本発明は、空気調和機に係わり、より詳細には、フィルタを取外した状態でフィルタガイドを兼ねる遮蔽版に取り付けた室温サーミスタに触指できないように防止した構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の空気調和機は、例えば図2で示すように、本体1の少なくとも上面部に吸込口2を設け、底面前部に吹出口3を設け、これら吸込口2と吹出口3とを結ぶ空気通路に、側面視で逆略V字状に形成された熱交換器4と、送風ファン5とを設け、前記熱交換器4の上部にフィルタガイドを兼ねた遮蔽板6を設け、前記吸込口2と前記熱交換器4との間に前記フィルタガイドにより裏面が挿脱可能にガイドされるフィルタ7を設けるとともに、前記遮蔽板6に室温サーミスタ8を取り付けてなる構成であった。

しかしながら、例えば前記フィルタ7を取り外した際、前記吸込口2から前記室温サーミスタ8に触指できる可能性が生じることによって、場合によってはCEなどの安全規格に触れる可能性が残った。

本発明は、上記問題点に鑑み、フィルタを取外した状態でフィルタガイドを兼ねる遮蔽版に取り付けた室温サーミスタに触指できないように防止した空気調和機を提供することを目的とする。

本発明は、上記課題を解決するため、本体の少なくとも上面部に吸込口を設け、底面前部に吹出口を設け、これら吸込口と吹出口を結ぶ空気通路に、側面視で逆略V字状に形成された熱交換器と、送風ファンを設け、前記熱交換器の上部にフィルタガイドを兼ねた遮蔽板を設け、前記吸込口と前記熱交換器との間に前記フィルタガイドにより裏面がガイドされるフィルタを設けるとともに、前記遮蔽板に室温サーミスタを取り付けてなる空気調和機において、

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいた実施例として詳細に説明する。

図で示すように、本発明による空気調和機の基本構成は、上記に説明した従来技術と同様に、本体1の少なくとも上面部に吸込口2を設け、底面前部に吹出口3を設け、これら吸込口2と吹出口3とを結ぶ空気通路に、側面視で逆略V字状に形成された熱交換器4と、送風ファン5とを設け、前記熱交換器4の上部にフィルタガイドを兼ねた遮蔽板6を設け、前記吸込口2と前記熱交換器4との間に前記フィルタガイドにより裏面が挿脱可能にガイドされるフィルタ7を設けるとともに、前記熱交換器4の逆略V字部から熱交換されない空気が通過しないように遮蔽する前記遮蔽板6に室温サーミスタ8を取り付けた構成となっている。

ところで、本発明の目的は、前記フィルタ7を取り外した場合であっても、前記吸込口2から前記室温サーミスタ8に手指が触れてしまう恐れがないようにすることにある。

これによって、上記に説明した従来技術における問題点を解決できるようになり、前記フィルタ7を取外しても、前記室温サーミスタ8に手指で触れることができないように正確に保護できるようになって、場合によってはCEなどの安全規格に触れるという可能性がなくなる。
