Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a dry noodle binding system.
[0002]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Dried noodles are often marketed in a state of being bound by a tape (for example, see JP-A-3-289413 and JP-A-10-316107). An example of a method for binding such dry noodles is shown in FIGS.
As shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the bundling device has first to third chucks 51 to 53 that support a bundle of dry noodles M, and the chucks 51 to 53 are rotated around the dry noodles M. Let That is, as shown in FIG. 7B, the first chuck 51 to which the binding tape T is fixed rotates around the dry noodle M, winds the binding tape T around the dry noodle M, and as shown in FIG. After the resin binding tape T is welded together, it is cut.
Here, in this prior art, the binding tape T is welded on the top of the dry noodle M in order to avoid the melting smell of the resin binding tape T from adhering to the noodle during the welding.
[0003]
By the way, for example, in dry noodles such as gift noodles, as shown in FIG. 1 (a), one or several colored noodles Mc are used as accents, and a large number of non-colored noodles Mc different in color from the colored noodles Mc It is placed on the colored noodles M and the central portion is bound with a binding tape T.
[0004]
In such a case, as shown in FIG. 2, it is conceivable to provide a colored noodle thrower 3 between the combination weighing device 1 and the binding machine 5 in order to avoid a long system line.
In this case, since the colored noodle charging machine 3 is provided downstream of the combination weighing device 1, the colored noodle Mc is charged by the colored noodle charging device 3 from above the non-colored noodle M charged in the combination weighing device 1. The Therefore, since the colored noodle Mc of FIG. 1 is located on the upper part of the non-colored noodle M, when the binding method as described above is adopted, the welded portion (overlapping portion of the binding tape T) Tj of the binding tape T is shown in FIG. ), It is located on the same upper side as the colored noodle Mc, and looks bad.
[0005]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a dry noodle binding system and method that nicely binds noodle bundles in which one or several colored noodles are placed above non-colored noodles.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present binding system is a dry noodle binding system in which one or several colored noodles are mixed and bundled with a number of non-colored noodles having a different color from the colored noodles. A bucket-shaped support member that supports a large number of non-colored noodles before being bundled in a bundled state, and a side that moves up and down relative to the support member and intersects the longitudinal direction of the non-colored noodles A space forming means for moving the non-colored noodles in a bundle in the horizontal direction in the supporting member by moving relative to each other in the direction, and forming a charging space in the supporting member; And after the charging, the space forming means moves up and down and moves laterally relative to the support member, and retreats to release the non-colored noodles. The non-colored noodles were located at the bottom of the input space Covering the upper side of the noodles.
[0007]
On the other hand, in this binding method, first, a large number of non-colored noodles before binding are supported in a bundled state by a bucket-shaped support member. Next, the bundled non-colored noodles are brought into the support member to form an input space in the support member. Thereafter, the colored noodles are put into the charging space, and the colored noodles are positioned below the charging space. By releasing the state where the non-colored noodles are brought together, the non-colored noodles cover the colored noodles.
[0008]
According to the present invention, the non-colored noodles cover the upper side of the colored noodles, that is, the colored noodles are located at the bottom of the noodle bundle. Color noodles are located on the opposite side of the section. Therefore, when shipping with colored noodles facing up, the welded portion of the binding tape will be down, and the appearance will not be impaired.
In addition, since the resin binding tape is welded above the noodle bundle, the resin smell of the bonded binding tape is less likely to adhere to the noodle.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Schematic configuration of the entire system:
FIG. 2 shows an overall schematic view of a dry noodle weighing and binding system.
In FIG. 2, 100 is a transport conveyor, 1 is a combination weighing device, 2 is a bucket conveyor, 3 is a colored noodle charging machine (loading means), 4 is a space forming means, and 5 is a binding machine.
[0010]
The conveying conveyor 100 drops the non-colored noodles M onto the upper part of the combination weighing device 1. The combination weighing device 1 includes a large number of weighing hoppers 10i, and after weighing the supplied non-colored noodles M, the weights of the non-colored noodles M are combined so that the non-colored noodles M are put together as a target weight or The weight is close to the target weight and discharged to a pair of left and right collective conveyors 11, 11 provided below. The collective conveyors 11, 11 are endless belt conveyors, and the non-colored noodles M on the collective conveyors 11, 11 are transported toward the center and dropped onto the timing hopper 12 below.
Note that a pair of timing hoppers 12 are provided, and the combined non-colored noodles M are alternately dropped onto one of the timing hoppers 12.
[0011]
When the timing hopper 12 opens at a predetermined timing, the non-colored noodles M fall on the lower bucket conveyor 2. The non-colored noodles M are bundled and conveyed by the bucket conveyor 2, and after the colored noodles Mc are charged by the colored noodle charging machine 3 and the binding machine 4 described later, they are bundled by the binding machine 5.
[0012]
Next, the main part of the present invention will be described.
Bucket conveyor:
The bucket conveyor 2 has a pair of sprockets 22, 22, an endless chain 21 spanned between the sprockets 22, 22, and a number of buckets Bi fixed to the chain 21 at a predetermined interval (pitch). is doing. The bucket conveyor 2 is intermittently driven at a predetermined timing by a driving device (not shown).
[0013]
The bucket Bi shown in FIG. 3 is made of a plate material having a V-shaped cross section. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, a pair of buckets Bi is provided in the longitudinal direction Y of the noodle bundle of the non-colored noodle M, and forms a support member that supports one bundle of noodle bundles.
[0014]
Space formation means:
The space forming means 4 shown in FIG. 3 includes a bracket 40 fixed to the conveyor frame 20 of the bucket conveyor 2 and a moving portion 43 provided so as to be movable in the lateral direction X with respect to the bracket 40. A pushing member 44 that is movable in the vertical direction Z with respect to the moving part 43 is provided on the upper part of the moving part 43.
The pushing member 44 is made of a plate material formed in a rectangular tube shape. As shown in FIG. 4, a pair of pushing members 44 are provided in the longitudinal direction Y of the non-colored noodles M, and are located on both sides of the pair of buckets Bi and Bi. On the other hand, a total of two sets of the pressing members 44 are provided, one set in the lateral direction (conveying direction of the non-colored noodle M) X shown in FIG.
[0015]
The moving unit 43 is provided with a first drive unit 41 that moves the pushing member 44 up and down. On the other hand, the bracket 40 is provided with a second drive unit 42 that reciprocates the moving unit 43 in the lateral direction X. As will be described later, the pushing member 44 is moved in the vertical direction Z relative to the bucket Bi by the first driving unit 41 and is moved in the lateral direction X relatively by the second driving unit 42. Then, the non-colored noodles M are pressed from the side, and the bundled non-colored noodles M are moved in the lateral direction X in the bucket Bi, and the charging space S for the colored noodles Mc in the bucket Bi (FIG. 5B) ).
The two sets of pushing members 44 and 44 form the insertion space S for two buckets Bi and Bi + 1 at a time.
[0016]
Color noodle charging machine:
The colored noodle charging machine 3 shown in FIG. 2 is provided between the combination weighing device 1 and the binding machine 5, and the colored noodle Mc shown in FIG. It is inserted into the lower part of the input space S formed in the above.
The color noodle charging machine 3 has two charging ports, and the color noodle Mc is charged into two buckets Bi and Bi + 1 at a time.
[0017]
Operation of this system:
Next, the operation of this system will be described focusing on the operation of the pushing member 44.
In this system, various operations are performed on two buckets Bi and Bi + 1 at a time, but in order to simplify the description, the following description will mainly describe one bucket Bi. The buckets Bi and Bi + 1 are rotationally driven and their positions change sequentially, and the operation described below is performed for each of the two buckets Bi and Bi + 1.
[0018]
The non-colored noodles M that have been combined and weighed by the combination weighing device 1 shown in FIG. 2 are put together, and when the bucket Bi stops at the receiving position P1, it is put into the bucket Bi from the timing hopper 12. The bundle of non-colored noodles M before being bundled is supported and conveyed in a bundled state by the bucket Bi.
[0019]
Input space forming step The non-colored noodles M are sequentially intermittently moved in the downstream direction by the bucket Bi, and when the colored noodle input position P2 below the colored noodle input machine 3 shown in FIG. From the retracted position to the position shown in the drawing, and further moves to the left direction (first lateral direction) X as shown in FIG. 5B, and the non-colored noodles M are pushed toward the left side in the bucket Bi. Thus, the input space S is formed.
Color noodle charging process After the pressing, the color noodle Mc is charged into the charging space S from the colored noodle charging machine 3 and falls to the lower part of the charging space S.
Pushing Release Process After the colored noodles Mc is charged, as shown in FIG. 5C, the pushing member 44 is released (disintegrated) when the pushing member 44 is retracted to the lower Z and the colored noodles Mc is released (disintegrated). As shown in FIG. 5D, the non-colored noodles M cover the upper side of the colored noodles Mc introduced into the input space S.
[0020]
After the pushing release, the pushing member 44 moves in the right direction (second lateral direction) X, stops at the retracted position indicated by the phantom line, and prepares for the next bucket Bi + 2.
On the other hand, the non-colored noodles M and the colored noodles Mc are conveyed downstream, bound in the binding machine 5 shown in FIG. 2, and then discharged downstream at the discharge position P3.
[0021]
By the way, since the non-colored noodles M cover the upper side of the colored noodles Mc as described above, the binding tape is formed on the upper side of the non-colored noodles M, that is, on the side opposite to the colored noodles Mc at the time of binding shown in FIG. T welding is performed. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), the welded portion Tj of the binding tape T is located on the opposite side of the colored noodle Mc, so that the colored noodle Mc faces up as shown in FIG. 1 (a). In this case, the welded portion Tj of the binding tape T is down and the appearance is improved.
In the bundling process, since the binding tape T can be welded above the noodle bundle (colored noodle Mc and non-colored noodle M), the odor of the bonded binding tape T is less likely to adhere to the noodle. .
[0022]
Furthermore, since it is not necessary to put the colored noodles Mc before the non-colored noodles M, the colored noodle throwing machine 3 can be installed between the combination weighing device 1 and the binding machine 5, so that the system line is It won't be long.
In addition, since the cross-sectional shape of the pushing member 44 is formed in a square tube shape, the non-colored noodles M get over the upper end of the flat pushing member 44 in the pushing release process as shown in FIG. Since it falls, there is no possibility that the colored noodle Mc is buried in the non-colored noodle M or floats on top of the non-colored noodle M.
[0023]
In the embodiment, the pushing member 44 is moved relative to the bucket Bi in the horizontal direction X and the vertical direction Z. However, the pushing member 44 is moved only in the vertical direction Z and moved in the horizontal direction X. May be performed by moving the bucket Bi.
[0024]
