Description
Claims (20)
- 冷却された空気をガスタービンに提供するように構成された第1および第2の予冷器に結合されたガスタービンと、
第1および第2の予冷器に熱的に結合された伝熱流体回路であって、伝熱流体の一部の加熱と伝熱流体の他の部分の冷却を可能にするように構成されている、伝熱流体回路と、
第1および第2の予冷器の交互動作を制御するように構成された制御システムとを備えたプラント。 - 制御システムが、さらに、加熱された伝熱流体の一部が第2の予冷器へ流れると、冷却された伝熱流体の一部が第1の予冷器へ直接流れるように構成された、請求項1に記載のプラント。
- LNG再ガス化ユニットが、伝熱流体を冷却するように構成され、それにより冷却された伝熱流体が形成される、請求項2に記載のプラント。
- 冷却された空気の温度が10℃(50°F)未満である、請求項2に記載のプラント。
- 蒸気動力サイクルが、伝熱流体を加熱するように構成され、それにより加熱された伝熱流体が形成される、請求項2に記載のプラント。
- 蒸気動力サイクルが、蒸気タービンサイクル内に冷却水システムおよび表面復水器を備えた、請求項5に記載のプラント。
- 伝熱流体回路に熱的に結合され、かつ、冷却された空気を第1および第2の予冷器のうちの少なくとも一方に提供するように構成された第3の予冷器をさらに備えた、請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 第3の予冷器が、0℃(32°F)より高い温度に冷却された空気を連続的に提供するように構成された、請求項7に記載のプラント。
- 伝熱流体の一部を第3の予冷器から再度第3の予冷器へ再循環させるように構成された再循環ループをさらに備えた、請求項7に記載のプラント。
- 10℃(50°F)未満の温度に冷却された空気をガスタービンに提供するように構成された予冷器に結合されたガスタービンと、
予冷器に動作結合され、かつ、予冷器への冷媒および加熱された媒体の送出を制御するように構成された制御システムとを備えたプラントであって、
制御システムが、予冷器内における所定程度の氷形成に応答して、加熱された媒体が予冷器に提供されるように構成されたプラント。 - 冷媒が冷却された伝熱流体であり、加熱された媒体が加熱された伝熱流体であり、冷却された伝熱流体および加熱された伝熱流体が、同じ伝熱流体回路内を循環する、請求項10に記載のプラント。
- 伝熱流体回路が、LNG再ガス化ユニットおよび動力サイクルのうちの少なくとも一方に熱的に結合された、請求項11に記載のプラント。
- 10℃(50°F)未満の温度に冷却された空気をガスタービンに提供するように構成された第2の予冷器をさらに備えた、請求項10に記載のプラント。
- 制御システムが、予冷器および第2の予冷器が交互に動作するよう、予冷器および第2の予冷器への冷媒の送出を制御するように構成された、請求項13に記載のプラント。
- 燃焼タービンの吸気を冷却する方法であって、
第1の予冷器および第2の予冷器を提供するステップと、
第1および第2の予冷器を、冷却された伝熱流体および加熱された伝熱流体が循環する伝熱流体回路に熱的に結合するステップと、
制御システムを第1および第2の予冷器に結合するステップとを含み、制御システムが、加熱された伝熱流体が第2の予冷器に提供されると、冷却された伝熱流体が第1の予冷器に提供されるよう、第1および第2の予冷器の交互動作を制御する、方法。 - 熱的に結合するステップが、伝熱流体回路を、LNG再ガス化ユニットおよび動力サイクルのうちの少なくとも一方に熱結合するステップを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- LNG再ガス化ユニットが、伝熱流体を冷却し、それにより冷却された伝熱流体を形成し、また、復水器が、伝熱流体を加熱し、それにより加熱された伝熱流体を形成する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 第1および第2の予冷器が、10℃(50°F)未満の温度に冷却された空気を燃焼タービンに提供する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 第3の予冷器を提供するステップをさらに含み、第3の予冷器が、0℃(32°F)と周囲温度との間の温度に予冷された空気を、第1および第2の予冷器のうちの少なくとも一方に提供する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 第3の予冷器が、伝熱流体回路に熱的に結合され、再循環ループが、伝熱流体の一部を第3の予冷器から再度第3の予冷器へ再循環させるように構成された、請求項19に記載の方法。
