Description

The present invention relates to an outer wall panel constituting the outer wall surface of a building.

In recent years, an outer wall panel in which a concrete plate is attached to a steel reinforcing frame framed in a rectangular shape is known as a panel of an outer wall of a building. This type of outer wall panel is built on the wall surface of a building so that the surface of the concrete plate is exposed to the outside, and constitutes the outer wall.

In such an outer wall panel, when panels are arranged in a horizontal direction or a vertical direction, it is necessary to make the joint part formed between adjacent outer wall panels watertight, and to prevent intrusion of rainwater or the like. For this reason, there is a case where a gasket is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the panel in advance and the gaskets of the adjacent outer wall panels are press-contacted to each other so that the joint is formed airtight.

In recent years, the design of wood has been highly evaluated for concrete outer walls, and there is a tendency to use wood for the outer walls of houses. Finishing by using wood on the outer wall was common in the conventional construction method, but there were almost no examples in which wood was used on the outer wall in the prefabrication method, for example.

As an outer wall panel for constituting a wooden outer wall, for example, there is a panel described in Patent Document 1, which is proposed for a wooden frame building, and is a base plate on the outdoor side of a rectangular frame. Is installed, bracings and studs are arranged in a rectangular frame, and a moisture retaining mat to which a moisture-proof sheet is attached is mounted inside the bracings and studs to form a panel body.
JP 2000-65400 A

The panel described in the above-mentioned patent document is a panel made of a base material disposed on the outer wall surface of a building. In the field, the outer wall surface must be finished by further attaching an outer wall material to the panel. I must. However, many of the operations for attaching the outer wall material in this way are operations at a high place, a large amount of work, and there is a problem that the quality of the finish depends on the skill level of the operator. In addition, as described above, the joint portion of the outer wall panel must be subjected to a treatment for preventing the intrusion of rainwater and the like, and it is required to be a panel body that can reliably perform the joint treatment. It was.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and the wall surface to be finished with a wooden material is made into a panel on the outer wall surface so that the quality of the outer wall finishing can be improved and the joint treatment can be reliably performed. , while shortening and labor saving construction period, there is provided an outer wall panel which makes it possible to form a high outer wall surface designability.

In order to achieve the above-described object, according to the present invention, a base material made of a wood material is disposed on a frame frame, and a plurality of finishing plate materials made of a wood material are provided on the outer surface side of the base material via a trunk edge. In the outer wall panel including the panel body integrated by pasting, the base material has a thickness of 30 mm or more by a laminated material laminated in three layers, and has fireproof performance and heat insulation performance, and the trunk edge siding, said a base material crosspieces mounted horizontally, the fixed projections and the vent recess are formed alternately at predetermined intervals, said finishing plate material, the决Ri processing is made in the plate near , and the said panel body, the finishing plate is fixed by vertical wind up the trunk edge, leaving a finished sheet one by one sheet disposed on left and right sides of the panel body, said one sheet by tension remaining finish plate material is, those Be post stretched joined to the right and left sides of the panel body, characterized in Rukoto.

According to this configuration, the finish plate material made of the wood material is integrated with the frame and the base material, so that the workability is remarkably improved as compared with the conventional method. Here, the frame frame is a frame for forming a base material into a panel, and the material thereof may be any material such as a wood type or a steel frame type. In addition, since the finished plate materials arranged on the left and right sides of the panel are formed so that they can be back-tensioned, after the panels are built, after the joint treatment between the panels is performed, the remaining finish plate material can be pasted Yes, joint processing can be performed reliably and workability is improved.

Furthermore, in the present invention, it is preferable that the finished plate material is joined in a joint shape in consideration of its workability and renewability. Moreover, it is preferable that the said base material consists of a laminated material which is laminated | stacked on 3 layers and has a thickness of 30 mm or more, and is equipped with fireproof performance and heat insulation performance.

Also, facilities Engineering outer wall with the outer wall panels of the present invention, like an anchor panel body in a state where the plate material finished right and left side portions is not stretched outer wall of the building, formed between the panel body adjacent Waterproofing is applied to the joints, and then the unfinished finish plate material is fitted into the left and right sides of the panel body and fixed to the back side , forming a space by the ventilation recess between the finish plate material and the trunk edge. Do as you do .

With this exterior wall construction method, the exterior wall surface made of wood material can be constructed regardless of the skill level of the operator by greatly reducing the work man-hours, and further facilitate joint treatment between panels Can do. The constructed outer wall has a space formed between the finished plate material and the trunk edge by the ventilation recess on the trunk edge, so that the outer wall can be ventilated and drained when inundated. Can do. In addition, the finish plate material of the outer wall is pasted in the same tone as the finish plate material fixed in advance and the finish plate material to be retrofitted, so that it is possible to form an attractive and beautiful appearance. Further, when the finished plate material is deformed or dirty due to aging, it can be easily updated.

According to the outer wall panel of the present invention configured as described above, the frame frame, the base material, and the finish plate material are integrally formed into a panel. It can be constructed regardless of the construction time, and the construction period can be shortened and labor can be saved. Further, by applying a outer wall with an outer wall panel of the present invention, for both sides of the panel left and right can be post stretched the sheet finishing after joint process, facilitate the waterproofing of joints, water-stopping In addition, it is possible to form a wall having a high design property by finishing the outer wall made of a wooden material.

Hereinafter, the best mode of an outer wall panel according to the present invention and an outer wall construction method using the outer wall panel will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an outer wall panel according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing the outer wall panel of the present invention and its construction method.

The outer wall panel 1 includes a shaft frame 3 that is a frame, and a base material 4 is disposed on the shaft frame 3. In the illustrated embodiment, the shaft frame 3 is made of lip-shaped steel (C-shaped steel) and is framed on four sides. Thereby, the axial frame 3 is comprised so that it may serve as the axial frame of a building. The shaft frame 3 may be made of any material as long as it forms a frame body, and may be made of not only a steel material as illustrated but also a wood material.

In addition, the base material 4 preferably has desired fireproof and heat-resistant performance, heat insulation performance, and the like. In the illustrated embodiment, a laminated material having a thickness of 30 mm or more laminated in three layers is used. A windproof waterproof breathable sheet 41 is attached to the outer surface side of the base material 4.

A plurality of trunk edges 5 are attached to the outer surface side of the base material 4. The trunk edge 5 is a cross member attached in the horizontal direction with respect to the base material 4, and fixed convex portions 52 and ventilation concave portions 53 are alternately formed at predetermined intervals.

The outer wall panel 1 has a plurality of finished plate materials 6 made of a wood material attached to the outer wall panel 1 through the trunk edge 5 by a wing pattern, and is integrated with the base material 4 to form a panel body 2. In the panel body 2, the finished plate material 6 is fixed to the trunk edge 5 in a state where the finished plate materials 6 a, 6 a for each sheet disposed on the left and right sides of the panel are left.

For these finished plate materials 6 and 6a, for example, wood materials such as cedar and cypress are used, which are long siding plates. Further, these finished plate materials 6 are all formed in the same shape, and half the thickness of each side of the plate is cut off and subjected to a turning process. And the finishing board 6 integrated with the base material 4 in advance fixes the side of the board in this shape to the fixing convex portion 52 of the trunk edge 5 and fixes the side of the adjacent finishing board 6 with each other. They are joined together in an overlapping manner.

Further, the finished plate material 6a left without being stretched is formed on the left and right sides of the panel body 2 so as to be capable of being back-tensioned. In the illustrated embodiment, the finishing plate material 6a can be back-tensioned by subjecting the finishing plate material 6a to the same side as the finishing plate material 6 above.

Such an outer wall panel 1 is carried into the construction site in a state where the panel body 2 to which the finishing plate material 6 is attached and the finishing plate materials 6a and 6a are separated. And after performing the joint process between panels in a construction site, it is comprised so that the finishing board materials 6a and 6a can be affixed on the right-and-left both sides of the panel body 2. FIG.

Next, the construction method of the outer wall 10 using the said outer wall panel 1 is demonstrated.

First, the outer wall 10 is constructed by installing the panel body 2 carried in the field in a state separated from the finished plate material 6a on the wall surface of the building. Adjacent panel bodies 2 are attached to each other using an appropriate mounting bracket 7 while the frame 3 is bolted together.

Subsequently, the joint portion 8 formed between the built-in panel bodies 2 is waterproofed. Since the finishing plate material 6a is not stretched on the left and right side portions of the panel body 2, the joint portion 8 is opened, and the joint portion 8 can be waterproofed using this. The waterproofing process is performed, for example, by overlaying a tape-like windproof waterproof breathable sheet on the base material 4 to which the windproof waterproof breathable sheet is stuck.

After the waterproof treatment of the joint portion 8 is performed in this way, the separated finished plate material 6 a is disposed along the joint portion 8. At this time, the side of the finished plate 6a is fitted into the side of the adjacent finished plate 6 so as to be joined together. As a result, the finish plate 6a is attached to the outer wall 10 in the same tone as the finish plate 6 fixed in advance, and it is possible to form a beautiful and beautiful appearance.

In addition, by joining the finished plate materials 6 and 6a together in this manner, when the finished plate material is deformed or soiled due to aging, it can be easily updated. Further, a space is formed between the finished plate material 6 and the trunk edge 5 by the ventilation recess 53 of the trunk edge 5 to ensure the air permeability of the outer wall 10 and to allow drainage at the time of flooding. can do.

FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing a reference example of the outer wall panel according to the present invention. In this form, the trunk edge 5 of the outer wall panel 1 is characterized in that a portion for receiving the finish plate material 6a that is retrofitted on the left and right sides of the panel body 2 is formed separately from the other portions. That is, the trunk edge 5 is formed integrally with the finishing plate 6 fixed in advance and fixed to the base material 4, and the remaining divided portion 51 is provided integrally on the back side of the separated finishing plate 6 a. ing. These finishing plate materials 6 and 6a are formed in the same shape as that shown in FIG.

The outer wall 10 using such an outer wall panel 1 is also constructed by installing the panel body 2 on the wall surface of the building, waterproofing the joint portion 8 between the panel bodies 2, and then applying the finished plate material 6 a along the joint portion 8. It is constructed by backing up. At this time, since the finishing plate 6a is formed integrally with the dividing portion 51 of the trunk edge 5, when the panel body 2 is built, the right and left of the joint portion 8 are opened one by one for the finishing plate. Since the trunk edge 5 is also not disposed, it is easy to perform waterproofing processing such as stacking windproof waterproof breathable sheets. Therefore, the joint portion 8 of the outer wall panel 1 can be reliably sealed, and can be effectively waterproofed.

As described above, in the outer wall panel 1 according to the present invention, the frame 3, the base material 4, and the finish plate 6 are integrally formed into a panel. The wall surface can be constructed regardless of the skill level of the operator, and the construction period and labor saving during construction can be reduced. Moreover, in the construction method of the outer wall 10 using the outer wall panel 1 of the present invention, the panel body 2 and the finished plate material 6a are separated and carried in, and the finished plate material 6a is stuck on the construction site. The waterproof treatment can be easily performed, work at a high place can be reduced, and the outer wall 10 with high quality can be formed.

In addition, although the frame frame of the illustrated outer wall panel consists of lip-shaped steel, this invention is not limited to this, What kind of thing may be sufficient. Further, the shape of the body edge and the shape of the side of the finished plate are not limited to those illustrated, and may be modified as necessary. Further, the method of tensioning the finished plate material is not limited to the side face but may be side face.

Exterior wall panel according to the present invention, aims to reduce the labor-saving construction period of the building finish using wood material to the outer wall, and can be suitably used to enhance the design of the exterior wall.
