フレーム支持体(8)の左右方向外方側に配置され且つ板面が左右方向を向く揺動プレート(57)を揺動フレーム(9)に一体揺動自在に設け、この揺動プレート(57)に揺動規制用開口(58)を形成し、この揺動規制用開口(58)内に挿入される係合部(63)を有する揺動規制体(59)をフレーム支持体(8)に固定し、揺動フレーム(9)が揺動したときに前記揺動規制用開口(58)の揺動方向の縁部(58a,58b)が係合部(63)に接当することにより揺動フレーム(9)の揺動規制がなされるように構成されており、
