Claims (6)
- 内壁の所定の部分に光電面が形成された外囲器と、
一端と他端とを有し、前記他端が前記外囲器に接続され、前記一端が前記外囲器の内部側に突出した絶縁性の筒と、
前記筒の一端に設けられた電子打ち込み型半導体素子と、
前記外囲器内部に設けられ、アルカリ金属蒸気を発生させるアルカリ源と、
前記アルカリ源と前記筒との間に設けられた隔離部材と、を有し、
前記外囲器は接地電位を印加され、前記半導体素子はプラス極性の電位を印加され、
前記光電面に入射した光に応じて前記光電面より放出される光電子を前記半導体素子により検出することを特徴とする電子管。 - 前記筒の一端に導電性支持部を介して接続された内側ステムを更に備え、前記内側ステムに前記半導体素子が配置され、
前記外囲器内に設けられ、前記筒の一端から前記筒外部側に突出し、前記筒の一端近傍の電界強度を緩和する導電性部材をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子管。 - 前記外囲器は、前記筒の他端に接続され少なくとも前記筒の他端と接続する部分が導電性を有する外側ステムを有し、
前記外囲器内に設けられ、前記筒の他端から前記筒外部側に突出し、前記筒の他端近傍の電界強度を緩和する導電性部材をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子管。 - 前記隔離部材は、前記外囲器内に設けられ、前記筒の一端から前記筒外部側に突出し、前記筒の一端近傍の電界強度を緩和するための導電性部材、又は、前記外囲器内に設けられ、前記筒の他端から前記筒外部側に突出し、前記筒の他端近傍の電界強度を緩和するための導電性部材のいずれか一方からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子管。
- 前記隔離部材は、前記外囲器内に設けられ、前記筒の一端から前記筒外部側に突出し、前記筒の一端近傍の電界強度を緩和するための第1導電性部材、及び、前記外囲器内に設けられ、前記筒の他端から前記筒外部側に突出し、前記筒の他端近傍の電界強度を緩和するための第2導電性部材からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子管。
- 前記第1導電性部材と前記第2導電性部材とは、前記筒の軸方向において互いに重なり合う部分を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電子管。
