Description

【0001】
<実施例1>
【0022】
<比較例1>
【0023】
<比較例2>
【0024】

Figure 0004598352
【0025】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a resin packaging container, and more specifically, a resin that effectively absorbs the reduced pressure and prevents deformation of the container body when the container body is decompressed after the container body is filled with contents. It relates to a packaging container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Resin packaging containers are widely used as liquid containers for oil, soy sauce, miso, sake, juice, and the like because of their excellent light weight, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance. In particular, a so-called PET (PET) bottle in which polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is stretch blow molded has transparency, gas barrier properties and appropriate rigidity in addition to the above, and occupies an unwavering position as the liquid container. Yes.
[0003]
In general, a large bottle of 1.8 liters or more is generally provided with a gripping part such as a handle on the body part of the bottle in order to improve the handleability. On the other hand, since this PET bottle is warm-filled in order to enhance the storage stability of the liquid content, the bottle is subject to decompression deformation due to contraction of the liquid content after cooling and the intervening gas. There is. With respect to this reduced pressure deformation, a structure for absorbing reduced pressure is applied to the body and shoulders of the bottle, and measures are taken to suppress the deformation of the bottle accompanying the reduced pressure.
[0004]
As an example, as shown in FIGS. 11 to 13, the container body a is vertically long and includes a mouth part b, a body part c, and a bottom part d, and the body part c has a handle e, and the opposite side of the handle e. A label surface f for sticking a label, a body c under the handle e other than the label surface f has a reduced pressure absorption surface g, and a shoulder h between the body c and the mouth b is also provided. A structure having a vacuum absorbing surface g is known.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
11 to 13, especially in the case of a large size of 1.8 liters or more, the absolute contraction volume is originally increased and the handle e is provided, so that the deformation accompanying decompression becomes asymmetric and the deformation under reduced pressure is large. Moreover, there is a problem that the deformation position cannot be determined. Therefore, after the heated liquid content is put in the container body a and the lid is fitted and sealed, when the liquid content cools to room temperature, the inside becomes a reduced pressure state, and the reduced pressure absorption of the trunk portion c and the shoulder portion h The surface g is recessed to absorb the reduced pressure. However, in the case where the pressure reduction cannot be absorbed by only the depressions of the reduced pressure absorption surface g, the attachment recess i of the handle e also has a depression, and together with this depression, a large depression deformation j is formed on the label surface f. generate.
[0006]
Therefore, the occurrence of such a dent deformation j on the label surface f causes a dent on the label affixed to the label surface f, which significantly reduces the effect of explaining the liquid contents by the label. If a bar code for product management is printed on the label, if there is a dent deformation j on the label surface f, correct reading and recognition by the machine cannot be performed, so that correct product management cannot be performed. It will not make the original meaning attached.
[0007]
Such deformation of the mounting recess i is such that when a separate handle e is attached to the mounting recess i, the fixing of the handle e and the mounting recess i is incomplete, and the handle e is loose. It can also lead to a situation of being attached or leaving at worst.
[0008]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to impair the function of the label attached to the label surface of the body part during decompression deformation, even if a large volume bottle is filled with liquid contents whose volume changes greatly depending on the temperature. In addition, there is no decrease in longitudinal compressive strength, and since the concave portion as the grip portion is formed in the body portion, there is little deformation of the mounting concave portion, and there is no trouble in the handle and its surroundings. To provide a container.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been proposed in order to achieve the above object, and is characterized by having the following configuration.
That is, according to the present invention, it comprises a vertically long container body having a mouth portion, a shoulder portion, a trunk portion, and a bottom portion . At least a part of the trunk portion is formed in a concave portion, and a grip portion is formed in the concave portion. And has a label surface on which a label having a circular or polygonal shape with at least a cross-sectional shape protruding outward is attached, and has a vacuum absorbing surface on the grip portion and the body other than the label surface. In the resin packaging container thus formed, the same label surface is provided with one or more rows of lateral beads which are interrupted at the center, and one row in the longitudinal direction. A container is provided.
As a result, even if the inside of the container body is filled with the liquid contents and the inside is in a decompressed state, the vertical central convex portion formed by the horizontal bead divided by the central portion of the label surface serves as a fulcrum. The surface is deformed into a rice pad shape with a radial cross-sectional shape to absorb the decompressed state, and such a deformation of the label surface fulfills the function of the label surface. Further, the rigidity of the divided bead in the transverse direction does not cause buckling due to rice ball-like deformation, and there is no reduction in longitudinal compression strength.
[0010]
Further, at least a portion of the body portion of the container body is formed in the recess, by gripper the recess is formed by rice ball-like deformation of the label side with the deformation of the gripper, absorbs reduced pressure In addition, the degree of absorption increases, and the rigidity of the divided bead in the lateral direction and the rigidity of the gripping part does not cause buckling due to cornice deformation and gripping part deformation, and there is no reduction in longitudinal compression strength. .
[0011]
Moreover, according to this invention, the said resin packaging container which has a bead of a vertical direction between the label surface of the said container main body and the said holding part is provided.
Due to the presence of the bead in the vertical direction, when the label surface is deformed into a rice ball shape with a radial cross-sectional shape, the longitudinal bead is pulled in and deformed, so that the amount of absorption in a reduced pressure state is increased.
[0012]
Moreover, according to this invention, the said grip part is provided with the said resin-made packaging container by which the separate handle | steering-piece is integrated with the container main body in the fitting state.
By configuring the handle with a material separate from the bottle body, a material having a higher strength than that of the bottle body can be adopted, and even a large-capacity bottle can be stably held.
[0013]
Moreover, according to this invention, the said holding part is the said resin packaging container which is a recessed part for holding | grip.
In this configuration, the gripping part formed by making the body body part of the body part into two concave parts parallel to the vertical direction is grasped and carried by fingers, and is integrally molded at the same time as the bottle molding. The amount of absorption due to the deformation under reduced pressure is increased, and the gripping recess is not detached.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
1 is a front view of a resin packaging container showing a form of a 4.0 liter bottle according to the embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side view of the resin packaging container showing an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. It is sectional drawing which follows the III-III line. In the drawing, a resin packaging container 1 has a container body 2 which is vertically long, and is composed of a mouth part 3, a shoulder part 12, a body part 4 and a bottom part 5. The body part 4 has at least a label surface 6 on which a label is pasted. The body 4 other than the label surface 6 has a vacuum absorbing surface 7 and the label surface 6 is provided with one or more rows of lateral beads 8 (hereinafter simply referred to as “lateral beads 8”) divided into two at the center. It will be.
[0015]
The container body 2 is formed with a spout 10 and a screw 11 for screwing the cap at the mouth 3 thereof, and the body 4 has a circular cross-sectional shape in this example because of its strength. However, it may be polygonal, and the bottom 5 is convex upward to increase the strength.
[0016]
The upper portion of the body portion 4 becomes a shoulder portion 12 and is connected to the mouth portion 3. The shoulder portion 12 has a panel portion 13, which forms another vacuum absorbing surface. There are all-round beads 14 and 15 just below the shoulder 12 and just above the bottom 5. The body 4 is provided with the label surface 6 and the grip 16 at 180 degrees between the circumferential beads 14 and 15. The label surface 6 is surrounded by vertical beads 17 and 17 and horizontal beads 18 and 18 on both sides and upper and lower sides. The label surface 6 is provided with a plurality of lateral beads 8 (in this example, 10 in 5 rows) divided into two with the central portion 6a as a boundary. These horizontal bead 8, the first row from the top and the fifth column are the same length, but each of the intermediate second row to the fourth row are the same length, the first row and the It is slightly longer than the fifth row. Due to the large number of these horizontal beads 8 (10 in 5 rows), the central portion 6 a of the label surface 6 forms a vertical central convex portion 19.
An example of this configuration is also described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 2002-154515 and 2002-154517.
[0017]
On the other hand, the gripping part 16 is formed by attaching a separate handle 21 to the mounting recess 20 provided in the body part 4, but is not limited thereto. The handle 21 is formed separately from the bottle body, and includes a gripping portion and an attachment portion, and a protruding portion of the container body formed when the container is blow-molded is a ring of the gripping portion. The handle is fixed to the container body by being inserted into the inside and further having a structure in which the tip of the protruding portion is expanded in a flange shape. By forming the handle separately from the bottle body, the handle can be made stronger than the bottle body, and there is an advantage that the gripping state is stable even with a large-capacity bottle.
[0018]
Further, instead of the handle 21, it may be a dent type that is pinched with fingers. In the dent type, two concave portions parallel to the vertical direction are formed in a part of the body of the bottle, and fingers are put in the concave portions. In addition, the trunk | drum 4 under the attachment recessed part 20 has played the role of the decompression absorption surface 7. FIG.
An example of this configuration is also described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 2002-154515 and 2002-154517.
[0019]
When the resin packaging container 1 having such a configuration is in a reduced pressure state due to various factors, the mounting concave portion 20 of the handle 21 deforms and absorbs the reduced pressure, the central convex portion 19 serves as a fulcrum, and the label surface 6 has a radial cross section. It deforms into a rice ball shape and absorbs the reduced pressure state. Furthermore, since the vertical beads 17 and 17 on both sides of the label surface 6 are also drawn into the diaper-like deformation of the label surface 6, it is possible to sufficiently secure the amount of absorption of the reduced pressure. Further, due to the rigidity of the horizontal bead 8 that bisects the label surface 6, buckling due to rice ball-like deformation does not occur, and the longitudinal compression strength does not decrease.
[0020]
In addition, the material which comprises the said packaging container 1 for resin is although there is no limitation in particular, Polyester resin, such as polyethylene, a polyethylene terephthalate, and copolyester, a polypropylene, etc. are employ | adopted. Further, the volume of the resin packaging container 1 is not particularly limited, but can be applied to a large size of 1.8 liters, 2.7 liters, 3.6 liters or more practically.

【Example】
Below, the effectiveness of the present invention is demonstrated in the examples.
<Example 1>
First, a vacuum deformation test was performed on the polyethylene terephthalate packaging container having the shape shown in FIGS.
The packaging container was sealed in an empty bottle state, and the pressure was reduced. The deformation state was visually observed, and the deformation capacity and the reduced pressure absorption state were evaluated. The results are shown in FIGS. In particular, it was carefully observed whether the deformation of the label surface was a deformation that hinders the label.
Furthermore, the packaging container made of polyethylene terephthalate in an empty bottle was gradually increased in the direction shown by arrow A in FIG. 4 as it was, and the amount of load at the time of occurrence of buckling was measured to obtain the longitudinal compressive strength. . The obtained measurement results are shown in Table 1.
[0022]
<Comparative Example 1>
In place of the packaging container made of polyethylene terephthalate having the shape shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the horizontal beads 8a are connected as shown in FIG. A vacuum deformation test was conducted in the same manner as in 1. The reduced pressure deformation state is shown in FIGS. Further, a longitudinal compression strength test was conducted in the same manner as in Example 1, and the results are shown in Table 1.
[0023]
<Comparative example 2>
In place of the polyethylene terephthalate packaging container having the shape shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a vacuum deformation test similar to that of Example 1 was performed in the same manner as in FIGS. The results of the deformation state are shown in FIGS. Further, the longitudinal compression strength test was conducted in the same manner as in Example 1 for the polyethylene terephthalate packaging container before the vacuum deformation test. The obtained measurement results are shown in Table 1.
[0024]
[Table 1]
Figure 0004598352
[0025]
According to Table 1 and FIGS. 4 to 6, the polyethylene terephthalate packaging container of Example 1 according to the present invention absorbs the vacuum absorbing surface 7 of the shoulder portion 12 under the panel portion 13 and the body portion 4 under the mounting recess 20 under reduced pressure. Further, the mounting recess 20 of the handle 21 absorbs and deforms under reduced pressure, and the central convex portion 19 serves as a fulcrum, and the label surface 6 deforms into a rice ball shape with a radial cross-sectional shape to absorb the reduced pressure. It turns out that it becomes. Furthermore, since the vertical beads 17 and 17 on both sides of the label surface 6 are also drawn into the diaper-like deformation of the label surface 6, a sufficient amount of absorption in a reduced pressure state can be ensured. This disc-like deformation of the label surface 6 does not deteriorate the visual effect of the label and does not adversely affect the function of the barcode.
Further, the longitudinal compression strength was 37.5 kgf, and the longitudinal compression strength of the polyethylene terephthalate packaging container before the decompression deformation test of Comparative Example 2 was 38.0 kgf, which was inferior. This is presumed that there is no decrease in longitudinal compressive strength because buckling due to rice ball-like deformation does not occur due to the rigidity of the horizontal bead 8 that bisects the label surface 6.
[0026]
According to Table 1 showing the results of Comparative Example 1 and FIGS. 8 to 10, the mounting recess 20 of the handle 21 absorbs and deforms under reduced pressure, and an arc-shaped deflection is applied from the upper and lower end portions of the label surface 6 to the center portion. It occurs inward, that is, it becomes an inward warping state. For this reason, visual effects such as wrinkles on the label are deteriorated, and the function of the barcode is also adversely affected. Furthermore, since the deformation state is the inward warping state, it can be seen that the longitudinal compression strength is 33.0 kgf, which is significantly lower than that of Example 1 and Comparative Example 2.
[0027]
According to Table 1 showing the results of Comparative Example 2 and FIGS. 11 to 13, although the longitudinal compression strength is excellent, the mounting recess i of the handle e absorbs and deforms under reduced pressure, and the label surface f greatly dents and dents. It can be seen that the deformation j is caused to reduce the visual effect of the label and adversely affect the function of the barcode.
[0028]
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, a specific structure is not limited to this, The change in the range which does not deviate from the summary of this invention, and the combination of the structure in each claim can be made arbitrarily. Of course.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, even if the inside of the container body is filled with the liquid content and the pressure is reduced, the central portion of the same label surface having a circular or polygonal cross-sectional shape is formed. The vertical central convex part formed by a horizontal bead divided into two at the boundary serves as a fulcrum, the label surface deforms in a diatom shape with a radial cross-section, absorbs the reduced pressure, and such deformation of the label surface is labeled Complete functions.
Further, the buckling due to the rice ball-like deformation does not occur due to the rigidity of the bisected lateral beads, and the longitudinal compressive strength is not lowered. Therefore, even when filled with a large volume of liquid content with a large volume change due to temperature, the original function of the label affixed to the label surface of the body portion is impaired without lowering the longitudinal compression strength during deformation under reduced pressure. There is no effect.
