Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a cleat that is applied to a cubicle such as a switchboard or a distribution board, or a door of an electrical equipment housing facility such as a communication relay facility.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In switchboards used for the purpose of accommodating electrical equipment, internal equipment is regularly inspected or defective equipment is replaced, but the frequency is extremely low. For this reason, doors applied to this type of equipment are made of a steel plate and are often made of a simple structure that can be simply opened and closed and locked. Also, accessories such as door locks and door hinges are required only to be sturdy and low cost. A door stopper device disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 3-8990 is well known with respect to the curling stop according to the present invention. There, the guide frame fixed to the door frame side and the door are connected by a stay. The guide frame has a long hole, and the stay can slide along the long hole when the door is opened and closed. It is also disclosed that a pin accompanying the stay is engaged and held by a stopper made of a leaf spring when the door is opened 90 degrees from the closed position. The stopper is provided with a partially spherical recess for engaging and capturing the protruding end of the pin.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Such a conventional stopper device can restrict the door from opening excessively beyond a predetermined opening angle, but cannot restrict the door closing operation. For this reason, the door may receive and close and swing. If a leaf spring stopper is added, the door can be held in the open position, but if the door is subjected to a gust of wind, the stopper and pin may be easily disengaged, ensuring reliability and safety. Lack. If the pin is engaged and captured by a pair of leaf springs arranged opposite to each other, the pin can be prevented from being detached to some extent. However, leaf springs tend to cause variations in the spring force that can be generated due to variations in shape at the time of molding, and there is a disadvantage that the spring force decreases with time. In the case of applying anti-rest in common to doors with different weights, it is necessary to prepare a dedicated leaf spring with a different spring force. To that end, a processing mold must be provided for each leaf spring of different size and shape. It is necessary to prepare for this, and the production cost is high.
[0004]
For example, if the anti-winding window for a window with a lock mechanism prepared for a house or a high-rise building is used, it is possible to reliably prevent the door from suddenly closing and swinging due to a gust of wind as described above. However, this type of anti-spinning structure is complicated and expensive, and the unlocking operation is often complicated in order to prevent tampering, so that the unlocking operation of the locking mechanism is troublesome.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to provide an anti-skid suitable for a door of an electric equipment housing facility, which can elastically engage and capture the door in an open position and can always close and hold the door with a stable force. The object of the present invention is to be able to apply the anti-rotation commonly to a plurality of types of doors having different weights, and at that time, it is possible to procure spring parts prepared according to the door weight at a low cost, and accordingly to prepare according to the door weight. It is an object of the present invention to provide a baffle stopper suitable for a door of an electrical equipment housing facility, which can reduce the variation in the cost of the burr stopper to a negligible level. The object of the present invention is to provide a cleat suitable for a door of an electric equipment housing facility, which can simplify the overall structure and reduce the cost of the clasp by that amount, and can cope with any difference between right and left, right and left. There is to do.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The curling stop according to the present invention slides together with the guide rod 5 fixed to the opening, the restraint rod 6 that connects the guide frame 5 and the door 1, and the restraint rod 6 along the guide hole 9 provided in the guide frame 5. A slide pin 7 that moves and a lock mechanism that locks and fixes the slide pin 7 at the door opening position are provided. The lock mechanism is disposed between a case 15 attached to the guide frame 5, a pair of front and rear catch bodies 16 pivotally supported by the case 15, and a pair of catch bodies 16. And a compression coil spring 17 that swings and biases them in the pin catching direction. Both catch bodies 16 can be reciprocated between a capture position where the peripheral surface of the slide pin 7 is held back and forth and a capture release position which allows the slide pin 7 to be detached. In conjunction with the opening operation of the door 1, Ru is engaged captured enters between the catch body 16 against the urging force of the slide pin 7 the spring 17. The case 15 has a first case 19 formed in a U-shaped cross section with a front and rear wall 21 and a base wall 22 fixed to the guide frame 5 with a bolt 23, and is bridged by the front and rear wall 21 and faces the base wall 22. The second case 20 includes the lid wall 25. In both the first and second cases 19 and 20, the base wall 22 and the lid wall 25 are fastened and fixed by bolts 27 and nuts 28. The base wall 22 of the first case 19 is fastened and fixed to the guide frame 5 with bolts 23 inserted into the guide holes 9. The operation head 27a of the bolt 27 is engaged with the guide hole 9, and the case 15 is prevented from rotating by the guide hole 9 through the operation head 27a.
[0007]
The catch body 16 is formed of a press fitting integrally provided with a base frame portion 30 having a U-shaped cross section and an engagement arm 31 protruding laterally from the base frame portion 30. The engagement arm 31 is provided with an engagement recess 33 that sandwiches the circumferential surface of the slide pin 7 forward and backward, and an introduction guide portion 34 for the slide pin 7 that extends continuously outward from the engagement recess 33. Part of the pair of base frame portions 30 are in contact with each other so that the minimum facing distance between the pair of engagement arms 31 can be held slightly smaller than the diameter dimension of the slide pin 7.
[0009]
[Effects of the invention]
In the present invention, since the guide frame 5 is provided with a lock mechanism and the slide pin 7 is elastically engaged and captured by the lock mechanism at the door open position, the open door 1 can be securely fixed and held. Compared to other types of stopper devices, reliability and safety are improved, and operations such as carrying in maintenance parts and carrying out replacement equipment can be performed safely. When commonly applied to a plurality of types of doors having different weights, springs 17 having different spring forces are prepared according to the weight of the door, but the pair of catch bodies 16 are pinned by compression coil springs 17. Since the spring 17 is oscillated in the capturing direction, the springs 17 having different specifications can be procured at a low cost. Therefore, the variation in the cost of the anti-rotation prepared according to the door weight can be reduced to a negligible level, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Uniformity can be realized.
[0010]
The lock mechanism is composed of the case 15, the catch body 16 assembled in the case 15, the spring 17, and the like. However, the slide pin has a stable capture force without variation compared to the case where the slide pin is directly captured by a leaf spring. 7 can be captured, and the structure of the anti-raising can be greatly simplified compared to the anti-raising for a window with a lock mechanism prepared for a house or a high-rise building. Therefore, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and an inexpensive anti-waisting suitable for application to the door 1 of the electrical equipment housing facility can be obtained. When the door 1 is closed, the door 1 is closed against the urging force of the spring 17 and the slide pin 7 is simply detached from the engaging recess 33 so that the lock can be easily released. The door 1 can be opened and closed by operation. By changing the mounting position of the lock body 15 relative to the guide frame 5, the specifications of the anti-slip can be changed between right and left, and it is possible to cope with the difference between the upper and lower sides. Therefore, it is possible to cope with the difference in the vertical and horizontal directions, and to provide the anti-friction parts at a lower cost. By changing the fixing position of the lock body 15 with respect to the guide frame 5, the full opening angle of the door 1 can be changed arbitrarily, so that the opening angle of the door 1 can be changed and adjusted in relation to surrounding buildings. It can respond flexibly to the situation in the field.
[0011]
The catch body 16 is constituted by a press fitting integrally provided with a base frame portion 30 and an engagement arm 31, an engagement recess 33 for holding the slide pin 7 on the engagement arm 31, and an introduction guide for the slide pin 7. According to the curling stop provided with the portion 34, the slide pin 7 can be guided to shift to the engagement recess 33 while being received by the introduction guide portion 34, so that the engagement operation of the slide pin 7 to the engagement recess 33 can be performed without resistance. It can be done smoothly. Further, when the pair of base frame portions 30 are brought into contact with each other and the minimum facing distance between the pair of engagement arms 31 is kept slightly smaller than the diameter dimension of the slide pin 7, the slide pin 7 can be prevented from coming off well. However, the engagement resistance of the engagement arm 31 is reduced, and the engagement / disengagement operation of the slide pin 7 with respect to the lock mechanism can be performed smoothly.
[0012]
The case 15 is constituted by the first and second cases 19 and 20, the operation head 27 a of the bolt 27 that fastens the cases 19 and 20 is engaged with the guide hole 9, and the case 15 is operated in a hexagonal shape. According to the anti-rotation that prevents the rotation at the guide hole 9 through the head 27a, the case 15 can be prevented from rotating by using the bolts 27 for both cases 19 and 20. Even when the position is shifted or the door 1 is abruptly opened, the case 15 can be prevented from shifting and the anti-turning can always be used properly.
[0013]
【Example】
1 to 6 show an embodiment of the anti-waisting according to the present invention. The anti-turning is applied to, for example, a switchboard as shown in FIG. 2, and the door 1 that opens and closes the front opening is automatically locked at the open position to keep the open state. The door 1 is supported by a pair of upper and lower pivot hinges 2 so as to be able to swing open and close, and a door stopper is provided between the upper part of the inner surface and the opening. Reference numeral 3 denotes a lock.
[0014]
In FIG. 3 to FIG. 5, the curling stop includes a guide frame 5 fixed to the opening, a check rod 6 that connects the guide frame 5 and the door 1, and a lock mechanism. The check rod 6 is formed of a strip-shaped press fitting, one end of which is connected to the guide frame 5 via a slide pin 7, and the other end is connected to the door 1 via a connection pin 8. The connecting pin 8 is fixed to a seat plate provided on the inner surface of the door.
[0015]
In FIG. 4, the guide frame 5 is composed of a frame body having an L-shaped cross section, and left and right horizontally elongated guide holes 9 are provided in the horizontal wall to fix the vertical wall to the opening. The slide pin 7 is formed of a round shaft, and has a slide shaft portion 10 having a smaller diameter at the lower portion thereof. The lower end of the slide shaft portion 10 is inserted into the guide hole 9 from the upper surface side of the guide frame 5 to the check rod 6. The restraining rod 6 is connected to the guide frame 5 by caulking and fixing. When the door 1 is opened, as shown by an imaginary line in FIG. 3, the check rod 6 accompanies the door 1 and is pulled out to the outside, so that the slide pin 7 moves the guide hole 9 from the left end to the right end in FIG. 3. Move the slide.
[0016]
The lock mechanism is disposed between a case 15 assembled to the lower right side of the guide frame 5, a pair of catch bodies 16 accommodated in the case 15 and pivotally supported so as to swing back and forth, and the catch body 16. It comprises a compression coil spring 17 that oscillates and biases both arms 16 in the pin catching direction.
[0017]
In FIG. 4, the case 15 is formed in a box shape by assembling a first case 19 and a second case 20 each made of a press-molded product in a lid shape. The first case 19 is formed in a U-shaped cross section by the front and rear walls 21 and the base wall 22, and is fastened and fixed to the guide frame 5 by bolts 23 and nuts 24 inserted through the base wall 22 from below the guide holes 9. To do. The nut 24 is welded to the upper surface of the base wall 22. The second case 20 includes a lid wall 25 that bridges the upper ends of the front and rear walls 21 and faces the base wall 22, and a side wall 26 that is continuous with the lid wall 25 and fits between the front and rear walls 21. Both the first and second cases 19 and 20 are integrated by being fastened and fixed by bolts 27 and nuts 28 which are inserted through the base wall 22 and the cover wall 25 facing each other from the lower surface side. The operation head 27a of the bolt 27 is engaged with the guide hole 9 and held to prevent rotation, and at the same time, the case 15 is prevented from rotating about the bolt 23. Since the lock mechanism is shipped in a pre-assembled state, it is only necessary to screw the bolt 23 into the nut 24 after positioning the case 15 at a predetermined position during construction.
[0018]
The catch body 16 is formed of a press-molded product integrally provided with a base frame portion 30 having a U-shaped cross section and an engagement arm 31 that is continuously provided on the base frame portion 30 so as to project laterally. A spring receiving pin 32 is fixed by caulking to the inner surface (see FIG. 1). The engagement arm 31 is provided with an engagement recess 33 that holds the circumferential surface of the slide pin 7 forward and backward, and an introduction guide portion 34 that extends continuously outward from the engagement recess 33. Each base frame part 30 is assembled in a staggered manner, and the springs 17 are arranged between the receiving pins 32, and the base frame parts 30 are pivotally supported by bolts (shafts) 27 via collars 35. The body 16 can swing in the front-rear direction about the bolt 27, and can expand and swing against the urging force of the spring 17. In a state where the slide pin 7 is separated from the lock mechanism, the front and rear free ends of the base frame portion 30 are received by the other party's vertical wall, preventing further introduction guide surfaces 34 from approaching each other. This position is defined as a capture position, and a position allowing the slide pin 7 to be detached is defined as a capture release position (state indicated by a solid line in FIG. 6).
[0019]
When the door 1 is opened from the closed state, the slide pin 7 follows the check rod 6 and slides along the guide hole 9. When the door 1 is opened to near the opening limit, the slide pin 7 comes into contact with the introduction guide portion 34 of the engagement arm 31 and the catch body 16 is expanded against the urging force of the spring 17 as shown in FIG. Open. Further, by opening the door 1, when the slide pin 7 passes through the boundary portion between the introduction guide portion 34 and the engagement concave portion 33, the catch body 16 receives the urging force of the spring 17 and swings back to the capture position side. Then, as shown in FIG. 1, the pair of engaging recesses 33 pinches and captures the peripheral surface of the slide pin 7 to lock and hold the ride pin 7. At this time, the catch arm 16 is slightly expanded from the capture position. Therefore, even when wind blows on the door 1, the door 1 can be kept open. In this embodiment, the opening angle of the door 1 when fully opened is 100 degrees from the closed position. When the door 1 is closed, the front end of the door 1 is grasped and swung in the closing direction, and the slide pin 7 is forcibly separated from the engaging recess 33 against the urging force of the spring 17.
[0020]
The anti-rafting of this embodiment corresponds to the right hand, but by changing the mounting position of the lock mechanism with respect to the guide frame 5 from the right end to the left end, the specification can be changed as an anti-rafting for the left hand. By changing the specifications, it is possible to apply the present invention without any trouble even when a cleat is disposed between the lower portion of the door 1 and the opening. In other words, it is possible to cope with the difference between the top and bottom and the left and right by simply preparing a kind of anti-friction.
[0021]
The curling stop can be used with a lock mechanism disposed on the upper surface side of the guide frame 5. The case 15 and the catch body 16 may be formed of a plastic molded product. In this case, the case 15 can be formed in a box shape in which a side surface and a mounting surface to the guide frame 5 are opened. The shaft 27 that supports the catch body 16 can be replaced with a shaft that is caulked and fixed to the case 15 or a rivet, and need not be a bolt.
