本発明は、熱湯を容器内に注湯することにより麺体を湯戻しした後に、排湯して適食とする乾燥麺、生麺等の食品を収納した即席食品等の容器に関し、さらに詳しくは、排湯操作を簡便、迅速に行うことができるようにした即席食品等の容器に関するものである。

そこで本発明は、かかる問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、注湯排湯して適食となる即席焼きそばに代表される乾燥麺、生麺等を収納する即席食品等の容器であって、排湯操作の手間がかからずに簡便、迅速に、かつ、確実、安全に行うことができる即席食品等の容器を提供することにある。

本発明者等は、上記目的を達成するために、請求項1に記載の発明の即席食品等の容器は、一方に開口部を有するように底板と該底板の周縁に設けられた周壁とからなり、前記周壁の上縁部に下方側に窪ませた凹溝を設けた容器本体と、該容器本体の前記開口部とほぼ同じ外形を有し、前記周壁の上縁部を熱接着した蓋材とからなる即席食品等が収納される容器において、前記蓋材の前記容器本体に設けた前記凹溝と略対向する位置に前記蓋材から突出するつまみ舌片が設けられ、前記周壁の上縁部が前記凹溝を除いて全周に亘って熱接着されると共に、前記蓋材と前記凹溝により形成される排湯口が前記容器の内部と外部とを常時連通する開口状態で既設されていることを特徴とするものである。
