【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、赤ちゃんの使用するベビーベッドや、幼児が使用できるチャイルドベッドや、小学生（低・中学年）が使用できるジュニアベッドを組み立てられるベッドユニットに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来からベビーベッドにも各種のものがあり、赤ちゃんがいる多くの家庭で使用されている。また、最近では不要になったベビーベッドをラックやベンチ等に組み替えて使用できるようにしたものも開発されている。

また、赤ちゃんは、成長するにつれて背丈も伸び、幼児や小学生になる頃には背丈や横幅も大きくなり体重も増えていく。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように赤ちゃんから幼児、子供（小学生）へと成長していくにつれて、もはや従来のベビーベッドでは使用困難となり、殆ど使用されなくなる。また、従来のベビーベッドでは、幼児や小学生でも使用できる大きさのベッドに組み替える、といったことはできなかった。

本発明は前記のような点に鑑みて開発されたものであり、その目的とするところは、ベビーベッドをサイズの大きなチャイルドベッド、或いはジュニアベッドに組み替えて、赤ちゃんのときから幼児まで、或いは小学生（低・中学年）位まで使用することができ、更にチャイルドベッドやジュニアベッドに組み替えて使用した場合でも、体重の重くなった子供の重さでベッドの中央が撓むといったことのないチャイルドベッド、ジュニアベッドを組み立てることができるベッドユニットを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで、本発明は前記の目的を有効に達成するために、次のような構成にしてある。すなわち、請求項１記載の本発明のベッドユニットは、左妻枠（３）及び右妻枠（４）と、後枠（５）と、開閉自在な扉（６ｃ）を備えた前枠（６）と、一対の支持脚部材（７ａ、７ｂ）と、長さの異なる複数の床板（８、８ａ、８ｂ、８ｃ、８ｄ）と、二対の長い支持杆（９ａ、９ａ、９ｂ、９ｂ）と、一対の短い支持杆（１０ａ、１０ｂ）と、補強部材（１１）とを少なくとも備え、前記左妻枠（３）と右妻枠（４）と後枠（５）及び前枠（６）とによってベビーベッド枠（１２）を組み立て、このベビーベッド枠（１２）の中に床板（８）を設けるとともにこの床板（８）の下方に複数の床板（８ａ、８ｂ、８ｃ、８ｄ）のいずれかを棚板として取り付けることによって、この棚板に前記前枠（６）の扉（６ｃ）を介してアクセス可能なベビーベッド（１）を組み立てでき、かつ、このベビーベッド（１）を左妻枠（３）と右妻枠（４）と後枠（５）と前枠（６）と床板（８）及び棚板とに分解し、前記一対の長い支持杆（９ａ、９ｂ）と一対の短い支持杆（１０ａ、１０ｂ）とを各支持脚部材（７ａ、７ｂ）を介して長手方向に連結するか、叉は、前記二対の長い支持杆（９ａ、９ａ、９ｂ、９ｂ）を各支持脚部材（７ａ、７ｂ）を介して長手方向に連結するかをし、長さの異なるＴ字状の各一対の支持枠（１７ａ、１７ｂ）を選択的に組み立て、前記分解した左妻枠（３）並びに右妻枠（４）を横転させ、選択的に組み立てた前記Ｔ字状の一対の支持枠（１７ａ、１７ｂ）と補強部材（１１）と横転させた前記左妻枠（３）及び右妻枠（４）とによってチャイルドベッド枠（２１）叉はジュニアベッド枠（１８）を組み立て、このチャイルドベッド枠（２１）叉はジュニアベッド枠（１８）の中に前記棚板として使用した床板を含む複数の床板（８ａ、８ｂ、８ｃ、８ｄ）を組み合わせて載置して、前記ベビーベッド（１）より大きく、大きさの異なるチャイルドベッド（２０）叉はジュニアベッド（２）を選択的に組み立てできることを特徴とする構成である。

請求項２記載の本発明のベッドユニットは、左妻枠（３）及び右妻枠（４）と、後枠（５）と、開閉自在な扉（６ｃ）を備えた前枠（６）と、一対の支持脚部材（７ａ、７ｂ）と、長さの異なる複数の床板（８、８ａ、８ｂ、８ｄ）と、一対の長い支持杆（９ａ、９ｂ）と、一対の短い支持杆（１０ａ、１０ｂ）と、補強部材（１１）とを少なくとも備え、前記左妻枠（３）と右妻枠（４）と後枠（５）及び前枠（６）とによってベビーベッド枠（１２）を組み立て、このベビーベッド枠（１２）の中に床板（８）を設けるとともにこの床板（８）の下方に複数の床板（８ａ、８ｂ、８ｄ）のいずれかを棚板として取り付けることによって、この棚板に前記前枠（６）の扉（６ｃ）を介してアクセス可能なベビーベッド１を組み立てでき、かつ、このベビーベッド（１）を左妻枠（３）と右妻枠（４）と後枠（５）と前枠（６）と床板（８）及び棚板とに分解し、前記一対の長い支持杆（９ａ、９ｂ）と一対の短い支持杆（１０ａ、１０ｂ）を、各支持脚部材（７ａ、７ｂ）を介して長手方向に連結しＴ字状の一対の支持枠（１７ａ、１７ｂ）を組み立て、前記分解した左妻枠（３）並びに右妻枠（４）を横転させ、前記Ｔ字状の一対の支持枠（１７ａ、１７ｂ）と補強部材（１１）と横転させた前記左妻枠（３）及び右妻枠（４）とによってチャイルドベッド枠（２１）を組み立て、このチャイルドベッド枠（２１）の中に前記棚板として使用した床板を含む複数の床板（８ａ、８ｂ、８ｄ）を載置して、前記ベビーベッド（１）より大きなチャイルドベッド（２０）を組み立てできることを特徴とする構成である。

請求項４記載の本発明のベッドユニットは、左妻枠（３）及び右妻枠（４）と、後枠（５）と、開閉自在な扉（６ｃ）を備えた前枠（６）と、一対の支持脚部材（７ａ、７ｂ）と、長さの異なる複数の床板（８、８ａ、８ｂ、８ｃ、８ｄ）と、二対の長い支持杆（９ａ、９ａ、９ｂ、９ｂ）と、一対の短い支持杆（１０ａ、１０ｂ）と、補強部材（１１）とを少なくとも備え、前記左妻枠（３）と右妻枠（４）と後枠（５）及び前枠（６）とによってベビーベッド枠（１２）を組み立て、このベビーベッド枠（１２）の中に床板（８）を設けるとともにこの床板（８）の下方に複数の床板（８ａ、８ｂ、８ｃ、８ｄ）のいずれかを棚板として取り付けることによって、この棚板に前記前枠（６）の扉（６ｃ）を介してアクセス可能なベビーベッド１を組み立てでき、かつ、このベビーベッド（１）を左妻枠（３）と右妻枠（４）と後枠（５）と前枠（６）及び床板（８）及び棚板とに分解し、前記一対の長い支持杆（９ａ、９ｂ）と一対の短い支持杆（１０ａ、１０ｂ）とを各支持脚部材（７ａ、７ｂ）を介して長手方向に連結するか、叉は、前記二対の長い支持杆（９ａ、９ａ、９ｂ、９ｂ）を各支持脚部材（７ａ、７ｂ）を介して長手方向に連結するかをし、長さの異なるＴ字状の各一対の支持枠（１７ａ、１７ｂ）を選択的に組み立て、選択的に組み立てた前記Ｔ字状の一対の支持枠（１７ａ、１７ｂ）と補強部材（１１）と左妻枠（３）及び右妻枠（４）とによってチャイルドベッド枠（２１）叉はジュニアベッド枠（１８）を組み立て、このチャイルドベッド枠（２１）叉はジュニアベッド枠（１８）の中に前記棚板として使用した床板を含む複数の床板（８ａ、８ｂ、８ｃ、８ｄ）を組み合わせて載置して、前記ベビーベッド（１）より大きく、大きさの異なるチャイルドベッド（２０）叉はジュニアベッド（２）を選択的に組み立てできることを特徴とする構成である。

請求項５記載の本発明のベッドユニットは、左妻枠（３）及び右妻枠（４）と、後枠（５）と、開閉自在な扉（６ｃ）を備えた前枠（６）と、一対の支持脚部材（７ａ、７ｂ）と、長さの異なる複数の床板（８、８ａ、８ｂ、８ｄ）と、一対の長い支持杆（９ａ、９ｂ）と、一対の短い支持杆（１０ａ、１０ｂ）と、補強部材（１１）とを少なくとも備え、前記左妻枠（３）と右妻枠（４）と後枠（５）及び前枠（６）とによってベビーベッド枠（１２）を組み立て、このベビーベッド枠（１２）の中に床板（８）を設けるとともにこの床板（８）の下方に複数の床板（８ａ、８ｂ、８ｄ）のいずれかを棚板として取り付けることによって、この棚板に前記前枠（６）の扉（６ｃ）を介してアクセス可能なベビーベッド１を組み立てでき、かつ、このベビーベッド（１）を左妻枠（３）と右妻枠（４）と後枠（５）と前枠（６）と床板（８）及び棚板とに分解し、前記一対の長い支持杆（９ａ、９ｂ）と一対の短い支持杆（１０ａ、１０ｂ）を、各支持脚部材（７ａ、７ｂ）を介して長手方向に連結しＴ字状の一対の支持枠（１７ａ、１７ｂ）を組み立て、前記Ｔ字状の一対の支持枠（１７ａ、１７ｂ）と補強部材（１１）と左妻枠（３）及び右妻枠（４）とによってチャイルドベッド枠（２１）を組み立て、このチャイルドベッド枠（２１）の中に前記棚板として使用した床板を含む複数の床板（８ａ、８ｂ、８ｄ）を載置して、前記ベビーベッド（１）より大きなチャイルドベッド（２０）を組み立てできることを特徴とする構成である。

請求項６記載の本発明のベッドユニットは、左妻枠（３）及び右妻枠（４）と、後枠（５）と、開閉自在な扉（６ｃ）を備えた前枠（６）と、一対の支持脚部材（７ａ、７ｂ）と、長さの異なる複数の床板（８、８ａ〜８ｃ）と、二対の長い支持杆（９ａ、９ａ、９ｂ、９ｂ）と、補強部材（１１）とを少なくとも備え、前記左妻枠（３）と右妻枠（４）と後枠（５）及び前枠（６）とによってベビーベッド枠（１２）を組み立て、このベビーベッド枠（１２）の中に床板（８）を設けるとともにこの床板（８）の下方に複数の床板（８ａ〜８ｃ）のいずれかを棚板として取り付けることによってこの棚板に前記前枠（６）の扉（６ｃ）を介してアクセス可能なベビーベッド（１）を組み立てでき、かつ、このベビーベッド（１）を左妻枠（３）と右妻枠（４）と後枠（５）と前枠（６）及び床板（８）及び棚板とに分解し、前記各一対の長い支持杆（９ａ、９ａ及び９ｂ、９ｂ）を、各支持脚部材（７ａ、７ｂ）を介して長手方向に連結しＴ字状の一対の支持枠（１７ａ、１７ｂ）を組み立て、前記Ｔ字状の一対の支持枠（１７ａ、１７ｂ）と補強部材（１１）と左妻枠（３）及び右妻枠（４）とによってジュニアベッド枠（１８）を組み立て、このジュニアベッド枠（１８）の中に前記棚板として使用した床板を含む複数の床板（８ａ〜８ｃ）を載置して、前記ベビーベッド（１）より大きなジュニアベッド（２）を組み立てできることを特徴とする構成である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について説明する。
図１〜図４は本発明に係る1例のベッドユニットに関する図であり、図１は本発明に係るベッドユニットによって組み立てたベビーベッド１の斜視図であり、図２はベビーベッド１を分解してジュニアベッド２（図４参照）（叉はチャイルドベッド）を組み立てる場合の説明図であり、図３はジュニアベッド２（叉はチャイルドベッド）を組み立てるときに使用する部材の斜視図であり、図4はジュニアベッド２の斜視図である。尚、便宜上、後述する他の例で示したチャイルドベッド２０を示す図８を参照してこのベッドユニットを以下に説明する。

このベッドユニットは、図１〜図２に示すように長方形状の左妻枠３及び右妻枠４と、後枠５と、上部前枠６ａ及び下部前枠６ｂからなる前枠６と、一対の支持脚部材７ａ、７ｂと、複数の床板８、８ａ、８ｂ、８ｃと、二対の長い支持杆９ａ、９ｂと、一対の短い支持杆１０ａ、１０ｂ及び補強部材１１、更に４個のキャスター１３及び床板用の支持杆（図示せず）を備えている。

前記のベッドユニットの所定の部材によってベビーベッド１を組み立てる場合は、前記左妻枠３と右妻枠４と後枠５及び前枠６とによって図示のような長方形状のベビーベッド枠１２（図１参照）を組み立て、このベッド枠１２の中の略中間位置に、水平に床板８を設けることによって分解可能なベビーベッド１を組み立てることができる。また、ベビーベッド１の四隅の底部にはそれぞれキャスター１３を設けて、ベビーベッド１を簡単に移動させることができるようにするとよい。

前記のベビーベッド１の対峙する左妻枠３と右妻枠４との前枠６側の内側には、それぞれ縦溝１４が形成してあり、左妻枠３並びに右妻枠４の各縦溝１４（片方図示せず）に上部前枠６ａの両側部を係合させ、この上部前枠６ａを上下に移動させることができるようにしてある。上部前枠６ａを左妻枠３と右妻枠４との上半分の位置に位置させた場合は、固定ピン２３で上部前枠６ａを両妻枠３、４に固定することができる。

また、左妻枠３並びに右妻枠４の各短辺枠部１５には、中央部より少し片方に寄った位置に２個の孔１６が設けてある。この孔１６は、ベビーベッド１をチャイルドベッド２０（図８参照）叉はジュニアベッド２に組み替えるときに、ネジを挿入して支持杆９ａ、９ｂ叉は支持杆１０ａ、１０ｂと、左妻枠３並びに右妻枠４とを連結するときに使用するために形成されている。

赤ちゃんが成長して前記ベビーベッド１が不要になってきた場合には、ベビーベッド１を分解するとともに、他の部材と組み合わせて、幼児が使用できるチャイルドベッド２０（図８参照）、または小学生（低・中学年）が使用できるジュニアベッド２（図４参照）に組み替えることができる。

すなわち、ベビーベッド１を一旦分解し、二対の長い支持杆９ａ、９ｂ、叉は一対の長い支持杆９ａ（叉は９ｂ）と１対の短い支持杆１０ａ、１０ｂをそれぞれ支持脚部材７ａ、７ｂを介して長手方向に連結しＴ字状の２対（２組）の支持枠１７ａ、１７ｂを組み立てる。

次に図２に示すようにベビーベッド１を分解した左妻枠３並びに右妻枠４を横転させて、前記Ｔ字状の２組の支持枠１７ａ、１７ｂと左妻枠３及び右妻枠４とによって矩形状のチャイルドベッド枠２１（図８参照）叉はジュニアベッド枠１８（図４参照）を組み立てる。チャイルドベッド枠２１叉はジュニアベッド枠１８を構成する支持杆９ａ、９ｂ及び支持杆１０ａ、１０ｂの内面側には、長手方向に沿って床板８ａ、８ｂ、８ｄ叉は床板８ａ〜８ｃを載置するための支持杆（図示せず）が設けてある。

このチャイルドベッド枠２１叉はジュニアベッド枠１８の中に複数の床板８ａ、８ｂ、８ｄ叉は床板８ａ〜８ｃを設けることによって、前記ベビーベッド１より大きくて、大きさの異なる２組のチャイルドベッド２０（図８参照）叉はジュニアベッド２（図４参照）を選択的に組み立てることができる。

チャイルドベッド２０は、一対の長い支持杆９ａ、９ｂと１対の短い支持杆１０ａ、１０ｂとを使用して支持枠１７ａ、１７ｂを組み立てた場合の長さの短い例えば床板長さ１５０ｃｍのベッドである。またジュニアベッド２は、二対の長い支持杆９ａ、９ｂを使用して支持枠１７ａ、１７ｂを組み立てた場合の長さの最も長い例えば床板長さ１８０ｃｍのベッドである。

ベビーベッド１を前記のようなチャイルドベッド２０（図８参照）叉はジュニアベッド２（図４参照）に組み替えることによって、本発明に係るベッドユニットは、赤ちゃんのときから幼児まで、或いは赤ちゃんのときから幼児や小学生（低・中学年）位までの長い期間、大きさの異なるベッドとして使用することができる。

また、ジュニアベッド２（叉はチャイルドベッド２０）に組み替えた場合に、連結する支持杆９ａ、９ａ及び９ｂ、９ｂ（叉は１０ａ、１０ｂ）の連結部分を支持脚部材７ａ、７ｂで連結するため、ジュニアベッド２（叉はチャイルドベッド２０）の中央箇所叉は略中央箇所の両側を支持脚部材７ａ、７ｂで支持することになり、大きくなった子供（叉は幼児）が使用しても中央部分で撓んだりすることもなく安心して使用できる。

次に図５〜図８は、本発明に係る他の例のベッドユニットに関する図であり、図５はベッドユニットによって組み立てたベビーベッド１の斜視図であり、図６はベビーベッド１を分解してチャイルドベッド２０（図８参照）を組み立てる場合の説明図であり、図７はチャイルドベッド２０を組み立てるときに使用する部材の斜視図であり、図８はチャイルドベッド２０の斜視図である。尚、前記した図１〜図４に示す構成と同様の構成については、同一符号を付して詳細な説明を省略する。

このベッドユニットは、長方形状の左妻枠３及び右妻枠４と、後枠５と、上部前枠６ａ及び下部前枠６ｂからなる前枠６と、一対の支持脚部材７ａ、７ｂ（図６、図７参照）と、複数の床板８、８ｄ、８ｂ、８ｃと、一対の長い支持杆９ａ、９ｂと、一対の短い支持杆１０ａ、１０ｂ及び補強部材１１、更に４個のキャスター１３及び支持杆（図示せず）を備えている。

図５に示すベビーベッド１を組み立てる場合は、図１に示すベビーベッド１の組み立てと同様であり説明を省略する。

そしてベビーベッド１を分解してチャイルドベッド２０に組み替える場合は、ベビーベッド１を分解し、長い支持杆９ａ（９ｂ）と短い支持杆１０ａ（１０ｂ）とを、それぞれ支持脚部材７ａ、７ｂを介して長手方向にＴ字状に連結し、一対の支持枠１７ａ、１７ｂを組み立てる。

次に前記ベビーベッド１を分解した左妻枠３並びに右妻枠４を横転させて、前記Ｔ字状の一対の支持枠１７ａ、１７ｂと左妻枠３及び右妻枠４とによって矩形状のチャイルドベッド枠２１を組み立てる。チャイルドベッド枠２１を構成する支持杆９ａ、９ｂ及び支持杆１０ａ、１０ｂの内面には、長手方向に沿って床板８ｄ、８ｂ、８ｃを載置するための支持杆（図示せず）が設けられている。

このチャイルドベッド枠２１の中に複数の床板８ｄ、８ｂ、８ｃを設けることによって、前記ベビーベッド１より大きなチャイルドベッド２０を組み立てできる。このチャイルドベッド２０は、例えば床板長さ１５０ｃｍである。

このベッドユニットの場合も、赤ちゃんのときから幼児までの長い期間、ベッドとして使用することができる。また、このチャイルドベッド２０も支持脚部材７ａ、７ｂによって支持されるため、使用中の撓みが防止され、安心して幼児を寝かすことができる。

図９〜図１２は、本発明の他の構成のベッドユニットによってベビーベッド１、チャイルドベッド２０（図１２参照）、ジュニアベッド２（図１１参照）を選択的に組み立てられる場合を説明する図である。すなわち、図９は幅広に形成した左妻枠３並びに右妻枠４によって組み立てられたベビーベッド１の斜視図であり、図１０は図９のベビーベッド１を分解してジュニアベッド２叉はチャイルドベッド２０を組み立てる場合の説明図であり、図１１は幅広に形成した左妻枠並びに右妻枠を使用して組み立てた他の例のジュニアベッド２の斜視図であり、図１２は幅広な左妻枠並びに右妻枠を使用して組み立てた他の例のチャイルドベッド２０の斜視図である。

尚、本発明に係るベッドユニットによって組み立てられる図９〜図１２に示す例のベビーベッド１、ジュニアベッド２、チャイルドベッド２０の構成,組み立て方法については、前記した例と殆ど同じであり、同一の構成部分については同一符号を付して説明を省略し、異なる点について以下に説明する。

この場合のベッドユニットは、前記したベッドユニットの構成部品と殆ど同じである。しかし、左妻枠３並びに右妻枠４の幅Ｗ（図９参照）は、前記した例のベッドユニットの左妻枠３並びに右妻枠４（図１参照）の幅と比べ幅広であり、チャイルドベッド２０叉は／及びジュニアベッド２を組み立てるときに、左妻枠３並びに右妻枠４を横倒しにして使用することなく、ベビーベッド１を組み立てる場合と同様に立てた状態で組み立てることができる。すなわち、左妻枠３並びに右妻枠４の幅Ｗが、ベビーベッド１を組み立てたときに対峙する後枠５と前枠６との両外面２２ａ、２２ｂ間の間隔より大である。そのため、図示の例では、左妻枠３並びに右妻枠４の両側の縦枠部材１９の幅は、図１に示す例より広く構成してある。

また、この左妻枠３並びに右妻枠４の各縦枠部材１９の下端寄り叉は中間部には、２個の孔１６が設けてある。この孔１６は、左妻枠３並びに右妻枠４をチャイルドベッド２０（図１２参照）叉はジュニアベッド２（図１１参照）に組み替えるときに、ネジを挿入して支持杆９ａ、９ｂ及び支持杆１０ａ、１０ｂと、左妻枠３並びに右妻枠４とを連結するときに使用する。
