Description

【0001】

Figure 0004628508
【0024】
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a relief / removal agent for pain such as joint pain and muscle pain, and a medical aid for relief / removal.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The mechanism of pain such as joint pain and muscle pain has not been fully elucidated, but a pain-causing substance is produced due to peripheral vascular disturbance due to sympathetic nerve overstress due to stress or coldness. The mainstream theory is that peripheral nerves sense this and that it reaches the cerebrum via nerves in various vertebrae and feels pain.
Methods for removing such pain include nerve block therapy using anesthetics and near-infrared radiation, therapy using morphine, therapy using a percutaneous absorption type analgesic / anti-inflammatory agent such as indomethacin, and thermotherapy to warm the affected area. Etc.
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a new agent for relieving / removing pain such as joint pain and muscle pain, and a medical aid for relieving / removing.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The said subject is achieved by the structure of following (1)-(4).
(1) Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. Paracasei, a facultative anaerobic microorganism having no pathogenicity, Enterococcus malodoratus (Enterococcus malodoratus), a facultative anaerobic microorganism having no pathogenicity, and A pain relieving / removing agent containing Candida lipolytica, which is yeast, and relieving or removing the pain of the affected area by contacting the skin of the calf with back pain and / or muscle pain .
(2) A medical aid for pain relief / removal incorporating the pain relief / removal agent of (1) above.
(3) The medical aid for relief / removal of pain according to (2) above, which is a supporter.
(4) The medical aid for pain relief / removal according to (2), which is a corset.
[Action / Effect]
The mechanism of pain relief by the pain relieving / removing agent of the present invention (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the present pain relieving agent) is not yet completely understood, but is presumed to be as follows.
First, when the pain relieving agent touches the affected area, the microorganism in the pain relieving agent absorbs a nutrient source (such as ammonia) for the microorganism existing in the vicinity of the affected area and grows. It is considered that heat is generated during this growth, and this heat has the same effect as the above-mentioned thermotherapy. However, since the mechanism of heat alone cannot explain the dramatic effect of this painkiller, the following mechanism is also conceivable.
That is, secondly, during the above growth, the microorganisms in the present analgesic produce some anti-inflammatory analgesic component, and the generated anti-inflammatory analgesic component is a percutaneous absorption type analgesic / anti-inflammatory agent such as indomethacin. It is estimated that the analgesic function is exhibited.
[0003]

[0013]
The above three types of bacteria grow well in any medium as long as it is a general nutrient medium, but Lactobacillus paracasei subspices paracasei and Enterococcus malodras are particularly preferably MRS medium, and Candida lipolytica is particularly YM. A medium is preferred.
[0014]
Any of the bacteria preferably grows well at about 15 to 45 ° C.
[0015]
The medical aid for pain relief / removal according to the present invention carries the pain relieving agent containing the three types of microorganisms (hereinafter sometimes referred to as a group of microorganisms), preferably the three types of bacteria described above. That is, it is incorporated. The above-mentioned microorganism group is dispersed in water or a liquid medium, and is supported on a cloth or paper sheet-like or web-like carrier. As the cloth carrier, a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric can be used. Materials include natural fibers such as cotton and linen, and chemical fibers such as nylon, polypropylene, and polyester, and fabrics formed in the form of woven fabrics and nonwoven fabrics, or paper (hereinafter sometimes referred to as carriers). Is the substrate. The microorganism group is supported on a carrier made of the cloth or the like as described in detail below. The microorganism-bearing part may be a part of the above-mentioned cloth or the like, or may have a structure in which a microorganism-group-supporting cloth or a paper ribbon or the like is sewn or pasted on clothing. .
[0016]
As a part of the material constituting the carrier, it is preferable to use a fiber in which oxide ceramic particles having far-infrared radiation characteristics are desirably mixed. The far-infrared radioactive oxide ceramics used here include those obtained by adding M metal oxides such as titanium oxide, zirconium oxide, tin oxide and sintering to clay. Specifically, ZrO 2 —SiO 2 is used. Ceramics, Al 2 O 3 —SiO 2 ceramics, TiO 2 —Cr 2 O 3 ceramics, Al 2 O 3 — (Si, Ti) O 2 ceramics, (Al, Fe, B, Cr) 2 O 3 Examples include —SiO 2 — (alkali metal, alkaline earth metal) oxide-based ceramics.
[0017]
Here, when the oxide ceramics is heated to 35.5 to 36.5 ° C., which is substantially equal to the body temperature, the far-infrared radiation that emits electromagnetic waves having a wavelength peak of 8 to 14 μm, which matches the infrared absorption wavelength of the human body. Those with radiation characteristics are used.
[0018]
In order to support the microorganism group on the carrier as described above, the microorganism group dispersion prepared by dispersing the microorganism group in water or a liquid medium may be sprayed on the carrier or immersed in the carrier and then dried.
[0019]
The loading amount of the microorganism group on the carrier varies depending on the loading condition, but is preferably 5 to 20 billion / cm 3 as a whole, more preferably 10 to 10 billion / cm 3 .
The amount ratio of each bacterium in the dispersion is not particularly limited. That is, if the above-mentioned various bacteria are allowed to coexist in water, they are stabilized at a substantially constant rate according to storage or culture conditions. However, if the storage or culture conditions are appropriately set so as to achieve the following quantitative ratio, the soil improvement function can be exhibited extremely well.
[0020]
Lactobacillus Paracasei Subspecies Paracasei: 20-60%
Enterococcus malodras: 20-60%
Candida lipolytica: 10-30%
[0021]
As the above three kinds of new microorganisms, those whose safety has been confirmed by at least oral administration tests using mice are used.
[0022]
The medical aid for pain relief / removal of the present invention may be a supporter, corset, sleeping clothes, gloves, socks, underwear, mats, sheets, and futons.
The above-mentioned supporter or the like may be manufactured using a material such as a cloth cut out from the above-mentioned carrier for supporting a microorganism group, or is previously formed into a supporter or the like using a cloth or the like, and this is converted into the above-mentioned microorganism dispersion liquid. It may be produced by dipping and drying. Further, the sheet-like carrier may be cut into a ribbon shape or the like and attached to the supporter or the like. As a mounting tool, it is preferable to use a pair of planar fasteners having a number of loops on one side and a number of hooks on the other side.
[0023]
【Example】
Next, examples of the present invention will be described.
First, a medium having the following composition was prepared.
Figure 0004628508
[0024]
The medium having the above composition is put into a 1000 ml container, inoculated with the bacteria DDD-a, DDD-b and DDD-c deposited at the deposit center, stirred well, allowed to stand, and heated at 30 ° C. Cultured for days. The amount ratio of the bacteria DDD-a, DDD-b, and DDD-c in the culture solution was about 40: 40: 20%.
[0025]
The above culture solution was diluted in physiological saline to prepare an adjustment solution adjusted to about 1 × 10 8 / ml viable bacteria. This adjustment solution was applied to a commercially available waist supporter and dried so that the viable cell count was about 1 × 10 4 / cm 2 .
When this supporter was worn on the affected area when Eizo Ito, one of the inventors, suffered back pain, the pain was relieved in about 10 minutes, and the pain was completely relieved after 3 hours.
Half a year later, since back pain occurred again, a supporter that did not incorporate bacteria was attached to the affected area, but no relief of the pain was felt even after 6 hours. Thus, when the supporter of the present example was attached to the affected area, pain relief was felt in about 10 minutes as before, and pain was completely removed after 3 hours.
Moreover, the supporter for calves was created like the above.
When Ito Eizo walked for about 1 hour, muscle pain occurred in the calf, so when the supporter was worn, the pain was relieved in about 30 minutes, and the pain was completely removed after 5 hours.
From the above, the effect of the present invention is clear.
