Claims (4)
- 入力フランジ(1)と出力フランジ(2)とを有し、該入力フランジ(1)と該出力フランジ(2)とが相互に、トルク伝達を目的として、ダイヤフラムパック(6、7a、7b)を介して結合され、1つの入力ダイヤフラムパック(6)が前記入力フランジ(1)と緊締され、並列に接続された2つの出力ダイヤフラムパック(7a、7b)が前記出力フランジ(2)と緊締されており、前記ダイヤフラムパック(6、7a、7b)がクランプリング(9a)によって構成されたクランピングセット(9)によって相互に緊締されており、前記入力ダイヤフラムパック(6)が前記両出力ダイヤフラムパック(7a、7b)の間に配置されている形式のダイヤフラムクラッチにおいて、
(イ)前記入力ダイヤフラムパック(6)が第1のタイプのピン/スリーブ装置(5)を介して前記入力フランジ(1)と緊締されており、
(ロ)前記出力ダイヤフラムパック(7a,7b)が第2のタイプのピン/スリーブ装置(8)を介して、前記出力フランジ(2)と緊締されており、
(ハ)前記両フランジ(1,2)が整合した状態で、前記両タイプのピン/スリーブ装置(5,8)が、共通の直径(DBH)の上で周方向に交互に配置されており、
(ニ)前記入力ダイヤフラムパック(6)が、前記両タイプのピン/スリーブ装置(5,8)の直径(DBH)の上に配置された第1のタイプの透し開口(10)を有し、該第1のタイプの透し開口(10)を通して前記第2のタイプのピン/スリーブ装置(8)が、前記両フランジ(1,2)が整合した状態で、前記入力ダイヤフラムパック(6)に接触することなく軸方向に延在しており、
(ホ)前記出力ダイヤフラムパック(7a,7b)が前記両タイプのピン/スリーブ装置(5,8)の直径(DBH)の上に配置された第2のタイプの透し開口(11)を有し、該第2のタイプの透し開口(11)を前記第1のタイプのピン/スリーブ装置(5)が、前記両フランジ(1,2)が整合した状態で前記出力ダイヤフラムパック(7a,7b)に接触することなく軸方向に延在している
ことを特徴とする、ダイヤフラムクラッチ。 - 前記両タイプの透し開口(10,11)が孔であって、該孔の直径(DD)が個々のピン/スリーブ装置(5,8)の外径(DA)を上回っている、請求項1記載のダイヤフラムクラッチ。
- 前記クランピングセット(9)の軸方向の厚さ(S)が前記両フランジ(1,2)の軸方向の間隔に相応している、請求項1記載のダイヤフラムクラッチ。
- (イ)前記クランピングセット(9)がクランピングセットピン直径(Ds)の上に配置された多数のクランピングセットピン(9b)を有しており、
(ロ)前記両フランジ(1,2)がそれぞれ1つの孔円(3,4)を有し、該孔円(3,4)を介して当該ダイヤフラムクラッチ(0)が前置もしくは後置された機械エレメントに連結可能であり、
(ハ)前記クランピングセットピン直径(Ds)が前記孔円直径(DL)よりも小さく、該孔円直径(DL)が、前記ピン/スリーブ装置(5,8)が配置されている直径(DBH)よりも同様に小さいかもしくは該直径(DBH)と等しい、請求項1記載のダイヤフラムクラッチ。
