Claims (11)
- 第1および第2板状要素と、これらの板状要素の間に設けられた流路と、この流路の内部の気体を排出するための排気口と、を備えた分析用具であって、
上記第1板状要素は、平板状に形成された主要部を有しており、
上記排気口は、上記第1板状要素に、この第1板状要素に形成した切れ目を挟む一方部分が上記主要部に対して厚み方向にオフセットする突出部を設けて開口部を形成することにより設けられていることを特徴とする、分析用具。 - 上記突出部は、ドーム状に形成されている、請求項1に記載の分析用具。
- 上記突出部は、切り起こし片である、請求項1に記載の分析用具。
- 上記突出部は、ブリッジ状に形成されている、請求項1に記載の分析用具。
- 上記突出部は、水平方向に開放し、かつ上記排気口を構成する一対の上記開口部を有している、請求項4に記載の分析用具。
- 平板状に形成された主要部と、切れ目を挟む一方部分が上記主要部に対して厚み方向にオフセットする突出部を設けることにより形成した開口部と、を有する第1板状部材を形成する第1工程と、
上記第1板状部材に対して、一定間隔隔てて第2板状部材を接合する第2工程と、
を含んでいることを特徴とする、分析用具の製造方法。 - 上記開口部は、平板に対してプレス加工を施すことにより形成される、請求項6に記載の分析用具の製造方法。
- 上記平板として熱可塑性樹脂により形成されたものを使用し、かつ、
上記プレス加工は、上記平板を熱変形可能な程度に加熱した状態で行われる、請求項7に記載の分析用具の製造方法。 - 上記プレス加工においては、上記平板の一部を切り起こすことにより上記開口部が形成される、請求項7に記載の分析用具の製造方法。
- 上記第1工程においては、上記プレス加工を行う前に、上記平板に対して上記切れ目が形成される、請求項7に記載の分析用具の製造方法。
- 上記平板として熱可塑性樹脂により形成されたものを使用し、かつ、
上記プレス加工は、上記平板を熱変形可能な程度に加熱した状態で、上記切れ目に隣接する部分を熱加圧変形させることにより行われる、請求項10に記載の分析用具の製造方法。
