Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has been developed as a bend for piping parts with high wear used for transported goods with high hardness (for example, sand, metal, glass, etc.).
[0002]
[Prior art]
Various measures have been taken for conventional bends (for example, guide vanes inside, high silicon cast iron pipes, ceramic lining, etc.), all of which are in direct contact with the transported goods. . For this reason, the life of the wear progress time was extended.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
A bend is a piping component that changes the direction of a transported item, and has the greatest degree of wear. Further, since the places where the transported goods come into contact are concentrated in one place, the wear frequency is extremely high even when compared with the piping of the series.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention makes use of the property that the object moves in a straight line and retains the transported goods at the place where they are worn, so that it can have a role as a cushioning material, and the transported goods and the bend main body can be in direct contact with each other. Disappear.
[0005]

【The invention's effect】
The present invention is configured as described above, and by forming the package as a cushioning material, the wear of the bend body is drastically reduced, and the cost associated with renewal can be reduced.
[0013]
By eliminating the contact between the transport object and the bend main body, there is no need for an internal lining made of expensive high silicon cast iron or ceramic, construction and handling are easy, and production can be made at low cost.
[Brief description of the drawings]
FIG. 1 is a non-contact bend action diagram in which a package does not contact a bend body.
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of contactless bend construction.
