Description
(1)医用器具であって、近位部分、遠位部分及び長手方向軸線を備えた中空管状部材の形態をした拡張可能なステントと、近位端部及び遠位端部を備えた正弦波形要素の形態をした第1のブリッジ部材と、近位端部及び遠位端部を備えた正弦波形要素の形態をした第2のブリッジ部材と、当初複数のプリーツに沿って折り畳まれた形状記憶シートで形成された第1の自己拡張型動脈瘤カバーと、当初複数のプリーツに沿って折り畳まれた形状記憶シートで作られた第2の自己拡張型動脈瘤カバーとを有し、前記第1のブリッジ部材の前記近位端部は、前記拡張可能なステントの遠位部分に結合されていて、前記拡張可能なステントの長手方向軸線に実質的に平行な方向で前記拡張可能なステントの遠位部分から遠位側へ延び、前記第2のブリッジ部材の前記近位端部は、前記拡張可能なステントの遠位部分に結合されていて、前記拡張可能なステントの長手方向軸線に実質的に平行な方向で前記拡張可能なステントの遠位部分から遠位側へ延び、前記第1の動脈瘤カバーは、前記第1のブリッジ部材の遠位端部に結合された状態でこれから延びていて、拡張時、平らになると共に前記拡張可能なステントの長手方向軸線に実質的に垂直な平面内に位置し、前記第2の動脈瘤カバーは、前記第2のブリッジ部材の遠位端部に結合された状態でこれから延びていて、拡張時、平らになると共に前記拡張可能なステントの長手方向軸線に実質的に垂直な平面内に位置することを特徴とする医用器具。
(2)前記第1及び第2の動脈瘤カバーは、第1及び第2の平らな表面を有し、前記第1の動脈瘤カバーの第1の表面は、前記第1及び第2の動脈瘤カバーの拡張時、前記第2の動脈瘤カバーの第2の表面と平坦接触状態にあることを特徴とする上記実施形態(1)の医用器具。
(3)前記動脈瘤カバーは、ポリマーから作られていることを特徴とする上記実施形態(2)記載の医用器具。
(4)前記動脈瘤カバーは、カプロラクトン−(ポリ)乳酸で構成されていることを特徴とする上記実施形態(3)記載の医用器具。
(5)前記動脈瘤カバーは、ポリウレタンで構成されていることを特徴とする上記実施形態(3)記載の医用器具。
(7)前記動脈瘤カバーは、血管の再狭窄を阻止する薬剤で被覆されていることを特徴とする上記実施形態(3)記載の医用器具。
(8)近位端部及び遠位端部を備えた拡張可能な中空管状本体を有するアンカー部材と、近位端部及び遠位端部を備えた細長いワイヤの形態をしていて、前記アンカー部材の遠位端部に結合された状態でこれから延びるブリッジ部材と、拡張時、全体として平らな形態を取るよう前記ブリッジ部材の遠位端部から延びる拡張可能な構造体の形態をした動脈瘤カバーとで構成されていることを特徴とする医用器具。
(9)前記動脈瘤カバーは、当初複数のプリーツに沿って折り畳まれている形状記憶ポリマーで構成され、拡張時、全体として平らな形態を取ることを特徴とする上記実施形態(8)記載の医用器具。
(10)前記動脈瘤カバーは、カプロラクトン−(ポリ)乳酸で構成されていることを特徴とする上記実施形態(9)記載の医用器具。
(12)前記血流ダイバータは、形状記憶ポリマー材料で構成されていることを特徴とする上記実施形態(11)記載の医用器具。

Claims (6)
- 医用器具であって、
近位部分、遠位部分及び長手方向軸線を備えた中空管状部材の形態をした拡張可能なステントと、
近位端部及び遠位端部を備えた正弦波形要素の形態をした第1のブリッジ部材と、
近位端部及び遠位端部を備えた正弦波形要素の形態をした第2のブリッジ部材と、
当初複数のプリーツに沿って折り畳まれた形状記憶シートで形成された第1の自己拡張型動脈瘤カバーと、
当初複数のプリーツに沿って折り畳まれた形状記憶シートで作られた第2の自己拡張型動脈瘤カバーと、を有し、
前記第1のブリッジ部材の前記近位端部は、前記拡張可能なステントの遠位部分に結合されていて、前記拡張可能なステントの長手方向軸線に実質的に平行な方向で前記拡張可能なステントの遠位部分から遠位側へ延び、
前記第2のブリッジ部材の前記近位端部は、前記拡張可能なステントの遠位部分に結合されていて、前記拡張可能なステントの長手方向軸線に実質的に平行な方向で前記拡張可能なステントの遠位部分から遠位側へ延び、
前記第1の動脈瘤カバーは、前記第1のブリッジ部材の遠位端部に結合された状態でこれから延びていて、拡張時、平らになると共に前記拡張可能なステントの長手方向軸線に実質的に垂直な平面内に位置し、
前記第2の動脈瘤カバーは、前記第2のブリッジ部材の遠位端部に結合された状態でこれから延びていて、拡張時、平らになると共に前記拡張可能なステントの長手方向軸線に実質的に垂直な平面内に位置し、
前記第1の動脈瘤カバーは第1の表面を有し、前記第2の動脈瘤カバーは第2の表面を有し、前記第1及び第2の動脈瘤カバーの拡張時、前記第1の動脈瘤カバーの第1の表面は、前記第2の動脈瘤カバーの第2の表面と接触状態にあることを特徴とする、医用器具。 - 前記第1及び第2の動脈瘤カバーは、ポリマーから作られていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の医用器具。
- 前記第1及び第2の動脈瘤カバーは、カプロラクトン−(ポリ)乳酸で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の医用器具。
- 前記第1及び第2の動脈瘤カバーは、ポリウレタンで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の医用器具。
- 前記第1及び第2の動脈瘤カバーは、抗痙攣性薬剤で被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の医用器具。
- 前記第1及び第2の動脈瘤カバーは、血管の再狭窄を阻止する薬剤で被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の医用器具。
