Claims (12)
- 任意の間隔をおいて一方向に平行に配列される複数の単位電池を含む単位電池集合体と;
前記単位電池集合体を内蔵するハウジングと;
前記ハウジングに設置されて,前記ハウジング内に流入した冷却媒体を前記複数の単位電池の間に案内する連通部材と;
を含み,
前記連通部材は,前記ハウジング内の前記複数の単位電池の上部又は下部にそれぞれ設置され,前記複数の単位電池の上部又は下部をカバーし,前記複数の単位電池の間の空間に対応する間隔をおいて配置される複数のガイダーを含み,
前記各単位電池の上部又は下部から前記各単位電池の間に供給される前記冷却媒体の流量が実質的に均一となるように,前記冷却媒体が前記ハウジングに流入する側から遠くなるほど,前記単位電池の間隔が次第に広くなるように,前記単位電池が配列され,
前記単位電池の配列関係に対応して,前記冷却媒体が前記ハウジングに流入する側から遠くなるほど,相隣接する前記ガイダーの間の間隔が次第に広くなるように前記ガイダーが設置されることを特徴とする,二次電池モジュール。 - 前記単位電池集合体は,前記各単位電池の間に配置される隔壁を含み,
前記隔壁に前記冷却媒体が通過する流通路が形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記ハウジングは,分離結合可能な複数のサブハウジングを含み,
前記複数のサブハウジングのうちいずれか一つのサブハウジングに,前記単位電池の配列方向と平行な方向に前記冷却媒体が流入する流入口が形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1または2に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記ハウジングは,分離結合可能な複数のサブハウジングを含み,
前記複数のサブハウジングのうちいずれか一つのサブハウジングに,前記単位電池の配列方向と平行な方向に前記冷却媒体が流出する流出口が形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記複数のガイダーは,前記単位電池集合体の前記冷却媒体の流通方向の両側に,対をなすように配置されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記ガイダーは,前記ハウジングに一体に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記連通部材は,前記複数の単位電池の間の空間と連通する複数のガイド流路が形成された本体を含むことを特徴とする,請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 複数の前記単位電池がパッケージ部に装着されて単位電池グループを構成し,
前記単位電池集合体は,複数の前記単位電池グループが任意の間隔をおいて配列されて構成され,
前記連通部材は,前記冷却媒体を,前記複数の単位電池グループの間に案内することを特徴とする,請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記単位電池は角形を有することを特徴とする,請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記単位電池は円筒形を有することを特徴とする,請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記冷却媒体は空気であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記二次電池モジュールはモータ駆動用であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
