上記従来技術の筆記具はいずれも、キャップを乗り越え嵌合せしめる嵌合突部は、軸体に設けた把持部の位置より先方の、ペン先側に形成配置されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】

本発明は、上記問題点を解決するためになされたものであり、内部に収容される収容部材の先端に取り付けたペン先を先端開口部より突出してなり、かつ把持部を有する軸体に、キャップを、乗り越え嵌合により装着せしめる筆記具であって、前記軸体のペン先側に小径部を設け、この小径部に把持部を形成するとともに前記把持部の位置より後方側にキャップを乗り越え嵌合せしめる嵌合突部を全周に設け、また、前記把持部を軟質のエラストマーにより形成すると共に、前記軸体の前端に前記把持部の前端よりも小径な後端部を有する先金を設け、さらに、前記全周の嵌合突部の後方に前記小径部よりも大径な取付け端部を形成すると共に、それら嵌合突部と取付け端部との間に全周凹部を形成し、その取り付け端部に、その取り付け端部と略同径なキャップの開口端部を位置させ、また、前記把持部を、その把持部のほぼ中央部から前方に向かって徐々に拡径せしめることによって、その把持部の前方に膨出部を形成したことを要旨とする。

【実施例】
添付図面に基づき実施例を説明する。図1において、金属や樹脂製の先金1と、前軸2と後軸3とからなる外装体には、先端にボールペンチップ4を、継ぎ手パイプ5によって透明なポリプロピレン樹脂製のインキタンク6に連結固定したリフィールが収容されている。リフィールの後端は、後軸3の底部に形成したリブ3aによって長手方向位置を規制されて位置決めされている。
