【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、建築現場,土木工事場で使用され、足場板の両側に形成されている隙間を塞ぐ巾木を備えた枠組足場,支保工等の足場装置における巾木の取付装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に建築現場,土木工事現場で使用される枠組足場等の足場装置は建枠と横架材とからなる枠体を多数平行に起立し、この枠体間に足場板を架設している。この場合建枠と足場板の両側には隙間が長手方向に形成され、この隙間から工具等の物体が落下するおそれがある。そこで、この隙間を塞ぐため足場板の両側に長手方向に沿っていわゆるつま先板たる巾木を配設した足場装置が例えば特開平8−100521号に開示され、実際に使用もされている。

この巾木は垂直に起立する巾木本体と、巾木本体の下部に水平方向に向けて結合した隙間塞ぎ板とで構成され、巾木本体はクランプ,ブラケット,継手等を介して建枠に結合し、隙間塞ぎ板は足場板の上面に重ねて配置して使用されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記巾木は、普通に使用されている場合には構造上特に欠陥は無いが、次のような不具合の改善が望まれている。

第1に、巾木本体を建枠側にクランプ等を介して結合する際に隙間塞ぎ板が足場板の上面にぴったりと当接する状態に位置合せするのが困難であり、多少上下にずれると隙間塞ぎ板と足場板との間に隙間が発生したり、隙間塞ぎ板が斜めになってしまうおそれがある。

第2に、長年巾木を使用している場合、何らかの原因で隙間塞ぎ板が波うったり、ゆがんで変形する場合があり、この変形個所に隙間が発生してしまうおそれがある。

第3に、巾木本体にクランプ等が設けられていると、巾木を保管する際に積み重ねが良好に出来ず、クランプの巾木本体が変形するおそれがある。

そこで、本発明の目的は、巾木自体の取付装置の位置合せと取付操作が容易であり、常に隙間塞ぎ板が足場板と線接触していて隙間を塞いでおり、しかも隙間塞ぎ板が若干変形しても隙間の発生を少なくでき、更に保管時に巾木が変形するのを防止できる足場装置における巾木の取付装置を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するため、本発明の手段は、建材と横架材とからなる枠体に横架材を介して足場板を架設し、足場板の両側に垂直に起立する巾木本体と巾木本体に横方向に向けて結合した隙間塞ぎ板とからなる巾木を配設し、建材と横架材にブラケットを着脱自在に結合し、当該ブラケットを介して上記巾木を上記枠体に結合している足場装置において、上記巾木本体に係止ピン又は長孔を設け、上記ブラケットを支持板と、支持板の上部に水平に設けた抱持板と、支持板の下端に形成した半円状の係止溝と、支持板に設けた係止ピン又は長孔と、抱持板の中央に形成した半円状の抱持溝と、抱持板の下面又は上面に設けたガイドと、ガイド内に上記抱持溝に対向してスライド自在に挿入した楔とからなり、上記係止溝を上記横架材上に嵌合し、上記抱持溝を上記建材側面に嵌合させ、上記楔を上記抱持溝と反対側の建材側面に圧接させることにより建材と横架材にブラケットを結合し、上記ブラケット又は上記巾木本体の一方の係止ピンを他方の長孔内に着脱自在に挿入して巾木をブラケットを介して枠体に結合させることを特徴とするものである。

巾木6の取付装置の基本は枠体B側に着脱自在に結合したブラケット7を介して取付けるものであり、この場合ブラケット7と巾木6とにそれぞれ係止ピン8と長孔9を設け、一方の係止ピン8を他方の長孔9に差し込み、次いで長孔9を介して巾木6を下方に向けて下降させ、隙間塞ぎ板5を確実に足場板3の上面に当接させるものである。この場合、図1乃至図12の実施の形態では係止ピン8をブラケット7に設け、長孔9を巾木6に設けるものである。

本発明によれば、次の効果がある。
