【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、賞球払出し状態を報知するための賞球報知手段を備えるパチンコ遊技機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ機やアレンジボール機に代表されるこの種の遊技機では、外枠の開口前面に、遊技領域を構成した遊技盤、前枠（ガラス窓ともいう。）、上下の球皿、打球発射装置、裏側の機構セット盤等の多くの遊技用構成部材を設置した中枠が開閉及び着脱可能に取付けられて１台単位とされている。このような遊技機にあって、遊技機の所定位置には、賞球の払出し表示をなすための複数のＬＥＤから構成された賞球報知ランプが設けられている。そして、賞球が遊技者に払出される際には、前記賞球報知ランプのＬＥＤが点灯又は点滅し、その球払出し状態を遊技者及びホールの係員に報知するようにしていた。

そして、このような賞球報知ランプの取付け位置に関しては、例えば、実開平５−５１３９３号公報に示すように、遊技盤の前面上部中央に取付ける技術が知られている。しかし、近時においては、遊技機の入替えを行う際に、中枠、前枠、機構セット盤等は既存のものを使用して、遊技盤のみを交換することが多い。このため、上記のように、遊技盤に賞球報知ランプが取付けられていると、当該遊技盤の交換に伴って、交換する必要のない賞球報知ランプまでが一緒に交換されるという無駄が生じていた。

そこで、このような無駄を防ぐべく特開平１１−１７８９９７号公報に示すように、前枠の上部に賞球報知ランプを設ける技術が提案されている。この遊技機によれば、前枠の前面側に、賞球報知ランプを構成するＬＥＤとランプ基板が取り付けられ、同ＬＥＤとランプ基板を覆うように透光性を有するランプレンズが設けられている。この結果、前枠に設けられた賞球報知ランプは、遊技盤を交換する際にも不必要に取り換えられることがない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前述した特開平１１−１７８９９７号公報のパチンコ遊技機においては、ＬＥＤとランプ基板が前枠の前面側から取付けられており、さらに、その前面側からランプレンズにて覆われているため、ＬＥＤ及びランプ基板を交換する際には、いちいちランプレンズを取り外さなければならないという問題があった。通常、ランプレンズは遊技者から悪戯や不正行為が行われないように、前枠に対して取外し困難に係合取着されているため、ランプレンズを前枠から外す作業は非常に煩雑である。

本発明は上記問題点を解決するためになされたものであり、その目的は、前記賞球報知ランプ、即ち、賞球報知手段の交換及び取付けを容易にできるパチンコ遊技機を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記問題点を解決するために、請求項１に記載の発明は、機体の外郭をなす外枠と、遊技盤の搭載枠をなすとともに前記外枠に組付けられる中枠と、遊技盤の透視窓を構成する窓口が形成されるとともに前記中枠に組みつけられる前枠とを備え、賞球払出し状態を報知するための賞球報知手段を遊技機の前面側から視認可能に備えてなるパチンコ遊技機において、前記賞球報知手段は、前記前枠の裏面側から着脱可能に取り付けられているとともに、前記前枠の前面側から取り付けられる透明又は半透明のレンズ部材により覆われており、前記レンズ部材の前枠側の周縁は、透光性を有しないベース部材にて覆われているとともに、前記ベース部材の裏面側縁には、該ベース部材を前記前枠に対して前面側から取り付けるためのフックが設けられており、前記レンズ部材の前枠側の周縁が前記ベース部材と係合されるとともに、前記ベース部材の前記フックが前記前枠に係合されることで、前記レンズ部材が前記ベース部材と前記前枠とによって挟み込まれた状態で固定されている。

そして、前記賞球報知手段は、前記前枠の前記窓口の上部であって前記前枠の左右方向中央位置に配置されており、前記前枠における前記賞球報知手段の下側であって前記窓口の上部左側及び上部右側には、大当り等の特定遊技状態の発生を報知するための第１電飾表示部及び第２電飾表示部がそれぞれ設けられており、前記前枠における前記窓口の周囲であって、前記第１電飾表示部及び前記第２電飾表示部よりも下方には、貸し球払出し状態を報知するための球貸し報知手段が設けられており、前記第１電飾表示部、第２電飾表示部及び前記球貸し報知手段は、前記賞球報知手段を覆うレンズ部材とは異なるレンズ部材であって、前記第１電飾表示部及び前記第２電飾表示部と対応する部位において前方への膨出部を有し、該膨出部が前記賞球報知手段を覆うレンズ部材よりも前面側へ膨出している２連山形状レンズ部材によって覆われていることを要旨とする。
請求項２に記載の発明は、請求項１に記載のパチンコ遊技機において、前記外枠の側方側は、遊技球を貸し出すための球貸しユニットが並設可能に構成されていることを要旨とする。

請求項３に記載の発明は、請求項１又は請求項２に記載のパチンコ遊技機において、前記中枠には、賞球報知手段から前記中枠の裏面側の機構セット盤側へ延設される導電線の通過を許容する通過部が、前記前枠を開閉自在に支持する回動支持部側に設けられていることを要旨とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を具体化した一実施形態を図１〜図８に従って説明する。なお、以下の説明において、「左」又は「右」は、パチンコ遊技機を表側から見た場合の「左」又は「右」を示すものとする。

本実施形態のパチンコ遊技機（以下、「遊技機」という。）は、その基本的構成の概要として、図１に略示するように、機体の外郭をなす縦長方形の外枠１の開口前面側に、各種の遊技用構成部材をセットする縦長方形の中枠２が開閉及び着脱可能に組付けられている。そして、この中枠２の前面側に、遊技領域となる遊技盤３の透視保護窓である前枠４と、貸し球の払出しを操作するための球貸し操作部５ａを備えた上球皿５とが個々の連結支持手段等を利用して共に横開き形態で開閉可能に組み付け整合されている。一方、中枠２の下部には下球皿６及び打球発射装置７等が装着セットされている。

図２に示すように、中枠２の裏側には各種の球経路及び球処理・払出部等を備えた機構セット盤８が着脱可能にセットされており、同機構セット盤８の略中央部には遊技盤３の大きさと対応する開口部９が形成され、同開口部９には保護カバー１０がセットされている。なお、前記遊技盤３の裏面には後述する賞球用電飾表示部４１及び第１及び第２電飾表示部４３，４４の制御を行うランプ制御基板１１が設けられていると共に、同ランプ制御基板１１と前記各電飾表示部４１，４３，４４のランプ基板４３ｂ，４４ｂ，４６（後述する）とを電気的に中継接続するランプ用中継基板１２が設けられている。

一方、前記保護カバー１０の左側方には、球タンク１３から整流樋１４を介して貯留球が流下供給される供給経路部１５が設けられている。そして、同供給経路部１５の下流端には球払出し装置１６が着脱可能にビス等で取着セットされている。

また、前記保護カバー１０の下方、即ち、前記機構セット盤８の下部外側には、遊技機の遊技内容を統括して制御する主制御基板１７が配置されている。前記主制御基板１７の左側方には、貯留球排出処理（賞球払出しと貸し球払出し）を制御し、さらに、後述する貸し球用電飾表示部４２の制御を行う払出し制御基板１８が配設されている。なお、図１及び図２において１９は球貸しシステムに利用されるカードユニットを示す。また、３１はランプ用中継基板１２とランプ基板４３ｂ，４４ｂ，４６（後述する）とを中継接続し、払出し制御基板１８とランプ基板４２ｂ（後述する）とを中継接続する中継基板を示す。

図３に示すように、遊技機の搭載枠とされる中枠２は、全体が合成樹脂成形されている。そして、基本的には、外枠１の開口前面域に適合する外形サイズに成形されて内側に正面縦長方形の前枠口２１を開口した枠体２０と、この枠体２０の裏側に一体成形されて前枠口２１の正面内部に臨むセット口２２を開口した遊技盤セット保持用の保持枠２３とが前後に連設された内外二重枠形態とされている。前記枠体２０においては、前枠口２１の下部に下球皿６や打球発射装置７を設置するための設置盤２４が成形されている。

一方、前記中枠２の左側縁部における上部及び中段部には、前枠４を開閉自在に支持するための回動支持部としての支持部２５，２６が設けられている。そして、上側の支持部２５の下方位置には、後述する配線ケーブル５７，５９，６０の通過を許容する通過部としての通過口２７が形成されている。また、前記中枠２の右縁部には施錠装置２８が設けられており、前記施錠装置２８には、同施錠装置２８の前面側を覆うように枠飾り２８ａが取着されている。

図４及び図６に示すように、その裏面左側縁の上下部に配置された連結支持具２９（図６において上側のみ図示）にて中枠２の支持部２５，２６に組付けられる前枠４は、全体が合成樹脂にて形成されている。そして、その基本的な構成をなす枠本体３５は方形箱蓋状に形成されており、枠本体３５の中央部には窓口３４が形成されている。前記窓口３４は遊技盤３の遊技領域に適した広さのほぼ円形状とされており、その内周囲のリブ３８を奥向き方向に斜状（勾配）に形成して、ゲーム領域全体を好適に見通し得るようになっている。また、枠本体３５の内側（窓口３４の裏側）には着脱及び傾動開放可能に組付けセットされるガラス支持用の支持枠（図７及び図８参照）３９が設けられており、同支持枠３９に方形の透明板である板ガラス３６（２枚）が挿入配置されている。この結果、前記前枠４は全体が１つに取扱い可能なフレームレス透視窓として構成されるとともに、１つの窓部材として容易に取扱い、保管、移送ができるようになっている。

前記枠本体３５の正面右側縁中央には凹部３７が形成されている。前記凹部３７は前記施錠装置２８の枠飾り２８ａが枠本体３５の閉鎖時に嵌合係止する形態とされており、その嵌合係止状態において前記枠飾り２８ａが枠本体３５を施錠前において仮支えするようになっている。そして、前記連結支持具２９及び支持部２５，２６と、前記施錠装置２８が利用され、中枠２に対して開閉及び着脱が可能に組付けセットされるようになっている。

図１に示すように、前記枠本体３５における窓口３４の周囲前面側の各部には遊技稼動状態を表示する各電飾表示部４１〜４４が配設されている。詳述すると、窓口３４の周囲には賞球用電飾表示部４１、貸し球用電飾表示部４２、及び第１、第２電飾表示部４３，４４が配設されている。

まず、第１及び第２電飾表示部４３，４４について説明すると、第１電飾表示部４３は枠本体３５の上部左側に設けられ、第２電飾表示部４４は枠本体３５の上部右側に設けられている。これら両電飾表示部４３，４４は、例えば大当たり等の特定遊技状態の表示に使用されるものであり、ＬＥＤ４３ａ，４４ａがランプ基板４３ｂ，４４ｂ上に実装され、各ランプ基板４３ｂ，４４ｂが窓口３４の上周囲の左右両側に形成された各設置部にそれぞれ取着されている。そして、図２及び図６に示すように、第１電飾表示部４３におけるランプ基板４３ｂにはコネクタを介して配線ケーブル５７が接続されており、同配線ケーブル５７は中枠２の通過口２７を介して枠本体３５の裏面側たる機構セット盤８側へ延出され、中継基板３１を介してランプ用中継基板１２に接続されている。なお、第１及び第２電飾表示部４３，４４における両ランプ基板４３ｂ，４４ｂは枠本体３５の裏面側において配線ケーブル５８にて接続されている。

また、前記貸し球用電飾表示部４２は、枠本体３５の上部左側であって、前記第１電飾表示部４３の下方に設けられている。貸し球用電飾表示部４２は貸し球の払出し表示をなすものであり、３個のＬＥＤ４２ａがランプ基板４２ｂ上に実装され、ランプ基板４２ｂが窓口３４の上周囲の左側に形成された設置部に取着されている。そして、貸し球用電飾表示部４２におけるランプ基板４２ｂにはコネクタを介して配線ケーブル５９が接続されており、同配線ケーブル５９は前記通過口２７を介して機構セット盤８側へ延出され、中継基板３１を介して払出し制御基板１８に接続されている。

図１及び図４に示すように、前記第１，第２電飾表示部４３，４４及び貸し球用電飾表示部４２においては、前記３つの電飾表示部４２，４３，４４に亘って左右対称形態をなす大型ランプレンズ４８が着脱交換可能に取着されている。大型ランプレンズ４８は有色（例えば赤色）且つ半透明の合成樹脂にて成形されており、前記左右の第１及び第２電飾表示部４３，４４と対応する部位において前方への膨出部４８ａを有するように２連山形状に形成されている。そして、図７及び図８に示すように、大型ランプレンズ４８は、その裏面側縁に形成された複数のフック４８ｂが枠本体３５に形成された係止穴４９と弾性的に係合することにより、枠本体３５に固定されている。尚、図７、図８では前記フック４８ｂは１つのみ示す。

一方、図１、図４及び図５に示すように、賞球用電飾表示部４１は枠本体３５（前枠４）の上部中央位置に設けられている。同賞球用電飾表示部４１には、１５個例の賞球払出し表示をなす３個のＬＥＤ４５ａと、１〜１５個例の賞球払出し表示をなす３個のＬＥＤ４５ｂがランプ基板４６に実装されており、同ランプ基板４６は窓口３４の上周囲のほぼ中央に形成された設置部４７に取着されている。詳述すると、前記設置部４７には前記ＬＥＤ４５ａ，４５ｂと同数の挿入孔４７ａが形成されており、前記ＬＥＤ４５ａ，４５ｂは枠本体３５の裏面側から挿入配置され、同ＬＥＤ４５ａ，４５ｂが実装されたランプ基板４６は設置部４７の裏面側においてネジ５６にて固定されている。

また、前記ランプ基板の下部にはコネクタ５４が設けられており、配線ケーブル６０が接続されている。同配線ケーブル６０は中枠２の通過口２７を介して機構セット盤８側へ延出され、中継基板３１を介してランプ用中継基板１２に接続されている。なお、本実施形態においては、前記ランプ基板４６及びＬＥＤ４５ａ，４５ｂにて賞球報知手段は構成されており、前記配線ケーブル５７，５９，６０が導電線に相当する。

賞球用電飾表示部４１においては、その設置部４７の前面側からレンズ部材としての小型ランプレンズ５１とベース部材としてのベース枠５２とからなる小型レンズ部材５３が取着されている。前記ベース枠５２は透光性を有さない有色（例えば黄色）の合成樹脂にて成形されており、ベース枠５２の中央部には小型ランプレンズ５１を取着セット可能なセット口５２ａが形成されている。前記セット口５２ａの裏面側には同セット口５２ａの周縁に亘って係止段部５２ｂが形成されており、前記ベース枠５２の裏面側縁には複数のフック５２ｃが設けられている。

一方、小型ランプレンズ５１は前方への膨出部５１ａを有すると共に、ベース枠５２のセット口５２ａに対応する大きさに形成されており、有色（例えば黄色）且つ半透明の合成樹脂にて成形されている。また、小型ランプレンズ５１の基端部周縁には、ベース枠５２の係止段部５２ｂに相対するフランジ５１ｂが形成されている。そして、ベース枠５２の係止段部５２ｂと小型ランプレンズ５１のフランジ５１ｂとが係合した状態で、ベース枠５２のフック５２ｃが枠本体３５に形成された係止穴５５に対して枠本体３５の前面側から弾性的に係合されている。このようにして、小型レンズ部材５３は透光性を有さないベース枠５２にて枠本体３５への係合部位が前面側から見えることなく枠本体３５に固定されている。

次に、前記遊技盤３の遊技領域について説明する。
図１に示すように、遊技盤３における前面略中央には複数の図柄を表示可能な特別図柄表示装置７１が配置されている。前記特別図柄表示装置７１の下方には、始動入賞口７２が配設されている。そして、前記始動入賞口７２に遊技球が入賞することにより、所定数（例えば１個の入賞に対して５個）の賞球が払出されるとともに、前記特別図柄表示装置７１の図柄が変動するようになっている。

前記始動入賞口７２の下方には、開閉可能な大入賞扉７３ａを備える大入賞口７３が配設されている。同大入賞口７３は、特別図柄表示装置７１の図柄が全て一致した場合に、前記大入賞扉７３ａの開放動作が行われ、遊技球の入賞を許容するとともに、遊技球の入賞に対して所定数（例えば１個の入賞に対して１５個）の賞球を払出すようになっている。尚、前記特別図柄表示装置７１の図柄が一致した際（所謂大当たり遊技時）には、大入賞扉７３ａは、例えば３０秒経過するまで、あるいは１０個の遊技球が大入賞口７３に入るまで開放するようになっており、最大１６回までこれらの動作を繰り返すようになっている。

又、前記大入賞口７３及び特別図柄表示装置７１の両側方には普通入賞口７４が配置されており、遊技球の入賞により所定数（例えば、１個の入賞に対して１２個）の賞球を払出すようになっている。

次に上記のように構成された遊技機の実施状況を説明する。
まず、遊技を行う前、若しくは遊技状態時に、カードユニット１９に対して所定のカードを挿入し、球貸し操作部５ａが操作されると、同カードの有効金額内における一定額単位に対して所定個数（例えば１００円に対して２５個）の貸し球が上球皿５に払出される。すると、主制御基板１７及び払出し制御基板１８等を介して貸し球用電飾表示部４２のランプ基板４２ｂに制御信号が出力され、前枠４の左上隅部において貸し球用電飾表示部４２のＬＥＤ４２ａが貸し球の払出しが終了するまで点灯される。

一方、遊技状態時において、始動入賞口７２又は普通入賞口７４に遊技球が入賞すると、主制御基板１７及びランプ制御基板１１等を介して賞球用電飾表示部４１のランプ基板４６に制御信号が出力される。そして、賞球の払出しが終了するまで前枠４の上部中央位置において３個のＬＥＤ４５ｂが点灯される。

また、特別図柄表示装置７１の図柄が一致し、所謂大当たり状態となって大入賞扉７３ａが開放動作すると、主制御基板１７及びランプ制御基板１１等を介して第１及び第２電飾表示部４３，４４のランプ基板４３ｂ，４４ｂに制御信号が出力される。そして、大当たり状態が終了し大入賞扉７３ａが閉鎖するまで前枠４の左右両側においてＬＥＤ４３ａ，４４ａが点灯される。

さらに、大入賞扉７３ａが開放した状態で、大入賞口７３に遊技球が入賞すると、主制御基板１７及びランプ制御基板１１等を介して賞球用電飾表示部４１のランプ基板４６に制御信号が出力される。そして、賞球の払出しが終了するまで前枠４の上部中央位置において３個のＬＥＤ４５ｂとともに隣接する３個のＬＥＤ４５ａが点灯される。

このとき、賞球用電飾表示部４１は遊技者が視認し易い前枠４の上部中央位置に配置されているため、例えば、前枠４の側部等に設けられている場合と比較して、その電飾効果は高められる。また、貸し球用電飾表示部４２及び第１、第２電飾表示部４３，４４と、賞球用電飾表示部４１を覆うランプレンズ４８，５１は異なった色で着色された別部材であるため、その電飾効果はさらに高められる。そして、賞球用電飾表示部４１を覆う小型レンズ部材５３は、半透明の小型ランプレンズ５１がその周縁が透光性を有さないベース枠５２に覆われて枠本体３５に取着されているため、全てが半透明の合成樹脂にて一体形成されている場合と異なり、枠本体３５に対する組付け部分が遊技者にとって視認不能とされる。この結果、小型レンズ部材５３が取外されたり、悪戯が行われることはない。

次いで、賞球用電飾表示部４１のＬＥＤ４５ａ，４５ｂ又はランプ基板４６に不具合が生じたりして同ランプ基板４６を交換する際について説明する。この場合はまず、施錠装置２８を解除して、枠本体３５を連結支持具２９（支持部２５，２６）を支点として、中枠に対して開放動作する。そして、枠本体３５の裏面側からランプ基板４６を固定しているネジ５６を取り外すことにより、ＬＥＤ４５ａ，４５ｂ及びランプ基板４６を枠本体３５から離脱させる。そして、新品部品たるランプ基板４６を枠本体３５の裏面側から再びネジ止め固定する。その後、連結支持具２９を支点として枠本体３５を閉鎖して、施錠装置２８にて施錠する。

このとき、前記賞球用電飾表示部４１のランプ基板４６は枠本体３５の裏面側から取着されていたため、前面側に取着されている場合と異なり、いちいち、前記ベース枠５２のフック５２ｃを枠本体３５の係止穴５５から抜き外し、小型レンズ部材５３を枠本体３５から離脱させる必要がなく、前枠４を開放するだけで容易に取付け、取り外し作業が行える。また、各電飾表示部４１〜４４から枠本体３５の裏面側を延びる配線ケーブル５７，５９，６０は中枠２の左上側縁部、即ち、前枠４の回動支点とされる支持部２５側に形成された通過口２７を介して機構セット盤８側へ延出されているため、前枠４を開閉する際に、配線ケーブル５７，５９，６０が邪魔になることはない。

従って、上記実施形態によれば、以下のような効果を得ることができる。
（１）上記実施形態では、賞球用電飾表示部４１のランプ基板４６及びＬＥＤ４５ａ，４５ｂは枠本体３５（前枠４）の裏面側から取付けられているため、枠本体３５の前面側から取着されている場合と異なり、ランプ基板４６の交換及び取付けの際に、枠本体３５の前面側からフック５２ｃにて弾性的に係合された小型レンズ部材５３をいちいち取外す必要はなく、枠本体３５を開放してネジ５６を取外すことにより容易に作業ができる。

（２）上記実施形態では、賞球用電飾表示部４１は遊技者にとって、視認し易い枠本体３５（前枠４）の上部中央位置に設けられているため、遊技者に利益がもたらされる賞球払出し時の電飾効果を高めることができる。

（３）また、賞球用電飾表示部４１を覆う小型ランプレンズ５１と、貸し球用電飾表示部４２と第１、第２電飾表示部４３，４４を覆う大型ランプレンズ４８とは別部材にて形成され、さらに異なる色にて着色されているため、例えば、大当たり等の電飾効果を高めることができる。

（４）上記実施形態では、賞球用電飾表示部４１を覆う小型レンズ部材５３は枠本体３５（前枠４）の前面側から取り付けられているため、例えば、枠本体３５にスリット等を設けて、裏面側から小型レンズ部材５３を取付ける場合と異なり、ランプ基板４６を交換する際に、いちいち小型レンズ部材５３も外す必要がない。

（５）上記実施形態では、賞球用電飾表示部４１を覆う小型レンズ部材５３は半透明の小型ランプレンズ５１と、同小型ランプレンズ５１の周縁を覆い、透光性を有しないベース枠５２にて構成され、前記ベース枠５２に設けられたフック５２ｃにて枠本体３５（前枠４）に取着されているため、遊技者から小型レンズ部材５３の取付部位が視認不能となり、カバー部材が取り外されたり、悪戯されることはない。

（６）上記実施形態では、各電飾表示部４１〜４４から機構セット盤８側に延びる配線ケーブル５７，５９，６０の通過を許容する中枠２の通過口２７は、同中枠２の左上側縁部、即ち、前枠４の回動支点とされる支持部２５側に設けられているため、配線ケーブル５７，５９，６０を枠本体３５（前枠４）の開閉の邪魔にならないように配置させることができ、枠本体３５を開閉する際に枠本体３５にて配線ケーブル５７，５９，６０を挟むことはない。

なお、上記実施形態は以下のような別例に変更して具体化してもよい。
・上記実施形態では、小型レンズ部材５３は枠本体３５の前面側から取着されていたが、例えば設置部４７にスリット等を形成して、枠本体３５の裏面側から取着するようにしてもよい。
