平板状培地が収容される凹部およびその凹部を取り囲む枠部を有し、その枠部の外周側面に外向きに突き出た係合突出部が一体に形設された本体部と、
可撓性材料により前記本体部の枠部に嵌脱自在に外嵌する形状に形成され、前記本体部の、前記係合突出部が設けられた側辺と隣り合う一側辺に、前記枠部に対して開閉可能に蝶着され、内周側面に前記係合突出部が嵌入する係合凹部が形設され、周縁部が前記係合突出部に係合して本体部に対し開放された状態で保持可能であり、かつ、前記係合凹部に前記係合突出部が嵌合して本体部に対し閉塞された状態で保持可能である蓋部と、
