Description
(1)車体に開閉自在に支持された開閉体を開閉方向へ駆動可能な開閉体駆動手段と、該開閉体駆動手段を制御する制御手段とを備え、前記開閉体駆動手段は、前記制御手段により制御されるモータ、及び該モータと前記開閉体とを繋ぐ動力伝達経路を断接可能な電磁クラッチを有し、前記モータを停止して、前記電磁クラッチを接続することにより、前記開閉体を全閉位置と全開位置との間の半開位置に保持せしめるようにした車両用開閉体の半開保持装置において、前記制御手段は、前記開閉体の開方向への移動時に、前記開閉体が中間ストッパに当接して半開位置に停止した際、前記モータを停止して、前記電磁クラッチを接続状態にするときの前記電磁クラッチに印加される電圧が、予め設定された固定の保持電圧になるように、PWM制御をもって、前記電磁クラッチを半開保持接続状態に制御し、前記固定の保持電圧は、予め定めた所定の傾斜条件で、前記モータを停止して前記電磁クラッチを接続状態にすることで前記開閉体を前記半開位置に保持可能で、かつ前記電磁クラッチの電源となる車載バッテリーの出力電圧より低い電圧に設定される。
(a)請求項1記載の発明によると、電磁クラッチに印加される電圧を、車載バッテリーの出力電圧より低い固定の保持電圧、すなわち開閉体を半開位置に保持することができる最小の保持力で、開閉体を半開位置に保持することができるため、車載バッテリーの消費電力を低減することができる。
操作スイッチ(25)の開操作信号(または閉操作信号)を入力した場合、ドア開閉駆動装置(7)を開方向(または閉方向)に制御する。詳細には、操作スイッチ(25)の開操作信号(または閉操作信号)を入力すると、これを契機に、全閉ラッチ装置(19)及び全開ラッチ装置(20)が解除作動するように、ラッチ解除用アクチュエータ(26)を駆動制御し、続いて、電磁クラッチ(17)を接続状態に制御するとともに、モータ(14)を正転(または逆転)制御する。これにより、モータ(14)の駆動力による電動操作をもって、スライドドア(2)を開方向(または閉方向)へ移動させることができる。

Claims (6)
- 車体に開閉自在に支持された開閉体を開閉方向へ駆動可能な開閉体駆動手段と、該開閉体駆動手段を制御する制御手段とを備え、前記開閉体駆動手段は、前記制御手段により制御されるモータ、及び該モータと前記開閉体とを繋ぐ動力伝達経路を断接可能な電磁クラッチを有し、前記モータを停止して、前記電磁クラッチを接続することにより、前記開閉体を全閉位置と全開位置との間の半開位置に保持せしめるようにした車両用開閉体の半開保持装置において、
前記制御手段は、前記開閉体の開方向への移動時に、前記開閉体が中間ストッパに当接して半開位置に停止した際、前記モータを停止して、前記電磁クラッチを接続状態にするときの前記電磁クラッチに印加される電圧が、予め設定された固定の保持電圧になるように、PWM制御をもって、前記電磁クラッチを半開保持接続状態に制御し、
前記固定の保持電圧は、予め定めた所定の傾斜条件で、前記モータを停止して前記電磁クラッチを接続状態にすることで前記開閉体を前記半開位置に保持可能で、かつ前記電磁クラッチの電源となる車載バッテリーの出力電圧より低い電圧に設定されることを特徴とする車両用開閉体の半開保持装置。 - 制御手段は、PWM制御のデューテイ比を、電磁クラッチに印加される電圧が固定の保持電圧になるように、車載バッテリーの出力電圧に基いて算出することを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用開閉体の半開保持装置。
- 制御手段は、PWM制御のデューティ比を、電磁クラッチに印加される電圧が固定の保持電圧になるように、前記電磁クラッチの通電電流に基いて算出することを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用開閉体の半開保持装置。
- 制御手段は、電磁クラッチを半開保持接続状態に制御している最中、車載バッテリーの出力電圧が固定の保持電圧付近まで低下したとき、開閉体が全閉位置に向けて移動するように、開閉体駆動手段を閉方向に制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の車両用開閉体の半開保持装置。
- 制御手段は、電磁クラッチを半開保持接続状態に制御した時点から所定時間経過後、開閉体が半開位置から全閉位置に向けて移動するように、開閉体駆動手段を閉方向に制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の車両用開閉体の半開保持装置。
- 制御手段は、電磁クラッチを半開保持接続状態に制御している最中、開閉体が半開位置から閉方向または開方向へ移動したことを検出することにより、前記開閉体が全閉位置または全開位置へ移動するように、開閉体駆動手段を閉方向または開方向に制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の車両用開閉体の半開保持装置。
