Claims (7)
- ヒータと、
酸化又は還元の機能を有する第1反応物質を移送するための第1通路と、
酸化又は還元の機能を有する第2反応物質を移送するための第2通路と、
試料ガスを収容し、内部に収容された前記第1反応物質と試料ガスとの混合物を移送するために前記第1通路から前記第2通路に連通する連結器と、を備え、
前記第2通路は、前記第1反応物質と試料ガスとの混合物に前記第2反応物質を移送するために、前記連結器に連結され、
前記連結器は、前記ヒータを貫通する前記第2通路内に配置され、そして、
前記ヒータは、前記試料ガス中のガス成分を検出する電気化学ガスセンサで検出される反応ガスを生成するために、前記第1反応物質と前記試料ガスとの混合物を加熱して、次いで、前記第1反応物質と、第2反応物質と、前記試料ガスとの混合物を加熱する、反応装置。 - 前記第2通路は前記連結器と同心である、請求項1に記載の反応装置。
- 前記第2通路は、前記連結器の出口を覆うように形成される、請求項1に記載の反応装置。
- 前記電気化学ガスセンサは、前記第2通路の出口に連結された、請求項3に記載の反応装置。
- 前記電気化学ガスセンサは、
基板と、
該基板の表面上に配置される電極と、
該表面及び電極に接触し、第1表面及び第2表面を有するイオノマー膜と、
ガスを拡散制御する通路を画定するために、電極に近接する位置で第1表面から第2表面の間にあるイオノマー膜中の開口部と、を備える、請求項4に記載の反応装置。 - 近端部及び遠端部を有するヒータと、
酸化又は還元の機能を有する第1反応物質を移送するための第1通路と、
酸化又は還元の機能を有する第2反応物質を移送するための第2通路と、
試料ガスを収容し、前記第1反応物質を受け入れて前記第1反応物質と試料ガスとの混合物を移送するために前記第1通路に連結される連結器と、を備える反応装置であって、
前記連結器は、前記ヒータを通って前記近端部から前記遠端部に亘って延在して、第2反応物質を受け入れて第1反応物質と試料ガスとを第2反応物質と混合するために、第2通路に連結され、
前記第2通路は前記ヒータを前記遠端部から前記近端部に貫通し、この貫通部位で、前記試料ガス中のガス成分を検出する電気化学ガスセンサで検出される反応ガスを生成するために、第1反応物質、第2反応物質、及び試料ガスが前記ヒータにより加熱される、反応装置。 - 前記電気化学ガスセンサは、前記第2通路に連結された、請求項6に記載の反応装置。
