Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2005-20867 JP 2006-6095 A

However, both of the chargers for mobile phones of Patent Documents 1 and 2 have a structure in which the charger body encloses a plurality of dry batteries, and the power terminal of the mobile phone is attached to one end of the charger body in the longitudinal direction. A connector to be connected to is protruded. Therefore, the entire charger becomes large and bulky, and a plurality of dry batteries are accommodated in the charger main body. Therefore, the charger becomes heavy, and it is inconvenient to carry it on a business trip or a trip.

The present invention has been made by paying attention to the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a portable phone charger that is small and light and convenient to carry.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a battery charger for a mobile phone connected to a terminal of a mobile phone. And when the connector main body is fully immersed in the battery box , the total length of the charger is approximately 1 / of the total length of the charger when the battery is stored and the connector portion protrudes. The length is shortened to 2.

A third aspect of the present invention is characterized in that the dry battery box and the connector main body of the first aspect are a synthetic resin molded product, and are fitted and coupled to each other using the elasticity of the synthetic resin.

According to the present invention, when the battery built in the mobile phone is exhausted, it can be charged by connecting to the terminal of the mobile phone. In addition, the charger is small and lightweight, especially when the battery is removed from the battery box, the entire charger becomes more compact than the state in which the battery is stored, and it can be suspended and carried as a strap accessory on a mobile phone. .

Furthermore, since the entire connector body including the connector portion is housed inside the battery box when the dry battery is removed from the dry battery box, the connector portion does not interfere with obstacles when carrying, and the connector portion can be prevented from being damaged. .

Further, since the dry battery box and the connector main body are fitted and coupled to each other by using the elasticity of the synthetic resin, a tightening screw or the like is not required at the time of assembly, and the assembly workability can be improved and the cost can be reduced.

Furthermore, since the finger hook portion of the connector body has a strap hole, the charger can be suspended from the mobile phone without providing a strap hole.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

1 and 2 are perspective views of a charger for a mobile phone, FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a state in which a dry battery is removed from a dry battery box, FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a state in which a connector main body is immersed in the dry battery box, and FIG. FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a state in which a battery charger and a connector body are disassembled, and FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a state in which a charger is suspended as a strap accessory from a mobile phone.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the mobile phone charger 10 includes a dry battery box 11 and a connector body 12. The dry battery box 11 is a molded product integrally formed of a synthetic resin material, and has an opening 13 at one end and is formed in a rectangular shape. The dry battery box 11 has a size that allows the AAA batteries 14 to be inserted in parallel with each other through the opening 13, and the depth thereof is slightly shallower than the length of the AAA batteries 14.

Engagement claws 15 constituting engagement means are provided on the opening 13 side on both front and rear sides of the dry battery box 11 so as to protrude inward. Further, a slit 17 is provided on one side portion of the dry battery box 11 from the opening portion 13 toward the bottom portion 16, and a concave groove 18 is provided on the other side portion from the opening portion 13 toward the bottom portion 16. Further, the bottom portion 16 of the dry cell box 11 is provided with a contact portion 19 formed of a coil spring that contacts the anode and the cathode of the dry cell 14.

The connector main body 12 includes a first member 20 and a second member 22 pivotally supported by a hinge portion 21 with respect to the first member 20. The first and second members 20 and 22 are each integrally formed of a synthetic resin material, and the first member 20 is formed in a rectangular tube shape that can be inserted and removed from the opening 13 inside the dry cell box 11. The second member 22 is also formed in a rectangular tube shape that can be inserted and removed from the opening 13 inside the dry cell box 11. An electric circuit (not shown) is provided inside the second member 22, a contact portion 23 formed of a coil spring that contacts the anode and cathode of the dry battery 14 is provided on the base end surface, and a mobile phone 24 is provided on the front end surface. A connector portion 26 connected to the terminal 25 is provided so as to protrude.

The hinge portion 21 that connects the first and second members 20 and 22 has an annular shape and is formed to have a width that is inserted into the slit 17 of the dry battery box 11, and the connector body 12 protrudes from the dry battery box 11. A finger hook portion 27 is formed. Further, a strap hole 28 is provided in the central portion of the hinge portion 21.

A locking claw 29 is provided at the end of the first member 20 on the side opposite to the hinge portion 21 so as to be elastically deformable in the inner and outer directions of the first member 20, and a second facing the locking claw 29. An engagement hole 30 that can be engaged with and disengaged from the locking claw 29 is provided at the end of the member 22. Then, when the second member 22 is rotated with respect to the first member 20 in the joining direction with the hinge portion 21 as a fulcrum, the locking claw 29 and the engagement hole 30 are engaged with each other, and the first member 20 is engaged. And the second member 22 are integrally coupled. Note that when the locking claw 29 is pushed inward with the fingertip, the engagement between the locking claw 29 and the engagement hole 30 is released.

Further, on both side surfaces of the first member 20 and the second member 22, there are provided fitting grooves 31 corresponding to the engaging claws 15 provided on the inner surface of the dry battery box 11 and fitted with the engaging claws 15. One end of the fitting groove 31 is provided with an engaging step 32 that engages with the engaging claw 15 and regulates the protruding amount of the first member 20 and the second member 22 from the dry battery box 11. The battery box 11 and the connector main body 12 are engaged with each other.

In the battery phone charger 10 configured as described above, when the AAA battery 14 is not housed in the battery box 11, when the connector body 12 is pushed into the battery box 11, the hinge portion 21 is slit. The connector main body 12 is housed inside the dry battery box 11 while sliding in the interior 17 and the engaging claws 15 sliding in the fitting grooves 31. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, in an empty state where the dry battery 14 is not accommodated in the dry battery box 11, the entire connector body 12 including the connector portion 26 is immersed in the dry battery box 11, and is approximately ½ of the total length. To shorten.

In a state where the connector main body 12 is housed inside the dry battery box 11, the connector main body 12 does not accidentally jump out of the dry battery box 11 due to the elastic pressure contact between the outer surface of the connector main body 12 and the inner surface of the dry battery box 11. The connector body 12 is held in a state of being housed in the dry battery box 11. Therefore, the connector part 26 does not protrude from the opening 13 of the dry battery box 11 and interfere with an obstacle, and the mobile phone charger 10 can be carried by being suspended from the mobile phone 24 using the strap hole 28.

When the battery of the mobile phone 24 is exhausted and needs to be charged, the mobile phone charger 10 is removed from the mobile phone 24, the finger is placed on the finger hook 27, and the connector main body is directed toward the opening end of the slit 17. When 12 is pushed out, the connector body 12 protrudes from the opening 13 of the dry battery box 11. At this time, the connector main body 12 protrudes from the dry battery box 11 while the engaging claw 15 slides in the fitting groove 31, but the engaging claw 15 engages with the engaging step portion 32 of the fitting groove 31 and the connector. The protrusion amount of the main body 12 is regulated.

Next, when the locking claw 29 is pushed inward with the fingertip, the engagement between the locking claw 29 and the engagement hole 30 is released, and the second member 22 is moved relative to the first member 20 of the connector main body 12. The hinge portion 21 can be turned as a fulcrum, and the opening of the first member 20 is opened. Therefore, when the two AAA batteries 14 are stored from the opening of the first member 20, the two dry batteries 14 are stored in parallel inside the dry battery box 11. Then, when the second member 22 is rotated with respect to the first member 20 with the hinge portion 21 as a fulcrum to close the opening of the first member 20, the locking claw 29 and the engagement hole 30 are engaged with each other. As a result, the first member 20 and the second member 22 are integrally coupled.

When the two dry batteries 14 are accommodated in the dry battery box 11, the anode and the cathode of the dry battery 14 are brought into contact with the contact portions 19 and 23 and are brought into conduction with the connector portion 26 through an electric circuit. Therefore, by connecting the connector portion 26 to the terminal 25 of the mobile phone 24, the battery built in the mobile phone 24 can be charged.

In this way, when the battery of the mobile phone 24 is exhausted and the internal battery is charged, the dry battery 14 is stored in the dry battery box 11 and the connector portion 26 is connected to the terminal 25 of the mobile phone 24. It is not necessary to carry the charger 10 containing the battery, and only the empty charger 10 may be carried. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, it is small and light, and can be carried as an accessory by hanging the charger 10 on the mobile phone 24. Furthermore, the dry battery box 11 and the connector main body 12 are synthetic resin molded products and are fitted and coupled to each other using the elasticity of the synthetic resin, so that no screws or the like are required during assembly, and the assembly workability is improved. Cost can be reduced.

In addition, in the said embodiment, although the AAA dry battery was demonstrated, it is not limited to the kind of dry battery. Further, the connection of the dry batteries may be either in series or in parallel.
