Description

【0001】
図10(a)は図9のA−A線断面矢視図、図10(b)は図9のB−B線断面矢視図である。

[Prior art]
In the interior of a building, wooden or plastic ones are often used as baseboards provided along the boundary between the floor surface and the wall surface of the building. The baseboard is attached to the wall surface, but for the purpose of ensuring aesthetics and the like, the bottom end is located close to the floor surface and is arranged so that no large gap is generated between the floor surface.
By the way, when the floor of a building is made of concrete or reinforced concrete, unevenness and unevenness are often present on the floor surface. In this case, conventionally, a base made of soft resin is used, and this baseboard is installed so as to become familiar with unevenness and unevenness of the floor surface, thereby preventing a gap from being generated between the floor surface. Many measures are taken to make the gap as small as possible.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the above-mentioned soft resin baseboards are generally unsatisfactory in cosmetics, hard resin baseboards having better cosmetics have also been provided. However, with hard resin baseboards, it is not possible to sufficiently obtain the unevenness and unevenness of the floor surface, so if there are unevenness and unevenness on the floor surface, Work such as filling the generated gap with concrete filling or cutting the surface of the floor to make it flat is troublesome. In addition, it is conceivable to process a baseboard, such as cutting a part of the baseboard, but this is a time-consuming work, and there is a problem in that a reduction in makeup is inevitable.
[0004]

[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 and 2 are views showing a decorative wall body 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a front view and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view.
1 and 2, reference numerals 2 and 3 are vertical frames, 4 is a decorative vertical material, 7 is a baseboard unit, 8 is a top closing unit, 9 is a decorative panel, and 10 is a wall surface of a building frame (hereinafter “wall surface”). It is.
This embodiment is an example in which the baseboard fixing structure according to the present invention is applied to a baseboard unit 7 at the lower end of a decorative wall body 1 constituting a so-called waist wall.
[0007]
In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, in the decorative wall body 1, the baseboard unit 7 assembled by extending in the lateral direction of the wall surface 10 along the floor surface 15 a of the floor 15 at the lower part of the wall surface 10; The upper parting unit 8 assembled on the wall surface 10 along the lateral direction of the wall surface 10 substantially parallel to the baseboard unit 7 above the baseboard unit 7, and the baseboard unit 7 and the upper parting unit 8 A plurality of decorative panels 9 are arranged in a region surrounded by a pair of vertical frames 2 and 3 that are spaced apart in the horizontal direction (left and right in FIG. 1) and extend in the vertical direction. Are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction. The decorative vertical member 4 is arranged so as to cover the joint portion between the decorative panels 9 which are adjacent side by side.
[0008]
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the baseboard unit 7 includes a long baseboard pedestal 71 fixed to the wall surface 10 so as to extend along the lateral direction, and the baseboard pedestal 71. Also, a long upper receiving part 72 that extends in the lateral direction along the baseboard pedestal 71 and is fixed to the wall surface 10, and a wall surface by being assembled to the baseboard pedestal 71 and the upper receiving part 72. 10 and a baseboard 73 extending along the lateral direction of the wall surface 10.
[0009]
The baseboard pedestal 71 is an integrally molded product formed of a hard resin, and a fixed plate portion 71a fixed to the wall surface 10 and an outer surface side (an opposite side to the wall surface 10) from the upper end of the fixed plate portion 71a. A baseboard fixing portion 71b (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “insertion piece”) which is an L-shaped insertion piece which is raised and protrudes upward, and is raised from the fixing plate portion 71a to the outer surface side and below. And an L-shaped contact piece 71c projecting from the base plate 15a. The contact piece 71c is positioned in contact with the floor 15a, and the fixed plate portion 71a passes through the fixed plate portion 71a. It is fixed to the wall surface 10 by fixing means 74 (here, a screw, which may be referred to as a fixing component 74 hereinafter) which is a fixing component such as a nail or a screw driven into the wall 12.
As the baseboard pedestal 71, an MDF (medium fiber board) cutting product, a foamed plastic molding product, a hard plastic molding product, a laminated material cutting product, a plywood cutting product, or the like can be used.
[0010]
The upper receiving part 72 includes a fixed plate portion 71a fixed to the wall surface 10, and two fitting pieces 72b raised from the fixed plate portion 71a to the outer surface side, and the fixed plate portion 71a. And is fixed to the wall surface 10 by a fixing component 74 fixed to the wall 12. The fitting piece 72b has a rib shape extending over the entire length of the upper receiving part 72 in the longitudinal direction.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 4, the baseboard unit 7 includes an insertion groove 73 a having an opening at a lower portion of the baseboard 73 and cut upward into the baseboard 73. It is inserted and fitted into the insertion piece 71b of 71 from above, and then the upper part of the baseboard 73 is pressed against the wall surface 10 to be opened on the surface (back surface) facing the wall surface 10 above the baseboard 73. The fitting groove 73 b is assembled by pressing and fitting the fitting groove 72 b into the fitting piece 72 b of the upper receiving part 72, whereby the base board 73 is fixed to the wall surface 10. Further, since the baseboard 73 is pressed into the wall surface 10 by the spring force of the insertion piece 71b of the baseboard pedestal 71, wobbling or the like is reliably suppressed and the fixed state is stabilized. In this manner, the baseboard unit 7 is assembled with the baseboard pedestal 71 and the upper receiving part 72 (specifically, as described above, the insertion piece and the insertion groove are fitted, and the fitting piece and the fitting are fitted). The groove can be easily assembled in a short time. It is also possible to provide an adhesive 75 on the back surface of the baseboard 73 as necessary, and to secure the fixing force to the wall surface 10 by the adhesive force of the adhesive 75.
[0012]
The specific structure of the baseboard 73 will be described. The baseboard 73 is a member of a long plate made of resin, and the back surface 73j (see FIG. 2) facing the design surface 73i (see FIG. 2) on the front side is the wall surface 10. So that the longitudinal direction of the cross section (up and down in FIG. 2) is substantially aligned with the up and down direction of the wall surface 10, and substantially the whole except the contact piece 71 c of the baseboard pedestal 71 and the upper receiving part 72 from the outside. It comes to cover. Moreover, it is preferable to form the base board 73 from the hard resin similar to the said base board base 71 from the point of ensuring of the beauty | look.
This skirting board 73 has a lower insertion groove 73a inserted and fitted into an insertion piece 71b raised upward from the skirting board pedestal 71 from above, and a fitting part 73b (fitting) formed at the upper part on the back surface 73j side. By fitting and fixing the groove) to the upper receiving part 72 assembled to the wall surface 10 above the baseboard pedestal 71, the groove is assembled to the wall surface 10 while maintaining a predetermined posture. Moreover, since the baseboard 73 can avoid interference with the protrusion which exists in the wall surface 10 as much as possible by the recesses 73k formed at a plurality of positions on the back surface 73j side, the baseboard 73 rides on the protrusion and the like existing on the wall surface 10 and tilts or wobbles. Inconvenience such as the above can be prevented, and a stable installation state in a desired posture can be easily obtained.
[0013]
In this skirting board unit 7, the insertion of the insertion surface 71 b of the skirting board pedestal 71 reliably prevents displacement of the skirting board 73 in the horizontal direction (direction away from the wall surface 10), and the fitting piece of the upper receiving part 72. Since the baseboard 73 is reliably prevented from being displaced in the vertical direction by the fitting of 72b, there is an advantage that it is possible to reliably prevent the baseboard 73 from being inadvertently detached by the action of some external force.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 2, the longitudinal direction of the baseboard 73 is opened upward between the pressing piece 73 c projecting from the upper end of the baseboard 73 of the baseboard unit 7 assembled on the wall surface 10 and the wall surface 10. Is inserted into the insertion groove 78 extending along the bottom edge of the decorative panel 9 so as to be installed on the wall surface 10 immediately above the baseboard unit 7. The lower end portion of the decorative panel 9 is pressed into the wall surface 10 by a pressing piece 73 c of the baseboard 73. The insertion groove 78 is formed by a groove 73e shaped so as to have the back surface (the surface facing the wall surface 10) of the upper end of the base board 73 extending over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the base board 73 (see FIG. 4). . When the decorative panel 9 inserted into the insertion groove 78 hits the bottom surface 73f of the groove 73e (the surface located at the lower end of the groove 73e in FIGS. 2 and 4), the decorative panel 9 is pushed further downward. It is regulated and the installation position in the vertical direction is determined.
The lower end portion of the decorative panel 9 can be easily pressed into the wall surface 10 by assembling the baseboard unit 7 on the wall surface 10 and then inserting it into the insertion groove 78 from above. The insertion of the lower end portion of the decorative panel 9 into the insertion groove 78 is preferably press-fitting, so that after the insertion, the pressing state with respect to the wall surface 10 can ensure stability.
[0015]
In the assembled baseboard unit 7, an extension 73 d protruding from the lower end of the baseboard 73 covers the driving position of the fixing part 74 for fixing the baseboard pedestal 71 from the outside, and the lower end of the baseboard 73 Since the gap between the floor 15a and the floor 15a is almost closed by the contact piece 71c of the baseboard pedestal 71, an excellent aesthetic appearance is obtained. Since the contact piece 71c of the baseboard pedestal 71 extends over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the baseboard pedestal 71, it can be reliably covered without exposing the boundary between the floor surface and the wall surface of the building.
[0016]
By the way, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, a plurality of holes 71 d are connected to the vertical center of the fixing plate 71 a of the baseboard pedestal 71 over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the baseboard pedestal 71. There is a deformed portion 71e which is a region provided. The portions present on both sides of the base plate pedestal 71 that are opposed to each other through the deformed portion 71e are connected by only the portion (the connecting portion 71f) that avoids the hole 71d of the deformed portion 71e, and the baseboard pedestal 71 is deformed. The portion 71e is easily bent and deformed. The fixing component 74 that fixes the fixing plate portion 71a to the wall surface 10 reaches and is fixed to the wall 12 through the hole 71d.
[0017]
Compared to the other portions of the fixed plate portion 71a, the deformable portion 71e has a small second moment of section in the longitudinal direction of the baseboard pedestal 71, so to speak, bending strength and bending strength are small, and bending deformation is easy. 3 (a) and 3 (b), the holes 71d are elongated holes along the longitudinal direction of the baseboard pedestal 71, and an area occupied by the connecting portion 71f in the deformed portion 71e. Since it is very small compared to the area occupied by the hole 71d, the bending strength of the deformed portion 71e is considerably small in comparison with the other portions of the fixed plate portion 71a. Therefore, in the baseboard unit 7, even if there is unevenness or unevenness on the upper surface (floor surface 15 a) of the concrete floor 15 illustrated in FIG. 4, the deformation portion 71 e of the baseboard base 71 Due to the deformation, the contact piece 71c of the baseboard pedestal 71 can be brought into contact with the floor surface 15a so that the gap between the baseboard 73 and the floor surface 15a is not exposed as much as possible by the contact piece 71c. It can be closed to ensure excellent aesthetics.
[0018]
The baseboard pedestal 71 is less likely to be deformed than the deformable portion 71e except for the deformable portion 71e. For this reason, although the baseboard pedestal 71 can cope with the unevenness and unevenness of the floor surface 15a by deformation of the deformation portion 71e, the contact piece 71c has sufficient strength. For example, a tile (on the floor surface 15a ( There is an advantage that inconveniences such as deformation of the contact piece 71c due to laying work such as a vinyl chloride tile or a cushion floor can be prevented, and a good fit can be easily realized.
As a result of verification by the present inventors, even if the baseboard pedestal is formed of a relatively soft metal such as aluminum, the followability of the contact piece against the unevenness of the floor surface and unevenness cannot be ensured sufficiently. Further, even with a hard resin baseboard pedestal that provides an excellent aesthetic as compared with a soft resin, the aforementioned holes 71d (see FIGS. 3A and 3B) and slits (described later, FIGS. 11A and 11B). Without the deformation part formed by b) (refer to reference numeral 711a), etc., the followability of the contact piece to the unevenness of the floor surface and unevenness cannot be ensured sufficiently. And in view of these verification results, the present inventors, as a configuration that can sufficiently ensure the followability of the contact piece to the unevenness and unevenness of the floor surface, makeup, as a structure made of hard resin, The present inventors have found a configuration having a deformed portion that is easily deformed by forming a hole, a slit, or the like. The deformed portion formed on the fixed plate portion is not limited to a portion in which a hole or a slit is formed on the fixed plate portion. For example, by forming a thin-walled portion, a bent molded portion, a curved molded portion, or the like. Is also possible.
[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 2, 5, 6 (a) and 6 (b), the upper parting unit 8 is provided on the outer surface 81 a side of a long plate-shaped attachment component 81 extending and fixed laterally to the wall surface 10. A long plate-shaped upper parting 82 that covers the attachment part 81 from the outside is assembled. Further, the upper parting unit 8 fixes the attachment part 81 to the wall surface 10 and then presses the upper end portion of the decorative panel 9 onto the wall surface 10 by a pressing piece 83 protruding downward from the attachment part 81. Since the upper parting line 82 is assembled to the attachment part 81, the pressing operation of the attachment part 81 on the wall surface 10 of the decorative panel 9 can be efficiently performed without causing interference with the upper parting part 82.
[0020]
Various specific structures can be adopted for the upper parting unit.
In the upper parting unit 8 shown in FIGS. 2, 5, 6 (a) and 6 (b), the attachment part 81 is a processed metal plate, and is fixed in a long plate shape fixed to the wall surface 10. A plate portion 84, and a locking piece 85 projecting from one end in the longitudinal direction of the fixed plate portion 84 (up and down in FIG. 2, up and down in FIG. 5 and up and down in FIGS. 6A and 6B) to the outer surface 81a side, The L-shaped pressing piece 83 raised from the other end in the longitudinal direction of the fixed plate portion 84 to the outer surface 81a side and extended to the opposite side of the locking piece 85 via the fixed plate portion 84. The fixing plate portion 84 is fixed to the wall surface 10 with nails, screws 84b, etc., with the pressing piece 83 on the lower side and the locking piece 85 on the upper side, so that it is fixed to the wall surface 10. It has become. The locking piece 85 and the pressing piece 83 have a ridge shape extending over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the fixed plate portion 84.
[0021]
The upper part 82 is an integrally formed product formed of a synthetic resin, and is a long plate-like upper part main body 86 and the longitudinal direction of the cross section of the upper part main body 86 (FIG. 2 top and bottom, FIG. 5 top and bottom, FIG. ), And (b) upper and lower parts) having projecting walls 87, 88, 89 projecting from the upper parting body 86 to the mounting surface 82 a side attached to the mounting part 81 of the upper parting 82. The fitting groove 87a formed in the projecting wall 87 projecting from one end (upper end in FIG. 5) in the longitudinal direction of the cross section of the upper parting body 86 is inserted and fitted into the locking piece 85 of the mounting part 81. The other protruding wall 88 is assembled to the outer surface 81a side of the attachment component 81 by abutting the side surface of the rising portion 83a from the fixing plate portion 84 of the pressing piece 83 of the attachment component 81 from above. The upper parting line 82 is provided such that the cross-sectional longitudinal direction of the upper parting body 86 substantially coincides with the vertical direction of the wall surface 10 and covers the attachment part 81 from the outside.
[0022]
The fitting groove 87a of the protruding wall 87 is inserted and fitted into the locking piece 85 of the mounting part 81, and the protruding wall 88 is formed between the rising portion 83a from the fixing plate portion 84 of the pressing piece 83 and the engaging piece 85. When inserted in between, the projecting wall 88 is a pressing piece of the attachment part 81 depending on the relationship between the distance between the fitting groove 87a and the projecting wall 88 with respect to the separation distance 81b between the rising portion 83a and the engaging piece 85. 83 is brought into pressure contact with the side surface of the rising portion 83a. Therefore, the upper parting line 82 can be easily assembled to the attachment part 81 by pushing the attachment part 81 fixed to the wall surface 10 from the outer surface side. Further, the protruding wall 89 protruding toward the mounting surface 82a from the lower end of the upper part 82 attached to the attachment part 81 sets the pushing limit of the upper part 82 by contacting the decorative panel 9, It functions as a stopper for maintaining the parting line 82 in a desired posture.
When the locking piece 85 of the mounting part 81 is inserted and fitted into the fitting groove 87a of the protruding wall 87, the unevenness formed on the surface of the locking piece 85 bites into the inner surface of the fitting groove 87a. The combined state is secured stably, and sufficient pulling resistance is secured. Further, the protruding wall 88 press-contacted to the rising portion 83a from the fixing plate portion 84 of the pressing piece 83 is prevented from being displaced by the unevenness on the side surface of the rising portion 83a, and sufficient pulling resistance is ensured. .
The protruding walls 87, 88, 89 have a ridge shape extending over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the upper parting body 86, and also function as a reinforcing rib of the upper parting part 82.
[0023]
The lengths of the baseboard pedestal 71, the baseboard 73 of the baseboard unit 7, the mounting part 81 of the upper parting unit 8, and the upper parting 82 are adjusted as appropriate. Ensure that there is no gap between them. However, it is more appropriate to connect the baseboards 73 to each other and the upper parting lines 82 using a dedicated decorative longitudinal material so that each member is accommodated and looks good at the corner 10a and the corner.
[0024]
FIG. 7 shows an exit corner unit 100 that connects the baseboards 73 of the baseboard unit 7 at the exit corner 10a. The protruding corner unit 100 has an L-shaped mounting part 101 corresponding to the protruding corner 10a, and an L-shaped decorative longitudinal member 102 which is engaged with the mounting part 101 and assembled to the outer surface 101a side. have. In FIG. 8, the vertical dimension (vertical direction in FIG. 8) of the decorative longitudinal member 102 is substantially the same as the vertical dimension of the baseboard 73 of the baseboard unit 7, and forms a design surface substantially continuous with the baseboard 73. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the decorative vertical member has a length that reaches from the position where the baseboards 73 are connected to each other to the upper part in the extended corner, and is joined at the extended corner between the decorative panels 9. It is also possible to employ a material that also serves as a decorative vertical member (the function of the decorative vertical member 52 illustrated in FIG. 8) covering the portion. The attachment component 101 is covered from the outside by a decorative longitudinal member 102 assembled on the outer surface 101a side.
[0025]
The mounting component 101 is fixed to the wall surface 10 by fixing the fixing plate portions 103 and 104 extending from the L-shaped bent portion 101b to both sides to the wall 12 with nails, screws 105, or the like. Engagement pieces 106 for engagement with the decorative longitudinal member 102 are projected on the outer surface 101a side of the leading ends of the fixed plate portions 103 and 104 extending from the bent portions 101b. The decorative longitudinal member 102 is an integrally molded product formed from a synthetic resin, and has side plate portions 107 and 108 extending from the L-shaped bent portion 102a to both sides, and the tip ends of the side plate portions 107 and 108. The engaging groove 109 formed in the mounting surface 102b is inserted into the engaging piece 106 of each fixing plate portion 103, 104 of the mounting part 101 and engaged (here, fitted). , Assembled to the mounting part 101. The engaging pieces 106 of the fixing plate portions 103 and 104 of the attachment component 101 are inclined so as to be folded back from the fixing plate portions 103 and 104 to the bent portion 101b side of the attachment component 101. The engagement grooves 109 formed at the tips of the portions 107 and 108 are also inclined obliquely from the opening in the mounting surface 102b toward the bent portion 102a.
[0026]
The decorative longitudinal member 102 is pushed toward the attachment component 101 so that the bent portion 102a coincides with the bent portion 101b of the attachment component 101, and each of the attachment component 101 is inserted into the engagement groove 109 of each side plate portion 107, 108. By inserting the engagement pieces 106 of the fixed plate portions 103 and 104, the attachment parts 101 can be easily assembled. Further, the decorative longitudinal member 102 has the longitudinal end portion of the baseboard 73 of the baseboard unit 7 on the wall surface 10 by a pressing piece 110 formed at the leading end of the side plate portions 107 and 108 extending from the bent portion 102a. It is depressed. Specifically, the pressing piece 110 engages with an engaging piece 79 formed at the longitudinal end of the baseboard 73 of the baseboard unit 7 so that the baseboard 73 is pushed into the decorative longitudinal member 102 ( It also functions as an engagement piece that prevents the pushing and pulling out of the bent portion 102a.
[0027]
The bent part 101b of the mounting part 101 is formed in a U-shape, and both fixing plate parts 103 and 104 of the mounting part 101 are centered on a virtual center P between both ends 101c and 101c of the U-shaped part of the bent part 101b. For example, it extends in two different directions with a desired internal angle θ of 90 degrees or the like. The bent portion 101b has a shape protruding from the imaginary center P toward the outer angle side with respect to the inner angle side between the two fixed plate portions 103 and 104. The decorative longitudinal member 102 assembled to the attachment component 101 accommodates the bent portion 101b of the attachment component 101 in a recess 111 formed on the mounting surface 102b side of the bent portion 102a. The positional deviation in the direction along the lateral direction of the wall surface 10 is less likely to occur.
In addition, when the decorative vertical member 102 is assembled to the attachment component 101, the bent portion 101 b of the attachment component 101 is stored in the recess 111 of the decorative vertical member 102, thereby engaging the fixing plate portions 103 and 104 of the attachment component 101. The insertion fitting of the side plate portions 106 and 107 of the decorative longitudinal member 102 to the piece 106 (accommodating the engaging piece 106 in the engaging groove 109) causes the positional displacement of the decorative longitudinal member 102 with respect to the attachment part 101. There is an advantage that it can be carried out smoothly and efficiently. The recess 111 is a groove extending over the entire length of the decorative longitudinal member 102 in the extending direction, and the bent portion 101b of the mounting part 101 has an extension dimension slightly shorter than the extension dimension of the decorative longitudinal member 102. If the bent portion 101b is accommodated in the recess 111, the bent portion 102a of the decorative vertical member 102 can be easily positioned with respect to the bent portion 101b of the attached component 101, and the decorative vertical portion with respect to the attached component 101 is provided. The material 102 can be smoothly fitted.
Further, the engagement position between the pressing piece 110 of the decorative longitudinal member 102 and the engagement piece 79 of the baseboard 73 of each baseboard unit 7 can be adjusted up and down. For this reason, even if the installation positions of the baseboards 73 on both sides of the protruding corner 10a are slightly different in the vertical direction due to the unevenness of the floor surface 15a, the baseboards 73 are connected by the decorative vertical member 102 of the protruding corner unit 100. In addition, it is possible to realize the concealment by the decorative longitudinal member 102 at the joint portion between the baseboards 73.
[0028]
As shown in FIG. 8, in the protruding corner 10 a, the decorative vertical member 102 of the protruding corner unit 100 and the joint between the decorative panels 9 in the protruding corner 10 a are covered on the upper side of the decorative vertical member 102. Thus, the decorative vertical member 52 extending vertically is arranged with substantially no gap in the vertical direction to form a design surface that is substantially continuous in the vertical direction, and an excellent aesthetic appearance is obtained. Although not shown, the protruding corner unit 100 is also applied to the connection between the upper parting 82 on the left and right sides via the protruding corner 10a. No. 102 is also arranged substantially vertically above and below the decorative longitudinal member 52 below it, forming a design surface that is substantially continuous in the vertical direction, and an excellent aesthetic appearance is obtained.
[0029]
Both the vertical frames 2 and 3 and the decorative vertical member 4 are arranged so as to extend vertically between the baseboard 73 of the baseboard unit 7 and the top parting 82 of the top parting unit 8. A design surface substantially continuous with the baseboard 73 and the upper parting line 82 is formed with almost no gap between the parting line 82 and the like. In addition, each of the decorative vertical members 4, the baseboard 73, and the upper parting line 82 is arranged so as to be slightly wrapped on the decorative panel 9 to form a design surface continuous with the decorative panel 9. A beautiful appearance is obtained.
[0030]
In order to construct the decorative wall body 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, first, the baseboard unit 7 is assembled, and then the decorative panel 9 is applied, and then the upper part unit 8 is assembled, and the upper end of each decorative panel 9 is attached to the wall surface. Press down to 10. The construction timing of the vertical frames 2 and 3 and the decorative vertical member 4 can be appropriately determined according to the specific fixing structure of the vertical frames 2 and 3 and the decorative vertical member 4 with respect to the wall surface 10 or the decorative panel 9.
Here, the decorative panel 9 is installed so as to cover the wall surface 10 by inserting the lower end portion into the insertion groove 78 (see FIG. 2) between the baseboard 73 of the baseboard unit 7 and the wall surface 10 from above. Accordingly, work such as the construction of the upper parting unit 8 and the pressing operation of the upper part of the decorative panel 9 to the wall surface 10 by the pressing piece 83 of the mounting part 81 of the upper parting unit 8 is performed. This can be carried out in a state where it is pressed against the wall surface 10, and the workability can be improved.
[0031]
FIGS. 9, 10A and 10B show the difference Δd in the height of the floor surfaces 15a and 15b when the floor surface 15a and a floor surface 15b lower than the floor surface 15a exist due to unevenness. Is absorbed by deformation of the baseboard pedestal 71 of the baseboard unit 7. 10A is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 9, and FIG. 10B is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG.
The fixing position of the upper receiving part 72 to the wall surface 10 is constant regardless of the unevenness of the floor surface 15b at any position in the lateral direction of the wall surface 10, and the baseboard 73 is also independent of the unevenness of the floor surface 15b. It is provided with a constant height and extending in a substantially horizontal direction.
On the other hand, the baseboard pedestal 71 is curved and deformed so that the abutting piece 71c follows and abuts the floor 15b substantially over the entire length in the longitudinal direction. Since the bending strength of the fixed plate portion 71a is reduced by the easily deformable deforming portion 71e, the baseboard pedestal 71 is made to follow the unevenness of the floor surface 15b as compared with the case without the deforming portion 71e. The bending deformation of becomes much easier. Further, the attachment position in the height direction of the baseboard pedestal 71 with respect to the wall surface 10 has a difference of Δd corresponding to the difference in height between the floor surfaces 15a and 15b.
[0032]
The amount of insertion of the insertion piece 71b protruding upward from the baseboard pedestal 71 into the insertion groove 73a is determined by the mounting position of the baseboard base 71 on the wall surface 10 in the height direction. The installation position of the baseboard pedestal 71 in the height direction with respect to the wall surface 10 is possible within a range in which the insertion fitting state of the insertion piece 71b with respect to the insertion groove 73a of the baseboard 73 can be maintained, and an adjustment of about several mm to several tens of mm. Is possible.
A baseboard pedestal 71 that is curved so as to correspond to unevenness of the floor surface, etc., with respect to the baseboard 73 that is linearly extended in the lateral direction without being curved, is attached to the wall surface 10 in the height direction. However, the position where the tip of the insertion piece 71b hits the innermost part (upper end) of the insertion groove 71a of the baseboard 73, or the rising portion 71g of the insertion piece 71b from the fixed plate portion 71a is the insertion of the baseboard 73. With the lower side of the position in contact with the periphery of the opening at the lower end of the groove 73a as the upper limit, the baseboard 73 is curved and deformed so as not to tilt.
When the floor surface is low, the amount of the insertion piece inserted into the insertion groove 71a is reduced. However, the extension 73d at the lower end of the baseboard 73 covers the screw 74, the deformed portion 71e, etc. from the outside, so that the aesthetic appearance is improved. It can be secured.
[0033]
(Another aspect of the baseboard base)
11 (a), 11 (b), 12 (a), and 12 (b) show another embodiment of the baseboard pedestal.
11 (a) and 11 (b) have a base plate 711 having a plurality of slits formed in the fixed plate portion 71a at the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the cross section of the fixed plate portion 71a (the vertical central portion in FIG. 11 (a)). A deformable portion 711 b that is easily deformed by 711 a extends over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the baseboard pedestal 711. Each slit 711 a extends along the longitudinal direction of the baseboard pedestal 711.
12 (a) and 12 (b) are a plurality of small base plates 712 formed on the fixed plate portion 71a at the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the cross section of the fixed plate portion 71a (FIG. 12 (a) the central portion in the vertical direction). A deformable portion 712b that is easily deformed by the hole 712a extends over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the baseboard pedestal 712.
11 (a), (b), FIG. 12 (a), and any of the baseboard bases 711 and 712 in FIG. 12 (b) are different from the baseboard base 71 described in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b). The points are only the deforming portions 711 b and 712 b, and the insertion piece 71 b and the contact piece 71 c are the same as the baseboard pedestal 71. The baseboard bases 711 and 712 are fixed to the wall surface 10 by driving a fixing component 74 such as a screw through the deformation portion 71e and driving into the wall surface 10.
[0034]
In the baseboard 711 shown in FIGS. 11A and 11B, a large number of slits 711a are arranged in multiple stages in the longitudinal direction of the cross section of the fixed plate portion 71a and are arranged in a staggered manner. Nearly uniform bending properties are obtained everywhere in the longitudinal direction. Moreover, the bending strength of the deformation | transformation part 711b can be easily adjusted by adjusting the length of each slit 711a.
Also in the deformed portion 712b of the baseboard pedestal 712 shown in FIGS. 12A and 12B, the cross-sectional secondary moment in the direction along the longitudinal direction of the baseboard pedestal 712 is low, and can cope with the unevenness of the floor surface. .
In addition, since the cross-sectional secondary moment in the cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the baseboard pedestal 712 is also small, there is an advantage that it is possible to deal with unevenness of the wall surface 10 and the like. This also applies to the baseboard pedestal 71 shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b).
[0035]
The position where the deformed portion is formed on the fixed plate portion does not necessarily include the driving position of the fixing component that fixes the baseboard pedestal to the wall surface, and is a position shifted from the driving position of the fixing component to the contact piece side. Also good. Also in this case, the followability of the contact piece against the unevenness of the floor surface and unevenness can be ensured by the deformation of the deformation portion.
[0036]
In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, For example, it is needless to say that various changes are possible, for example, a concrete shape etc. of a baseboard base, an upper receiving component, etc. can be changed suitably. .
Further, the fixing means for fixing the fixing plate part of the base plate mounting part to the wall surface is not limited to a fixing part such as a nail or a screw. For example, an adhesive for fixing the fixing plate part to the wall surface, the wall surface side Various configurations such as welding to the metal member exposed to the metal, fusion welding, and a fitting receiving portion provided on the wall surface side to which the fixing plate portion is fitted and fixed can be adopted. However, the configuration of the fixing means, the position of the fixing portion fixed to the wall surface in the fixing plate portion, and the like do not impair the followability of the deforming portion with respect to the floor surface of the contact piece.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the fixing structure of the baseboard of the present invention, the base plate of the base plate having the contact piece to be in contact with the floor surface is formed on the fixed plate portion fixed to the wall surface. A deformed portion that is easily deformed by the formed hole or slit, and the deformation of the deformed portion causes the abutting piece to abut against the floor surface corresponding to unevenness or unevenness of the floor surface. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a gap from being formed between the floor surface and an excellent effect that an excellent aesthetic appearance can be easily obtained.
In addition, even if the entire baseboard pedestal is not made of soft resin, etc., it is possible to cope with unevenness and unevenness of the floor surface by forming the deformed portion, so the baseboard pedestal is made of a material that is relatively harder than the soft resin. There is also an advantage that the cosmetics can be improved by using a material having excellent cosmetics such as a hard resin. In addition, there is an advantage that molding can be simplified and cost can be reduced by making the baseboard pedestal an integrally molded product made of synthetic resin.
