Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a container for storing, storing, transporting and the like of various storage bodies including beverage cans.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a transport container containing a large number of cans for alcoholic beverages such as beer and soft drinks such as juice, coffee and tea has been formed of a rectangular parallelepiped cardboard box. When taking out the beverage can, for example, the transport container is placed vertically, the upper surface is opened, and the can is taken out as an opening. Cardboard boxes have the advantage of being light and inexpensive, but they are difficult to use repeatedly because of their low strength and weakness to water.
However, in recent years, because of demands for environmental protection, resource saving, and the like, a transport container made of synthetic resin that can be used repeatedly instead of a cardboard box that is discarded after a single use has been introduced.
An example of this type of transport container is disclosed in JP-A-9-104469. This storage container has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and when it is placed vertically, an opening is formed on the upper surface, and the stored object holding member is opened and closed with respect to this opening, so that cans and the like can be easily taken in and out. There is. Further, the holding member is held in the closed position by using the engaging piece provided in the opening as a holding means.
When the storage container is emptied, the top plate and the bottom plate are directly connected to each other by folding the two plates that are connected to the top plate and the bottom plate with hinges between the top plate and the bottom plate. It can be folded until it touches.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, this storage container has a drawback that the structure is complicated and the number of parts is high, so that the manufacturing cost is high, and it takes time to open and close the opening by the stored object holding member. Furthermore, it is said that the storage container can be folded after the beverage can is taken out, but only the plate-like body in the gap between the top plate and the bottom plate is folded, until the U-shaped top plate and the bottom plate abut. Can only be folded. Therefore, it becomes bulky by the thickness of the top plate and the bottom plate, so that sufficient space saving cannot be achieved. If these are laminated, the occupied space becomes very large, and there is a disadvantage that the storage and transport costs increase.
In view of such circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a container that is simple in structure and handling and that can occupy a sufficiently small volume when not in use.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The container according to the present invention has two plate-like parts that are supported at one end and are opposed to each other and sandwich the storage body, and are held on the other end side of the two plate-like parts to sandwich the storage body and the plate-like part. A holding portion that is movable in one end direction along at least one of the two plate-like portions, and is rotatable in a direction in which the other end contacts each other . One end side opening for inserting another container having the other ends of the two plate-like portions approaching or abutting each other is provided .
When storing the storage body in the container, the storage body is sandwiched between the two plate-shaped portions, and the two plate-shaped portions are held by the holding portion to prevent the internal storage body from being sandwiched and dropped. it can. Moreover, after the storage body is taken out, the volume of the container can be reduced by rotating the two plate-like portions in the direction in which they are in contact with each other on the other end side, and the occupied space can be reduced.
[0005]
In addition, the holding part is moved in the direction of one end of the two plate-like parts, and the other end of the two plate-like parts is inclined so as to approach or contact each other, and from the other end side to the one end side opening of another container. A number of containers can be stacked by sequentially inserting the containers into the same shape and inserting them from one end side opening. By miniaturizing and stacking the containers in this way, the occupied space becomes very small, storage and transportation are easy, and costs can be reduced.
One end of the plate-like portion may be supported by another holding portion so as to be rotatable.
The holding body can be clamped via the plate-like part between another holding part that fixedly supports one end of the plate-like part and a movable holding part that holds the other end of the plate-like part. By changing the gap between the two plate-like parts instead of the part, it is possible to produce a container that can accommodate storage bodies having different heights.
Moreover, the latching member which prevents that the storage body clamped inside falls off may be provided in the opening part of the one end side of a plate-shaped part so that rotation is possible.
In addition to preventing the container housed in the container from dropping out by the locking member, the locking member is locked when another container with the other end side approached is inserted from the opening on the one end side for stacking. Since the member rotates and escapes into the container, there is no hindrance to insertion.
[0006]
Moreover, the opening wall part which can be rotated outside may be provided in the other end side of the plate-shaped part.
When a storage body such as a can is stored in or taken out of the container, the storage body can be smoothly stored and taken out by moving the holding portion from the other end side to the one end side to open the opening wall.
Moreover, the engaging part which latches a holding | maintenance part by the other end of a plate-shaped part may be provided in the plate-shaped part.
After the two plate-like parts are held substantially in parallel and the container is housed in the container, the holding part is brought to the other end of the plate-like part and locked by the engaging part at that position. The body can be fixed in the container and reliably prevented from falling off.
The holding portion may be formed in a frame-like portion that surrounds the entire circumference of the two plate-like portions, or a substantially U-shape that movably connects only both sides including the gap between the two plate-like portions. A pair of frame portions may be used. In any case, the holding body can be held by suppressing the rotation of the other end side of the two plate-like parts in the opening direction by the holding part.
[0007]

For example, plate-like locking members 9 and 9 are rotatably attached to the second shaft portions 8 and 8 so as to block a part of the opening 7 on the one end side. the locking member 9 is biased in a direction to close the outer that opening at one end 7 of the one end side opening 7.
At one end opening 7 and projecting to the outside by the stopper portion 4a faces the first holding portion 4 of the second shaft portion 8, opening at one end in this that the locking members 9 abut 7 , locking members 9, 9 project oppositely. The gap between the opposing locking members 9 and 9 is preferably smaller than the outer diameter of the can K so that the can K does not jump out of the opening 7 on the one end side .
Further, the other end side regions in the longitudinal direction of the pair of plate-like portions 2A and 2B respectively form opening wall portions 11 and 11 that can turn outward, and the pair of opening wall portions 11 and 11 are opened outward. The opening 10 is configured so that the can K can be easily inserted and removed in the state.
[0009]
Further, a second holding part 12 forming a frame-like part having substantially the same shape as the first holding part 4 is mounted on the outer peripheral side of the pair of plate-like parts 2A and 2B, and the second holding part 12 is a pair of plate-like parts. It can slide between the other end side and the first holding part 4 on one end side along the longitudinal direction of the parts 2A and 2B. Further, stoppers 13 and 13 are formed at the other end edges of the pair of plate-like portions 2A and 2B so as to protrude outward in a direction substantially perpendicular to the plate-like portions 2A and 2B in order to prevent the second holding portion 12 from being detached. Yes.
In addition, the first projecting portion 14 and the second projecting portion 15 are formed on the other end side of the pair of plate-like portions 2A and 2B as projecting portions. As shown in FIG. 1, the first projecting portion 14 locks the second holding portion 12 at a position where it reaches the other end edges of the pair of plate-like portions 2 </ b> A and 2 </ b> B. As shown in FIG. 2, the second holding portion 12 is locked so as not to move further to the first holding portion 4 side at a position allowing the opening operation of the opening wall portions 11, 11 of the pair of plate-like portions 2A, 2B. To do.
When the second holding portion 12 slides, the second holding portion 12 moves over the first and second protruding portions 14 and 15, but the second protruding portion 15 may not be provided.
In addition, the one end side of plate-shaped part 2A, 2B means the 1st holding | maintenance part 4 side, and the other end side means the stopper 13 side.
[0010]
The transport container 1 according to the present embodiment has the above-described configuration. Next, a method for storing and taking out the can K and a stacking method for the transport container 1 will be described.
First, in order to accommodate the can K in the empty transport container 1, the second holding part 12 is slid along the pair of plate-like parts 2A and 2B to the first holding part 4 side, and at least shown in FIG. The second projection 15 is moved until it is locked. Or you may make it slide to the position contact | abutted to the 1st holding | maintenance part 4. FIG.
If the canisters K are sequentially packed from the opening 10 into the transport container 1 with the opening walls 11 and 11 of the plate-like parts 2A and 2B being rotated outward to form the opening 10 in the transport container 1 Good. At this time, the can K has its upper and lower surfaces in contact with the inner surfaces of the plate-like portions 2A and 2B, for example, in the lateral direction (short sides of the plate-like portions 2A and 2B) as shown in FIGS. Packing is performed so that six pieces are stacked in the vertical direction (long sides of the plate-like portions 2A and 2B).
When the stuffing is completed, the second holding portion 12 is moved until it comes into contact with the stoppers 13 and 13 at the other ends of the plate-like portions 2A and 2B and is locked by the first protrusion 14 (see FIGS. 1 and 3). In this state, the can K is pressed and securely held in the transport container 1 by the pair of plate-like portions 2A and 2B, and the side portions 3 and 3 and the locking member 9 are used to hold both the plate-like portions 2A and 2B. It can be prevented from falling off the gap c, and is used for storage and transportation.
When taking out the can K, the reverse of the can K filling procedure described above may be performed. In particular, if the first holding portion 4 is placed vertically with the lower surface open, the upper opening wall portions 11 and 11 are opened, and the can K can be taken out from the opening 10.
[0011]
Next, the lamination method of the transport container 1 after taking out the can K is demonstrated.
First, the second holding part 12 located on the other end side of the pair of plate-like parts 2A and 2B is moved to one end side to a position where it abuts on the first holding part 4 as shown in FIG. Next, the pair of plate-like portions 2A and 2B are rotated inward to the position where the opening wall portions 11 and 11 on the other end side contact each other around the first shaft portions 5 and 5.
When the other end side of the other transport container 1 folded in the same state is inserted from the one end side opening 7 of the first holding part 4 in the transport container 1 in this state, as shown in FIGS. The pair of locking members 9, 9 projecting from the opening 7 is pushed and pivoted inward about the second shafts 8, 8. As a result, the other transport container 1 is pushed into the other transport container 1 and held in a fitted state. In this state, the first holding part 4 of the other transport container 1 comes into contact with the second holding part 12 of one transport container 1 and is nested in a close contact state.
Thereafter, the other end side of the other transport container 1 is fitted into the opening 7 on the one end side of the other transport container 1, and nesting is sequentially performed.
In this way, a large number of transport containers 1 can be stacked in close contact with each other, and the occupied space is extremely small.
[0012]
As described above, the transport container 1 according to the present embodiment can securely store and take out the can K with a simple configuration, and the side portion 3 has three sides in the gap c between the pair of plate-like portions 2A and 2B. Since the locking member 9 is attached to the other surface, the can K can be reliably prevented from falling off. In addition, in a non-use state after the can K is taken out, the other end sides of the plate-like portions 2A and 2B are in contact with each other so that they can be sequentially fitted and nested through the one end side opening portion 7, so that the occupied space is small and compact. It has the effect that it can be stored and transported.
In addition, by replacing the first and second holding portions 4 and 12 with different sizes, the can K that is sandwiched by changing the gap c between the plate-like portions 2A and 2B can be changed to a different size.
[0013]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 7, and the same or similar parts and members as those of the above-described embodiment will be described using the same reference numerals.
In the transport container 20 shown in FIG. 7, the difference from the transport container 1 according to the first embodiment is that a pair of substantially U-shaped pair of second holding parts 12 forming an endless frame-shaped part is used. It is a point comprised by the two holding | maintenance parts 21 and 21. FIG. Therefore, each pair of guide grooves 22 and 22 is formed in the both sides along the longitudinal direction of each plate-like part 2A and 2B.
Each U-shaped second holding portion 21 has guide portions 21a and 21a extending in directions approaching each other at both free ends of the U-shape. Therefore, the guide portions 21a and 21a are fitted between the two plate-like portions 2A and 2B on both sides in the short direction of the pair of plate-like portions 2A and 2B, and the guide grooves 22 and 22 of the two plate-like portions 2A and 2B are fitted. It is slidably inserted in. Therefore, the pair of second holding portions 21 and 21 individually advance and retract along the guide grooves 22 and 22 in the longitudinal direction of the plate-like portions 2A and 2B.
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 7, you may provide the groove | channel or protrusion 24 ... of a partition according to the outer diameter of the can K to accommodate in at least one of plate-shaped part 2A, 2B inner surface. This facilitates regular packing of cans K and facilitates checking the number. A plurality of types of cans K can also be inserted.
Also in this embodiment, the same operational effects as those of the first embodiment are obtained.
[0014]
In the second embodiment, the first holding part 4 on the upper and lower surfaces of the transport container 20 and the pair of second holding parts 21 and 21 are provided with an appropriate number of convex portions 25a such as ribs on one surface. Further, an appropriate number of recesses (not shown) that fit into the protrusions 25a may be provided on the other surface. As a result, when a plurality of transport containers 20 are sequentially stacked, the first and second holding parts 4 and 4 and the second holding parts 21 and 21 of the upper and lower transport containers 20 and 20 that are in contact with each other are unevenly fitted. It is possible to prevent the transport container 20 from collapsing and shifting. This configuration can also be applied to the first and second holding portions 4 and 12 in the first embodiment described above.
[0015]
In each of the above-described embodiments, when the pair of plate-like portions 2A and 2B are folded, the other ends of both plate-like portions 2A and 2B are rotated until they come into contact with each other. The plate-like part 2A may be held in a fixed state by the first holding part 4 and only the other plate-like part 2B may be rotated. Even with such a configuration, the transport containers 1 and 20 can be reliably fitted and stacked to perform nesting.
Moreover, when folding plate-like part 2A, 2B, the opening wall parts 11 and 11 of the other end side do not need to contact | abut, and you may make it laminate | stack in the non-contact state which mutually approached.
Further, there may be no elastic member for urging the locking member 9 toward the one end side opening 7.
In each of the above-described embodiments, one end of the pair of plate-like parts 2A and 2B is supported by the first holding part 4, but the first holding part 4 is not necessarily provided. In this case, one end of the pair of plate-like portions 2A and 2B may be held at a predetermined interval and at least one of the plate-like portions 2A and 2B may be rotatably supported. For example, the two plate-like portions 2A and 2B are rotated. A linear or plate-like connecting member that is movably connected may be provided.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
The container according to the present invention has two plate-like parts that are supported at one end and are opposed to each other and sandwich the storage body, and are held on the other end side of the two plate-like parts to sandwich the storage body and the plate-like part. And a holding portion that is slidable in one end direction, and at least one of the two plate-like portions is rotatable in a direction in which the other end abuts each other, so that it is stored between the two plate-like portions. The body can be sandwiched and held by the holding portion to securely store the internal storage body. Moreover, after the storage body is taken out, the volume of the container and the occupied space can be reduced by rotating the plate-like portions in the direction in which they abut against each other on the other end side.
[0017]
In addition, one end of the two plate-like portions is provided with an opening on one end side for inserting another container with the other end of the two plate-like portions approaching or abutting against each other. Many containers can be stacked by inserting them into the opening at one end of each container, and each container can be miniaturized, and by stacking many containers on each other, the occupied space becomes very small, making it easy to store and transport. Can be reduced.
In addition, a locking member that prevents the storage body sandwiched inside from dropping off is provided at the opening on the one end side of the plate-like portion so that the storage body in the container is externally attached by the locking member. In addition, when inserting another container folded from the opening on one end side, the locking member rotates and escapes to the inside without interfering with the insertion.
[0018]
Moreover, since the opening wall part which can be rotated outside is provided in the other end side of a plate-shaped part, accommodation and taking-out of a storage body can be performed smoothly by opening an opening wall part.
Also, since the plate-like portion is provided with an engaging portion for locking the holding portion at the other end of the plate-like portion, the holding portion is brought to the other end of the plate-like portion and the engaging portion is located at that position. By locking with, it is possible to reliably prevent the storage body accommodated inside the container from dropping off.
