Description

【0001】

[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the examples shown in the drawings.
[0012]
FIG. 1 to FIG. 9 show an example of a nut that uses a bolt in which a spiral groove is formed as a connecting rod and is connected to the bolt.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 1, the nut 1 is formed in a plate shape by laminating flat plate materials, and the back cover 2 that is a component of the nut 1 is formed of a metal flat plate.
[0014]
On the surface of the back cover 2, a pair of back spacers 3 and 4 are arranged in parallel on the same plane with a predetermined gap D1 on the left and right with a central portion X1-X2 through which the bolt 5 is inserted, A gap D1 between the back spacers 3 and 4 forms a part of a bolt insertion hole penetrating in the front-rear direction (the X1-X2 direction is the front-rear direction). The back spacers 3 and 4 are formed of a metal flat plate.
[0015]
On the surface side of the pair of back spacers 3, 4, a pair of case plates 6, 7 are arranged in parallel with a predetermined gap D 2 across a central part X 1 -X 2 through which the bolt 5 is inserted, A gap D2 between the pair of case plates 6 and 7 forms a part of a bolt insertion hole penetrating in the front-rear direction. Tapered surfaces 8 and 9 are formed on the inner side surfaces of the pair of case plates 6 and 7 so that the rear side (X2 side) extends outward. The pair of case plates 6 and 7 are each formed of a metal flat plate.
[0016]
On the inner side of each of the pair of case plates 6 and 7, wedge-shaped locking members 10 and 11 are arranged, respectively. Threaded grooves 10a and 11a, which are tooth-like uneven surfaces made of peaks and valleys, are engraved on the inner side surfaces of the locking members 10 and 11 along the insertion direction of the bolt 5 (the X1-X2 direction). ing. As shown in FIG. 6 (b), the screw grooves 10a and 11a are formed to be equivalent to the screw pitch of the screw groove 5a of the bolt 5, and are meshed along the screw groove of the bolt 5. As shown in (c), it is formed by a part of a circular arc substantially equivalent to the thread groove 5a of the bolt 5. The outer surfaces of the locking members 10 and 11 are formed on tapered surfaces 10b and 11b along the tapered surfaces 8 and 9, respectively. Further, each of the locking members 10 and 11 is made of metal, and guide pins 12 and 13 project upward from the surface thereof.
[0017]
Further, the screw grooves 10a and 11a of the both locking members 10 and 11 are formed on the locking members 10 and 11 when the bolt 5 is inserted and meshed with the screw grooves 10a and 11a as shown in FIG. In a state where the tapered surfaces 10b and 11b are in contact with the tapered surfaces 8 and 9, both screw grooves 10a and 11a are set so as to be displaced in the bolt insertion direction by 1/2 pitch as shown by P in FIG. Yes.
[0018]
In this way, the method of shifting the pitch between the screw grooves 10a and 11a by ½, as shown in FIG. 7, is that the locking members 10 and 11 having the screw grooves 10a and 11a formed in the same state are moved in the bolt insertion direction. Further, as shown in FIG. 8, both the locking members 10, 11 formed by shifting the thread grooves 10a, 11a by 1/2 pitch in the bolt insertion direction as shown in FIG. Further, as shown in FIG. 9, both locking members 10 and 11 having thread grooves 10a and 11a formed in the same state are used, and the tapered surfaces 8 and 9 are mutually connected. It may be shifted by a predetermined amount P in the bolt insertion direction, that is, by 1/2 pitch of the thread groove.
[0019]
On the surface of the pair of case plates 6 and 7, a pair of front spacers 14 and 15 made of a metal flat plate are arranged in parallel with a predetermined gap D3 like the pair of back spacers 3 and 4. Yes. The pair of front spacers 14 and 15 are formed with guide long holes 16 and 17 penetrating in the front and back directions in which the guide pins 12 and 13 of the locking members 10 and 11 are slidably fitted. The guide long holes 16 and 17 are formed so as to be inclined along the tapered surfaces 8 and 9, that is, so that the rear side extends outward. Stopper surfaces 16a and 17a are formed on the front side of the guide long holes 16 and 17, respectively.
[0020]
A bolt insertion hole 40 penetrating in the front-rear direction is formed by the gaps D1, D2, D3.
[0021]
The case plates 6 and 7 are provided with storage chambers 18 and 19 at the rear portions of the tapered surfaces 8 and 9, and biasing members 20 and 21 are stored in the storage chambers 18 and 19, respectively. The spacers 3 and 4 and the front spacers 14 and 15 prevent the urging members 20 and 21 from coming off. The urging members 20 and 21 always urge the locking members 10 and 11 forward, that is, so that the facing distance between the both locking members 10 and 11 is reduced. As the biasing member (biasing means), a coil spring is used in the illustrated example, but a member made of an elastic material such as rubber may be used.
[0022]
On the surface side of the pair of front spacers 14, 15, one front cover 22 is disposed between them. The front cover 22 is formed with a pair of guide long holes 23 and 24 that are inclined at the same position and in the same direction as the guide long holes 16 and 17. The pair of guide long holes 23 and 24 penetrates the front cover 22 in the front and back direction. The front cover 22 is formed of a metal flat plate.
[0023]
On the surface side of the front cover 22, a punching jig 25 is disposed so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction.
[0024]
The extraction jig 25 is formed of a metal flat plate having a wide locking portion 26 at the rear, and a front end locking surface 26 a and a rear end locking surface 26 b are formed on the locking portion 26. Further, on the back side of the extraction jig 25, concave portions 27 and 28 into which the guide pins 12 and 13 are respectively fitted are formed. The front and rear lengths of the recesses 27 and 28 are formed to be substantially the same as the front and rear lengths of the guide pins 12 and 13, and the left and right lengths are longer than the left and right lengths of the guide pins 12 and 13. Furthermore, an operation portion 29 having a width shorter than the left and right width of the locking portion 26 is integrally projected on the surface of the extraction jig 25.
[0025]
A cover 30 is disposed on the front side of the extraction jig 25.
[0026]
A guide recess 31 having an open rear surface is formed on the back side of the front cover 30, and the extraction jig 25 is fitted in the guide recess 31 so as to be movable in the front-rear direction. Further, the front end of the guide recess 31 is a front end restricting surface 31a against which the front end engaging surface 26a of the extraction jig 25 abuts, and the rear end is a rear end restriction against which the rear end engaging surface 26b abuts against the extraction jig 25. It is the surface 31b. Further, a window 32 is formed in the center of the cover 30 so that the operation portion 29 can be moved in the front-rear direction.
[0027]
A release means 33 is formed by the guide pins 12 and 13, the guide long holes 16 and 17, the extraction jig 25, the operation portion 29, and the like.
[0028]
A mounting hole 34 is formed at a common position in each member, and a connecting member such as a screw 35 is inserted into each mounting hole 34 to integrally connect the members to constitute the nut 1. .
[0029]
Next, for example, an operation for connecting the panels to each other using the nut 1 of the above embodiment will be described.
[0030]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, the nut 1 is fixed to one panel 50 by an appropriate means so that the insertion side end of the bolt insertion hole 40 of the nut 1 is positioned on the connection side end surface 50a of the one panel 50. In addition, the bolt 5 is provided with a tip portion protruding from the connection side end surface 60a of the other panel 60 and fixed to the other panel 60 by appropriate means.
[0031]
Then, in a state where both the locking members 10 and 11 are located in the front and the mutual φ between the screw grooves 10a and 11a is shorter than the diameter of the screw groove 5a of the bolt 5, the panels 50 and 60 are When the bolt 5 is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 40 of the nut 1 by approaching each other, first, the distal end portion of the bolt 5 is placed on the distal end portion of the locking members 10 and 11 at the position shown in FIG. Then, the locking members 10 and 11 are pushed and moved to the back against the urging force of the coil springs 20 and 21. The movement of the locking members 10 and 11 is moved rearward along the tapered surfaces 8 and 9 by the guide elongated holes 16 and 17 and the pins 12 and 13, and the distance between the two locking members 10 and 11 is gradually increased ( Widely).
[0032]
When the opposing distance between the crests of the screw grooves 10a and 11a in both the locking members 10 and 11 becomes wider than the diameter of the crest of the bolt 5 by the insertion of the bolt 5, both the locking members 10 and 11 are coil springs. It is pushed and moved forward by the urging force of 20,21. When the bolt 5 is inserted by repeating this and the connection side end faces 50a and 60a of both the panels 50 and 60 are brought into contact with each other, the screw grooves 10a and 11a of the both locking members 10 and 11 become bolt 5 as shown in FIG. The locking members 10 and 11 stop in a state of being engaged with the screw groove 5a. At this time, the screw grooves 10a, 11a of both the locking members 10, 11 are shifted from each other by ½ pitch, the both screw grooves 10a, 11a mesh with the screw groove 5a of the bolt 5, and the tapered surfaces 10b, 11b are tapered surfaces. 8 and 9 are in contact.
[0033]
In this state, when a force for separating the two panels 50 and 60 is applied, that is, when a force is applied to the bolt 5 in the direction of being removed from the nut 1, the locking member engaged with the screw groove 5 a of the bolt 5. Although a forward force acts on 10 and 11, the screws of the locking members 10 and 11 are engaged by the engagement of the tapered surfaces 10b and 11b of the locking members 10 and 11 and the tapered surfaces 8 and 9 of the case plates 6 and 7. The grooves 10a and 11a bite into the thread groove 5a of the bolt 5, and the bolt 5 is prevented from coming off. At this time, by shifting both screw grooves 10a and 11a by 1/2 pitch as described above, the taper surfaces 10b and 11b and the taper surfaces 8 and 9 are in a state where the screw grooves 10a and 11a are bitten into the screw groove 5a. Are in contact with each other, so that the bolts 5 are prevented from coming off and the panels 50 and 60 are firmly connected to each other.
[0034]
Therefore, when connecting both panels 50 and 60, only the operation | work which adjoins both panels 50 and 60 to each other is sufficient, and it is a connection operation compared with what rotates and connects a nut with respect to a volt | bolt conventionally. Is easy.
[0035]
Next, when both panels 50 and 60 are separated from the connected state, the front end of the operation portion 29 exposed to the cover 30 is moved manually (in the direction of arrow A in FIG. 1) to the both ends. The members 10 and 11 are moved backward. As a result, the gaps φ between the locking members 10 and 11 are widened by the guide elongated holes 16 and 17 in both the locking members 10 and 11, and when the distance φ becomes larger than the diameter of the peak portion of the bolt 5, Both panels 50 and 60 can be separated by removing the bolt 5.
[0036]
Also in this separation operation, it is not necessary to rotate the nut 1 as in the prior art, and the separation operation can be performed easily.
[0037]
In addition, in the said Example, although it is the example which uses the volt | bolt 5 which has the helical thread groove 5a, as shown in FIG. 10, this volt | bolt 5 is not a spiral groove on the outer periphery, but the ring-shaped groove | channel 5c. The connecting rod 5A may be formed, and the thread grooves 10a and 11a of the locking members 10 and 11 may be non-inclined grooves 10c and 11c fitted into the ring-shaped groove 5c.
[0038]
Furthermore, in the said Example, although the connecting rod 5A which has the volt | bolt 5 which has the screw groove 5a, and the ring groove 5c was used, as shown in FIG. 11, the connection of the round bar shape which does not have an uneven surface in the axial direction as shown in FIG. A rod 5B or a connecting rod 5C having a square bar shape as shown in FIG. 12 may be used. Even in the case of such non-concave surface connecting rods 5B and 5C, the concave and convex surfaces can be formed into the connecting rods by forming the inner surfaces of both locking members 10 and 11 as pointed uneven surfaces as described above. The same connection as described above is possible by biting into 5B and 5C. In addition, when using the square bar-shaped connecting rod 5C as shown in FIG. 12, without making the inner surface of both the locking members 10 and 11 into an arc in FIG. 6 (c) or FIG. 10 (c), The uneven surface is a straight line in the vertical direction.
[0039]
Further, as shown in FIG. 13, the flat surface 10d parallel to the axis of the bolt insertion hole is formed without forming the inner side surfaces of the locking members 10 and 11 on the concave / convex surface formed of a screw groove as described above. , 11d. In this case, by using the bolt 5 or the connecting rod 5A as described above, the crest of the thread groove 5a or the crest of the ring groove 5c bites into the flat surfaces 10d and 11d of the both locking members 10 and 11. The connection can be made in the same manner as in the previous embodiment.
[0040]
Moreover, in the said Example, although the bolt insertion hole 40 of the nut 1 was penetrated in the front-back direction of the nut 1, the rear part of this bolt insertion hole 40 may be obstruct | occluded.
[0041]
Further, the nut 1 of the present invention is not limited to the panel connection as described above, but can be used for connection of other parts.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, since the nut of the present invention can be connected to a bolt or a connecting rod such as a round bar or a square bar having an uneven portion on the outer periphery without rotating, it is rotated and connected as before. Connection work is easier than nuts.
[0043]
Furthermore, when the nut of the present invention is screwed into a bolt, the nut can be inserted even if a part of the screw of the bolt is damaged.
[0044]
Furthermore, since the nut of the present invention has two locking members arranged opposite to each other on one plane, the nut has a plate-like shape as compared with the conventional arrangement in which the grooved segments are arranged all around. Can be formed thinly. Therefore, it is effective for connection in a narrow place.
[0045]
Furthermore, since most of the components can be formed of flat plates, the components can be manufactured by pressing or forging, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0046]
According to the invention of claim 5, the connected nut can be easily removed without rotating.
