Description
エンジンの動力を少なくともトルクコンバータおよび差動操向手段を介して左右の駆動輪に伝達するとともに、前記エンジンにより駆動される油圧ポンプからの圧油にて作動される油圧モータの動力を、前記差動操向手段を介して前記左右の駆動輪に伝達するように構成される油圧操向方式の作業車両において、
前記トルクコンバータの速度比を演算する速度比演算手段と、前記エンジンの実エンジン回転数を検出するエンジン回転数センサと、前記速度比演算手段により算出される速度比と前記エンジン回転数センサにより検出される実エンジン回転数に基づいて前記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクを制御するポンプ吸収トルク制御手段とを備え、
前記油圧ポンプは斜板角の変化に応じて吐出油量が変化する可変容量型油圧ポンプであり、この可変容量型油圧ポンプの斜板角を制御するレギュレータと、制御電流の供給を受けて前記レギュレータの作動を制御する制御弁とを有し、前記ポンプ吸収トルク制御手段は、前記トルクコンバータの速度比に応じて予め記憶されているエンジン回転数と前記油圧ポンプが吸収すべき吸収トルク値との関係に基づいて前記エンジン回転数センサにより検出される実エンジン回転数を参照することにより前記油圧ポンプが吸収すべき吸収トルク値を求めその求められた吸収トルク値をポンプ吸収トルク指令値として出力する第1の制御部と、予め記憶されているポンプ吸収トルク指令値と制御電流値との関係に基づいて前記第1の制御部からのポンプ吸収トルク指令値を参照することにより前記制御弁に対する制御電流値を求めその求められた制御電流値に見合う制御電流を前記制御弁に向けて出力する第2の制御部とを備えて構成されることを特徴とするものである。
ここで、トルクコンバータの速度比は、トルクコンバータの出力側回転速度(N2)とトルクコンバータの入力側回転速度(N1)との比(N2/N1)である。また、油圧ポンプの吸収トルクとは、油圧ポンプがエンジンから吸収するトルクのことである。

N1:エンジン1の実回転数
i:トランスミッション3の現在の減速比
N3:トランスミッション3の出力軸の実回転数
である。
こうして、走行負荷の増加/減少に伴い減少/増加するトルクコンバータ2の速度比eが求められる。

Claims (1)
- エンジンの動力を少なくともトルクコンバータおよび差動操向手段を介して左右の駆動輪に伝達するとともに、前記エンジンにより駆動される油圧ポンプからの圧油にて作動される油圧モータの動力を、前記差動操向手段を介して前記左右の駆動輪に伝達するように構成される油圧操向方式の作業車両において、
前記トルクコンバータの速度比を演算する速度比演算手段と、前記エンジンの実エンジン回転数を検出するエンジン回転数センサと、前記速度比演算手段により算出される速度比と前記エンジン回転数センサにより検出される実エンジン回転数に基づいて前記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクを制御するポンプ吸収トルク制御手段とを備え、
前記油圧ポンプは斜板角の変化に応じて吐出油量が変化する可変容量型油圧ポンプであり、この可変容量型油圧ポンプの斜板角を制御するレギュレータと、制御電流の供給を受けて前記レギュレータの作動を制御する制御弁とを有し、前記ポンプ吸収トルク制御手段は、前記トルクコンバータの速度比に応じて予め記憶されているエンジン回転数と前記油圧ポンプが吸収すべき吸収トルク値との関係に基づいて前記エンジン回転数センサにより検出される実エンジン回転数を参照することにより前記油圧ポンプが吸収すべき吸収トルク値を求めその求められた吸収トルク値をポンプ吸収トルク指令値として出力する第1の制御部と、予め記憶されているポンプ吸収トルク指令値と制御電流値との関係に基づいて前記第1の制御部からのポンプ吸収トルク指令値を参照することにより前記制御弁に対する制御電流値を求めその求められた制御電流値に見合う制御電流を前記制御弁に向けて出力する第2の制御部とを備えて構成されることを特徴とする油圧操向方式の作業車両。
