Description
漏れ検出モードでは大きな横断面での漏れ検出を行うようになっており、これによって大きな検出領域及び短い応答時間を達成している。漏れは大きく離れたところからも突き止められ、それというのは大きく離れたところからの強い吸引力及び吸い込みプローブの迅速な運動によって漏れ箇所の前の漏れガス噴霧からガス量を多く吸い込んで、すぐに表示するようになっているからである。不感時間も上昇時間も最小になっており、このことは迅速な漏れ検出に寄与している。増幅率を高めないので、測定エラーも少なくなっている。むしろ通路内の流過量は増大されており、このことは漏れ箇所の前のガス噴霧からのガスの検出を助成している。
Claims (6)
- 漏れ検出装置であって、吸い込みプローブ(16)及び主装置(10)を備えており、前記主装置は真空ポンプ(11)及びテストガスセンサー(12)を含んでいて、ホース(15)を介して前記吸い込みプローブ(16)に接続されている形式のものにおいて、
ホース(15)は第1の通路及び第2の通路を有しており、該通路は互いに異なる断面を有しており、少なくとも断面の大きい方の通路は弁(22,23)を備えており、前記断面の大きい方の通路を開いている漏れ検出モードと前記断面の大きい方の通路を閉じている漏れ量測定モードとの間の切換のために、スイッチ(24)を設けてあることを特徴とする、漏れ検出装置。 - テストガスセンサー(12)の信号の時間的な変化の検出及び表示のための装置を設けてある請求項1に記載の漏れ検出装置。
- スイッチ(24)は、吸い込みプローブ(16)に配置されている請求項1又は2に記載の漏れ検出装置。
- ホース(15)は少なくとも2つの毛細管(20,21)を含んでおり、この場合に一方の毛細管(20)は第1の通路を形成しており、他方の毛細管(21)は第2の通路を形成している請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の漏れ検出装置。
- 両方の通路内を流れるガス流間の差は少なくとも10倍である請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の漏れ検出装置。
- 少なくとも1つの弁(22,23)は主装置(10)内に収容されている請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の漏れ検出装置。
