Claims (14)
- 紙、光学ディスク、フロッピー(登録商標)・ディスク等のデータを保持する物品を寸断するためのシュレッダにして、
ハウジングと、
電動モータとカッタ要素とを含み、前記カッタ要素の中に前記物品を送り込み、前記モータで前記カッタ要素を駆動してカッタ要素の中に送り込まれた前記物品を寸断する、前記ハウジング内にあるシュレッダ機構と、
を含み、
前記ハウジングは、前記カッタ要素の中に寸断のために前記物品を送り込むための細長い開口部を有し、
さらに、
前記開口部に少なくとも部分的に隣接する導電性センサ素子を有する識別センサであって、前記導電性センサ素子が、前記開口部の長手方向両端の間に設けられ、且つ、前記開口部の長手方向に延在し、前記開口部の本質的に全長にわたって前記識別センサによる検出を可能にするコンデンサの1つの電極であるように構成されており、前記開口部の近傍に人又は動物が存在することを、前記導電性センサ素子と前記人又は動物との間の相互キャパシタンスの検知結果に基づいて指示する一方、前記物品の存在は指示しないように形成された識別センサと、
前記人又は動物の存在の指示に応答して前記カッタ要素を動作不能にする働きをする制御装置と、
を含む、
シュレッダ。 - 前記細長い開口部が一対の対向する壁によって画定され、前記識別センサの前記導電性センサ素子が前記壁の1つに取り付けられている請求項1に記載のシュレッダ。
- 前記識別センサの前記導電性センサ素子が、前記壁の1つに沿って前記開口部の本質的に全長にわたって延在する請求項2に記載のシュレッダ。
- 前記導電性センサ素子が前記壁の1つの外側表面に備えられ、これによって前記開口部を少なくとも部分的に画定する請求項2又は3に記載のシュレッダ。
- 前記識別センサは前記導電性センサ素子の状態を検知するための回路構成をさらに含み、
前記識別センサは、前記導電性センサ素子の近傍に近づいた人又は動物によって起こるキャパシタンスの変化に対応する前記導電性センサ素子の状態の変化を指示するように形成され、
前記制御装置は、前記導電性センサ素子の状態の指示された変化に応答して前記カッタ要素を動作不能にする働きをする、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のシュレッダ。 - 前記導電性センサ素子が前記開口部に隣接し前記ハウジングの一部に沿って延在する薄い金属部材である請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のシュレッダ。
- 前記金属部材が少なくとも部分的に非導電性部材によって覆われている請求項6に記載のシュレッダ。
- 前記導電性センサ素子が前記ハウジングに塗布される導電性ペイントを少なくとも部分的に含む請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のシュレッダ。
- 前記導電性センサ素子が、前記開口部の近傍に人又は動物が存在することを、前記人又は動物と接触しなくとも指示するように構成される請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のシュレッダ。
- 前記導電性センサ素子が、前記開口部の中へ進むに従って前記カッタ要素に向かう曲面を有する、
請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のシュレッダ - 前記人又は動物の存在の指示に応答して前記電動モータへの電力供給を停止することにより前記カッタ要素を動作不能にする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のシュレッダ。
- 寸断された物品を前記シュレッダ機構から受け入れるように形成されたゴミ入れを含む請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のシュレッダ。
- 前記ゴミ入れが、前記シュレッダ機構の下に配設されており、寸断された物品を取り除いて空にするために前記シュレッダ機構の下から手動で取り出し可能な請求項12に記載のシュレッダ。
- 前記識別センサが、前記開口部の近傍に人又は動物が存在することを、前記導電性センサ素子へ接触した前記人又は動物の固有電気的特性を検知することによって指示するように構成された接触センサである請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載のシュレッダ。
