Or can be removed.

Second, the upper half of the pin is tapered, the narrowed tip is vertical, the inlet of the hole in the PVC sheath is tapered, and the projections are provided in six locations with the narrowed back vertically. With this, the pin inserted into the sheath can be firmly connected.

Thirdly, it is difficult to make a hole in the sheath vertically, but by providing a hook in the sheath, the pin can be inserted vertically in the hole. The sheath can be stored in a gap for the joint.

An object of the present invention is to fix the upper member and the lower member, and to easily remove the upper member and the lower member. A taper portion that narrows from the top to the top, a rod-like pin that is formed on the taper portion and that extends straight from the narrowed portion, and narrows from the lower surface to the upper surface to cover the pin A cylindrical sheath having a non-penetrating hole that is straight at the back and a disc-shaped collar provided on the lower surface of the sheath, the flat portion of the pin being fixed to the lower member, The detachable anchor pin is characterized in that the upper and lower members are detachably connected by fitting the half-covered sheath to the upper member.

Below, based on an accompanying drawing, the detachable anchor pin which is the present invention is explained in detail.

The detachable anchor pin 1 includes a straight flat portion 3a, a tapered portion 3b continuously provided on the flat portion 3a and narrowing from the lower portion toward the upper portion, and a narrow portion continuously provided on the tapered portion 3b. A rod-shaped pin 3 comprising a tip portion 3c extending straight, and a cylindrical sheath 2 having a hole 2b which is narrowed from the lower surface toward the upper surface and is not penetrated straight in order to cover the pin 3, It consists of a disc-shaped ridge 2a provided on the lower surface of the sheath 2, and the flat portion 3a of the pin 3 is fixed to the lower member 4, and the sheath 2 that covers the upper half of the pin 3 is fitted to the upper member 5. By combining, the upper and lower members 4 and 5 are detachably connected.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a detachable anchor pin according to the present invention.

The anchor pin 1 for attachment / detachment is covered with a sheath 2 in which a resin such as PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is formed into a cylindrical shape on a pin 3 obtained by processing a metal such as stainless steel into a rod shape, and a disc-shaped flange 2a is attached to the lower surface. It is a thing.

FIG. 2 is a plan view, a front view, and a bottom view of the sheath of the detachable anchor pin according to the present invention. The upper diagram is a plan view, the middle diagram is a front view, and the lower diagram is a bottom view.

Although the sheath 2 has a cylindrical shape, as shown in the plan view, the outer periphery 2e of the sheath 2 has a slightly larger diameter on the base 2d side than on the upper surface 2c side. Furthermore, the heel 2a exists so that the outer periphery 2e of the sheath 2 may be surrounded. The ridge 2a is a donut-shaped disk extending outward from the position of the base 2d.

A base 2d of the sheath 2 is provided with a flange 2a in the horizontal direction and outward, and a circular hole 2b for inserting the pin 3 from the center of the lower surface toward the upper surface is formed. In addition, as the inner periphery 2f of the sheath 2 is shown with the dotted line in the front view, the inside of the sheath 2 is hollow by the hole 2b.

The hole 2b penetrates the flange 2a, gradually narrows from the inlet side toward the hole depth 2g, and becomes straight at the hole depth 2g. In addition, the hole 2b does not penetrate to the upper surface 2c side as indicated by a dotted line in the hole depth 2g in the plan view.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view and a longitudinal cross-sectional view at the back of the hole of the sheath of the detachable anchor pin according to the present invention. The upper diagram is a horizontal sectional view cut horizontally, and the lower diagram is a vertical sectional view cut vertically.

The inner periphery 2f of the sheath 2 changes from a tapered shape to a straight hole 2b at the hole depth 2g, and the tip of the pin 3 is accommodated. Therefore, small protrusions 2h that are long in the vertical direction are formed in several places on the inner periphery 2f of the hole depth 2g.

By providing the plurality of projections 2h, the tip of the inserted pin 3 is pressed by the projection 2h at the hole depth 2g and can be firmly fixed. In addition, it is preferable to provide about six protrusions 2h at equal intervals.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the pin of the detachable anchor pin according to the present invention. It is the state which removed the sheath 2 which has covered from the anchor pin 1 for attachment or detachment of FIG.

The lower half of the pin 3 is a cylindrical flat portion 3a, the upper half is a truncated cone-shaped tapered portion 3b, and the upper end is a cylindrical tip portion 3c having a diameter smaller than that of the flat portion 3a.

FIG. 5 is a plan view, a front view, and a bottom view of a pin of the detachable anchor pin according to the present invention. The upper diagram is a plan view, the middle diagram is a front view, and the lower diagram is a bottom view.

The flat part 3a is a straight bar-like part, and is fixed to one member to be connected. The pin 3 is a metal such as stainless steel, and is fixed with an adhesive or the like after being inserted into a member such as stone or concrete.

The taper part 3b is an upper side of the flat part 3a, the outer periphery is inclined, and the diameter decreases as going upward. The inclination of the taper part 3b is the same as the inclination of the hole 2b of the sheath 2, and when the sheath 2 is covered, the taper part 3b is covered.

The tip portion 3c is a straight rod-shaped portion on the upper side of the tapered portion 3b. The hole depth 2g of the sheath 2 is also straight, and the tip 3c just fits. Further, the tip 3c is pressed by the protrusion 2h of the hole depth 2g and is firmly fixed.

The sheath 2 that covers the tapered portion 3b and the tip portion 3c is inserted through the other member to be connected. The sheath 2 is a resin such as PVC, and can be fixed by being fitted to a member such as stone or concrete.

The pin 3 described in FIG. 4 is a standard pin 3 and can be processed appropriately according to the application. Examples are shown in FIGS.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view when a groove is provided in the flat portion of the pin of the detachable anchor pin according to the present invention. FIG. 7 is a perspective view when a concave portion is provided in the flat portion of the pin of the detachable anchor pin according to the present invention. FIG. 8 is a perspective view when a recess is provided in the taper portion of the pin of the detachable anchor pin according to the present invention.

In FIG. 6, a large number of grooves 3 f are formed along the outer periphery of the flat portion 3 a of the pin 3. The groove 3f may be formed in a spiral shape and a screw shape. When fixing the pin 3 to a member such as a stone or a concrete block, the pin 3 can be screwed if a hole is formed in the member in a screw shape.

In FIG. 7, a plurality of recesses 3 g are formed along the outer periphery of the flat portion 3 a of the pin 3. The recess 3g is a portion having a small diameter in the flat portion 3a. It should be noted that about two recesses 3g may be provided. When the pin 3 is fixed to the member, if the adhesive poured between the hole of the member and the pin 3 enters the recess 3g, the fixing force is further increased.

In FIG. 8, a plurality of depressions 3 h are formed along the outer periphery of the tapered portion 3 b of the pin 3. The recess 3h is a portion where the inclination is increased intermittently with respect to the tapered portion 3b. When covering the pin 3 with the sheath 2, the friction between the pin 3 and the sheath 2 is reduced by the recess 3h, so that the sheath 2 can be easily attached and detached.

FIG. 9 is a view showing a state in which the detachable anchor pin according to the present invention is attached to the lower member. FIG. 10 is a view showing a state where the upper member is put on the detachable anchor pin according to the present invention.

First, the pin 3 is inserted into the sheath 2, and the flat portion 3 a of the pin 3 is inserted into the hole 4 a formed in the upper surface of the lower member 4. A hole 4a larger than the diameter of the pin 3 is made in advance in the lower member 4, and an adhesive 4b or the like is poured into a gap between the hole 4a and the flat portion 3a.

When the adhesive 4b is hardened and the pin 3 is fixed, the sheath 2 is fitted into the hole 5a formed in the lower surface of the upper member 5. The upper member 5 is previously provided with a hole 5a through which the sheath 2 passes. The lower member 4 and the upper member 5 are connected by the detachable anchor pin 1.

In addition, the heel 2a of the sheath 2 can be stored in the joint 5b between the lower member 4 and the upper member 5. Even when cement or the like is not put into the joint 5b, the flange 2a functions as a cushioning material between the lower member 4 and the upper member 5.

Further, if the lower member 4 or the upper member 5 is provided with a groove for the flange 2a in the flange 2a, the lower member 4 and the upper member 5 can be stacked without any gap.

The connecting position of the lower member 4 and the upper member 5 is specified by the detachable anchor pin 1, and it is possible to prevent the position from being shifted. Further, since the upper member 5 is not bonded, it can be easily attached and detached.

As described above, the anchor pin for attachment and detachment according to the present invention fixes the lower half of the stainless steel pin to the lower member, and fits the hole of the upper member into the PVC sheath that covers the upper half of the pin. The upper member and the lower member can be easily connected or removed.

In addition, the upper half of the pin is tapered, the narrowed tip is vertical, the inlet of the PVC sheath hole is tapered, and the narrowed back is vertically provided with six protrusions, The pin inserted into the sheath can be securely connected.

Furthermore, although it is difficult to make a hole in the sheath perpendicularly, by providing a hook in the sheath, the pin can be inserted vertically in the hole. The sheath can be stored in a gap for the joint.
