Claims (1)
- レーザーデトネーション現象により、酸素分子を解離、加速して得られる原子状酸素ビームを、FEP(4フッ化エチレン・6フッ化プロピレン共重合樹脂)からなる基板材料の表面に、1.5×10 19 atoms/cm 2 以上の照射量で照射することにより、前記基板材料表面が物理的に改質されてなる細胞接着材料。
