発明の実施の形態を図面で説明する。
図1より、短管3、短管9は各々短尺の配管の両端にフランジを固着した部材、入り口側ノズル4、出口側ノズル7は各々配管の片端にフランジを固着し他端は配管そのままからなる部材である。
