(A)R画素の開口率を、他のG画素およびB画素の開口率よりも小さくする。
(B)R画素の画素電極110のスリット110sの総面積を、G画素およびB画素の画素電極110のスリット110sの総面積よりも小さくする。

Claims (3)
- 各々がドレイン配線とゲート配線で囲まれた複数の画素を有し、前記複数の画素は、第1の色に対応する画素と、第2の色に対応する画素と、第3の色に対応する画素とを有する表示装置において、
前記画素は、画素電極と、前記画素電極と平面的に重畳する共通電極とを有し、
前記第1の色、前記第2の色、前記第3の色にそれぞれ対応する3つの画素のいずれかは、他の画素と形状が異なる金属パターンが配置された特定画素であり、
前記金属パターンは、前記特定画素を囲む前記ドレイン配線と前記ゲート配線と平面的に離間しており、且つ、前記画素のゲート配線近傍の端部に配置され、
前記特定画素の画素電極は、前記金属パターンに沿って縮小して形成される部分を有し、前記他の画素の画素電極よりも小さく形成されていることを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記金属パターンは、前記金属パターン部近傍の前記ゲート配線を介して隣接する他の画素の共通電極と電気的に接続するブリッジ配線が接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1の色に対応する画素と、前記第2の色に対応する画素と、前記第3の色に対応する画素は、それぞれ、R,G,Bの各色であり、
前記金属パターンは、前記Rの画素に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
