Description

本発明は、木造家屋の屋根裏の換気を行うために軒先に設置して用いる軒裏換気口に関するものである。
長方形状の金属製の主体盤を備え、該主体盤に傾斜状に切り起こした部片で成る無数の通気口を設けた構造のものは公知である（特許文献１）。

前記従来構造のものは、通気口を主体盤を傾斜に切り起こした部片で構成し、該通気口を主体盤の幅員方向（長手方向に対して直交する方向）を長くして、長手方向に並設して構成したもので、該通気口を構成する傾斜状の各部片全てが、一方方向に向いているため製品全体にゆがみが生じ、取扱上或いは外観上必ずしも良好とはいえず、勝手方向の制約を受ける（外部から軒裏に透視しにくいように配するのが一般）。
本発明は、斯様な従来例の欠点を解消した軒裏換気口を提供すべく創案したものである。
長方形状の金属製の主体盤を備え、該主体盤に傾斜状に切り起こした部片で成る無数の通気口を設けて成り、前記主体盤の、長手方向に沿って長く構成した前記通気口を、前記主体盤の幅員方向に並べて通気口群と成し、複数の該通気口群を前記長手方向に並設すると共に、互いに隣接する通気口群間において通気口の前記部片の傾斜方向を互いに反対方向にした構成としたものである。
本発明によれば、プレス成形による製作上によって生じるゆがみや火災時の変形を可及的に防いだ軒裏換気口を提供でき、通気口の構成片が一方方向にのみ偏した構成を採るものでないから、勝手方向の制約も受けず、取扱い上良好な軒裏換気口を提供できる。
図面は本発明に係る軒裏換気口の一実施例を示し、図１は正面図、図２は図１の一部拡大図、図３は図２のａ−ａ線拡大断面図である。
図中、Ａは本発明に係る軒裏換気口で、換気口Ａは図示省略してあるが、軒先に設けた開口部を閉塞するようにして取付け、通気口を介して軒裏と外部とを連通させて前記軒裏の換気操作を行うために用いるものである。
前記換気口Ａは、金属板をプレス成形して構成したもので、長方形状の主体盤１を備え、該主体盤１に無数の通気口２，…を設けて構成したものである。
通気口２，…は、前記主体盤１の長手方向に沿って設けたスリットを、主体盤１の幅員方向に並設し、該スリット間の部片３を傾斜状にして、つまり、主体盤１を部分的に切り起こして構成したもので、主体盤１の幅員方向に並べた通気口群２Ａ，２Ｂを前記長手方向に並設し、互いに隣接する通気口群２Ａ,２Ｂ間において前記通気口２を構成する傾斜状の部片（ルーバー）３，…の傾斜方向を互いに反対方向にして配置したものである。

  1. 長方形状の金属製の主体盤を備え、該主体盤に傾斜状に切り起こした部片で成る無数の通気口を設けて成り、前記主体盤の、長手方向に沿って長く構成した前記通気口を、前記主体盤の幅員方向に並べて通気口群と成し、複数の該通気口群を前記長手方向に並設すると共に、互いに隣接する通気口群間において通気口の前記部片の傾斜方向を互いに反対方向にした、軒裏換気口。
