Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to the structure of the bow portion of a stationary fishing boat that fishes using a stationary net.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the fixed fishery, a fixed net is installed in the sea, and the migrating fish is guided into the net and caught. The net is set in the sea area relatively close to the coast. The stationary net is installed in a state of being suspended by wires or synthetic ropes stretched over the sea surface. The fishing boat is put into the net every day, and the back part of the net is brought into the sea surface in order from the entrance side to bring the fish into the back. Drive to the end and land.
[0003]
In the past, this reticulation and fish capture were carried out by several fishing boats. However, labor saving and mechanization have progressed due to a decrease in fishing prices, rising labor costs, and an aging fishing population. Fishing boats have been used for landing and changing nets. For this reason, stationary fishing boats have become larger, and labor-saving machines to be mounted have increased, resulting in a large tonnage.
[0004]
In addition, stationary nets were often installed close to the coast of the inland sea where the waves were calm. It is often installed in the city, and it is now operating even in weather conditions that could not be operated before.
[0005]
When fishing, a stationary fishing boat must drive the fish while moving the boat sideways, and in order to fish, it must climb over the wire and synthetic rope that suspend the net and enter the inside of the net. For reasons such as not becoming necessary, flat-bottomed boats with a wide width and shallow water are used.
[0006]
Various improvements have been made to stationary nets for the purpose of increasing catch, extending the exchange period of nets, and increasing the stability of nets in the sea. However, fixed fishing vessels have not been improved much. As mentioned earlier, fishing boats have become larger, the weight of machinery and equipment mounted on them has increased, and it has become more frequent to travel farther in high-wave sea areas. The current situation is to support this.
[0007]
On the other hand, as a bow shape adopted for relatively large cargo ships, merchant ships, offshore fishing boats, etc. sailing in the open ocean, a shape with a spherical protrusion protruding forward under the drowning of the bow (called a spherical bow, Barbus bow, etc.) Is adopted). This bow shape is said to be particularly effective in the case of large ships because the waves generated when the bow splits the water during navigation and the waves generated by the spherical projections traveling in the water cancel each other. There is a feature, and the pitching of the ship is suppressed to receive the resistance of water when the projection provided on the bow moves up and down in the water, the buoyancy of the bow part increases by the provision of the projection, It has the characteristics that the navigation resistance is reduced because the length with respect to the width of the ship is increased by the length.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the stationary fishing boat has the above-described shape, the resistance of water when navigating is large, and the bow is easily lifted by waves, so that the pitching, particularly when the boat sails toward the waves, is large. Therefore, when the waves are high, the bow is lifted high and then struck against the sea surface, causing a large impact. Further, since the head of a mechanized stationary fishing boat is equipped with a heavy (usually about 3 tons) lifting machine, the impact when pitching occurs further increases. Such behavior of the ship not only makes passengers uncomfortable and disturbs the ship's rapid navigation, but also compromises the safety of navigation.
[0009]
As described above, it is known that by providing a spherical protrusion on the bow bottom, it is possible to suppress navigation resistance and pitching, but a stationary fishing boat needs to enter a fishing ground in the net, and if a spherical protrusion is provided on the bow bottom, When entering the inside of the net, the wire or the synthetic rope that suspends the net is caught on the bow and the ship cannot enter the fishing ground.
[0010]
This invention solves the above technical problems that conflict with each other, eases the resistance received at the bow and bottom of the ship, suppresses pitching during navigation, and has excellent navigation safety in waved sea areas The issue is to provide stationary fishing boats.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The stationary fishing boat according to the present invention includes a spherical protrusion 2 that protrudes forward at the bottom of the bow, and further includes a pipe member that is narrower than the spherical protrusion 2 between the tip of the spherical protrusion 2 and the upper bow 3. The member 4 is mounted. The mesh restraining member 4 forms a mesh restraining edge 6 that is inclined downward between the bow upper part 3 and the tip of the spherical protrusion 2.
[0012]
The fixing portion between the pipe material 4 and the tip of the spherical protrusion 2 is structured to be fixed with a bolt, and a resin shaping portion 5 that smoothly connects the mesh holding edge 6 and the tip of the spherical protrusion 2 is provided.
[0013]
The above-described stationary fishing boat of the present invention is provided with the spherical protrusion 2 at the bottom of the bow, thereby providing resistance to the up and down movement of the bow when the bow thrusts into and away from the wave and suppresses the pitching of the ship during navigation. At the same time, the pipe member 6 formed by the net restraining member 4 gives buoyancy corresponding to the weight of the lifting net mounted on the bow to the bow part, and the net and wire to the bow when the ship enters the fishing ground. This prevents the catching.
[0014]
In the case of a relatively small boat such as a stationary fishing boat, the reduction effect of the wave-making resistance by the spherical protrusion is not so large. It is more preferable that the shape is flat and has a high resistance to water when moving upward.
[0015]
Network suppressing edge 6, obliquely pipe stay 4 between the tip top and bow top of the spherical projection 2 More and mounted child, it can be easily formed.
[0016]
The lower end of the Paipusute b 4 as a fixing means for fixing the spherical protrusion 2, for fastening to fine adopted concrete by bolts, to prevent the mesh is caught by the irregularities formed on the fastening portion, the net presser member 6 A shaping portion 5 made of fiber reinforced resin or the like is provided at the connection portion with the spherical protrusion 2 so that the lower end of the mesh restraining edge 6 is smoothly connected to the tip of the spherical protrusion 2.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 2 is an overall side view showing an embodiment of a stationary fishing boat according to the present invention, and FIG. 1 is an enlarged side view of the bow portion.
[0018]
The stationary fishing boat has a flat bottom with shallow water, and a guard is provided on the stern screw and ladder so that the net and wire are not caught. Although the plan view is omitted, it is equipped with a flat deck with a relatively wide rectangular shape, and the wheelhouse and engine room are located at the rear, and fish and nets are caught from the center of the ship to the bow. A wide deck is provided to mount the net during replacement. A lifting net 1 is mounted on the bow.
[0019]
The stationary fishing boat of the present invention is provided with a spherical projection 2 at the bow bottom. In order to increase the resistance of water in the vertical direction in water, the spherical protrusion 2 in the illustrated embodiment has a flat shape that is elongated horizontally when viewed from the front, and has a slightly constricted upper surface. In particular, it is considered to increase the resistance of water when moving up in water.
[0020]
The spherical protrusion 2 is not necessarily expected to be under the water surface at all times because it is not expected to reduce the wave resistance. When the bow hits the wave, the spherical protrusion 2 enters the wave before the hull hits the wave, so that the effect of reducing the pitching can be sufficiently exerted.
[0021]
A stay 4 made of stainless steel pipe is mounted between the upper end of the spherical protrusion 2 and a portion 3 ahead of the front end of the spherical protrusion at the upper bow. The pipe stay 4 is fixed by fastening flanges provided at the upper end and the lower end to the lower surface of the bow upper part and the upper end of the spherical protrusion 2 with bolts. And the shaping part 5 which laminated | stacked the glass fiber resin is provided in the fastening part, and it is set as the smooth shape without a level | step difference.
[0022]
A net restraining edge 6 for guiding the net or wire downward is formed by the front edge of the pipe stay 4. When a ship enters the net, a wire or a synthetic rope stretched on the net, particularly the sea surface, collides with the front edge of the pipe stay, and the wire or the synthetic rope is located below the spherical protrusion 2 due to the inclination of the front edge. Is guided to prevent the wire or the synthetic fiber rope from being caught on the bow, and the ship can enter the fishing ground in the net.
[0024]
Further, the stationary fishing boat of the illustrated embodiment adopts a shape in which a chine is attached from the bow to the center portion in order to reduce the impact of the waves received on the bottom of the ship. This chine is being used for leisure boats, but has not been used for stationary fishing boats. This chine is provided by making both sides of the bottom of the ship slant obliquely toward the side of the ship, and has the effect of easing the impact of waves that collide with the bottom of the ship to both sides of the ship.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to enter a fishing ground in a net by overcoming a wire or a synthetic fiber rope stretched on the sea surface, and to suppress navigation resistance and pitching when navigating a waved sea surface. A fishing boat can be provided, and a stationary fishing boat can be provided that can cope with the increase in navigation safety and the navigation distance that accompany the increase in size and mechanization of stationary fishing boats and the expansion of the installation location of stationary nets.
