この発明は、シリンダ錠に係り、特に、室外側から内筒内端のテールピースを打ち外すことによる破錠を防止し得るシリンダ錠に関する。

【従来の技術】
例えばピンタンブラー錠、レバータンブラー錠等、シリンダ錠には種々の型式があるが、少なくとも本出願人が製造、販売しているシリンダ錠は、シリンダ筒11(図4参照)を介して扉に装着されるため、その外形や寸法等は規格によって一定に保たれている。

また、シリンダ錠内筒の回動を錠箱内のデッドボルト制御機構に伝達するテールピースは、図1及び図2に示すように、内筒1に連結されたテールプラグ2のスリット3(図2参照)に一対の脚部4、4を形成したテールピース5を挿入して装着する。

そして、このテールピース5がテールプラグ2から抜け出ないように、また、内筒全体が外筒6から室外側に抜け出ないように、テールプラグ2の基部段部に蛇の目状のストッパー板7を嵌着し、例えばC−リング等の止め輪8によってこれ等を一体的に結合する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のように構成されたシリンダ錠は、図1及び図3に示すように、室外側に開口した鍵孔に板状の工具を差込み、図1に示すように鍵先を通す鍵孔の内端部分を経て、その内端をテールプラグに当てた状態でハンマー等で工具9の外端の頭部を打撃すると、衝撃によって上記止め輪8が飛んでテールピース5が外れてしまうことがある。

そうすると、鍵孔から錠箱内のデッドボルト制御機構が覗けるので、図示しない工具による不正解錠が可能になる。

この発明は、上記したように室外側から内筒内端のテールピースを打ち外すことによる破錠を防止し得るシリンダ錠を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するため、この発明は、カップ状のシリンダ筒を介して扉面に装着されるシリンダ錠であって、内筒に装着されたスリット付のテールプラグのスリットに板状のテールピースを挿入し、このテールピースのテールプラグからの抜け止めと、内筒の外筒からの抜け止めを兼ねる蛇の目状のストッパー板をテールピースに嵌着し、このストッパー板の内側に止め輪を嵌着したものにおいて、この止め輪の更に内側におけるテールプラグに、全体の形状が蛇の目状で、外径がシリンダ筒の内径より小さい抜け止めリングを回動可能に嵌着し、この抜け止めリングを、シリンダ筒の内筒部に嵌着されたシリンダ錠抜け止め用のシリンダ止め輪に外側から係合可能に臨ませたことを特徴とする。

以下、この発明の一実施例を図4乃至図6を参照して説明する。
図4において符号11はシリンダ筒を示し、従来のシリンダ錠は、このシリンダ筒11内に収納された状態で、シリンダ錠の内側(図4で右側)に抜け止めのシリンダ止め輪12によって抜け止めを施される。

ちなみに、上記シリンダ筒11は全体の形状がカップ状で、内側(図4で右側)の開口端縁部外周面に形成された取付ブロック13、13及び図示しない錠箱を貫通する装着杆14、14により、扉に装着される。

以上の説明から明らかなように、この発明は、テールピースの抜け止めとなる止め輪の更に内側におけるテールプラグに、全体の形状が蛇の目状で、外径がシリンダ筒の内径より小さい抜け止めリングを回動可能に嵌着し、この抜け止めリングを、シリンダ筒の内筒部に嵌着されたシリンダ錠抜け止め用のシリンダ止め輪に外側から係合可能に臨ませたから、鍵孔に工具を差込み、この工具の頭部を打撃することによってテールピースに衝撃を与えても、この衝撃はシリンダ止め輪に受け止められ、結局テールピースの打ち外しを防止できる、という所期の効果を奏する。
