6a,7a,8aによって防止され、雌嵌合部5,7と雄嵌合部6,8による嵌合が外れるという不具合は起こらないが、これらの嵌合部には雌嵌合部5,7に嵌め込まれた雄嵌合部6,8の必要以上の移動を防止する手段が講じられていないため、施工中に支持台1同士が相対的に摺動して外れてしまうことが往々にしてあった。その対策としては接着剤や止めねじを用いて嵌合後固定する方法が知られているが、これは手間がかかるという問題があって、作業員が後から手直しているのが現状である。

本発明はこのような問題を解決したものであって、その目的は、雌雄の嵌合部に施された自動係止機能によって、接着剤や止めねじによる固定作業を必要とせずに支持台同士の連結が正しく容易にできるように改良したケーブル布設管用支持台を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明の特徴とするケーブル布設管用支持台は、同一構造に構成した上下一対の支持台が相対向した状態で接合でき、これ等両支持台間に形成される断面形状が円形の抱持部によりケーブル布設管を支持できるように構成すると共に、これら上下一対の支持台の上下左右には、同一構造に構成した他の支持台を順次連結可能に構成したケーブル布設管用支持台であって、
半円断面形の円弧面部が上記の各支持台上に設けられ、その支持台の左右両側面部の一方の側面部に雌嵌合部が、他方の側面部に雄嵌合部が、また支持台の底部に雌嵌合部と雄嵌合部がそれぞれ奥行き方向に向かって設けられており、これら各支持台の雌嵌合部と雄嵌合部同士奥行き方向から互いに摺動可能に嵌め込みができるように構成し、且つ、これ等各雌嵌合部と各雄嵌合部には、相対応して係合縁がそれぞれ設けられていると共に、上記雌雄両嵌合部が嵌合した時の接合面部には、雄嵌合部側の接合面部においては中央に穿設されている係止口の両側から前後の各端縁に至る傾斜面部が該係止口の口径とほぼ同幅で次第に肉薄くした状態でそれぞれ設けられている一方、雌嵌合部側の接合面部においては上記係止口に係入できる膨出部が中央に設けられている構成である。

【作用】
支持台同士の連結は従来のものと同様に雌雄両嵌合部により果たされるものであるが、その連結時に雌側の嵌合部に穿設されている係止口に雄側の嵌合部に設けられている膨出部が係入し、その時点から両支持台の相対的移動は阻止されるため、ずれの起こる不具合は解消されて正しい連結状態に保持できる。なお、支持台はポリエチレン等の合成樹脂製であり、雌雄両嵌合部は適度の弾性を保有しているので、嵌合摺動時に膨出部が当接する傾斜面部の存在と相俟って無理なく嵌合できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、本発明の実施の形態を図1〜図4を参照しながら説明するが、図5に示す従来の支持台の構成部と同一乃至は均等な構成部については同一符号を用いてその構成部個々の説明を省略する。ポリエチレン等の合成樹脂製である支持台1上には半円断面形の円弧面部11が設けられており、円弧面部11の左右両上縁11a,11bは支持台1の左右側面部1a,1bとそれぞれ連続している。12,13は雌嵌合部5,7と雄嵌合部6,8がそれぞれ嵌合した時の両者の接合面部をそれぞれ示している。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上記の如くであって、雄嵌合部側に設けられている中央より端縁に向かって肉薄く形成された傾斜面部の存在によって、雌雄両嵌合部の嵌め込み操作が容易にできることは勿論、支持台同士の連結は雌嵌合部側に設けられている膨出部の係止口への係入により正しく確定する。したがって、従来の支持台では必要とされていた連結位置の手直しや固定作業を全て省くことができ、作業員の労力を低減させて連結作業の促進化を図ることが可能になる等、その実用的価値は多大である。
