Claims (10)
- セパレートストリームターボジェットノズル用のミキサーであって、
前記ミキサーは、長手方向軸(X−X’)に沿って、前記ミキサーを前記ノズルの排出ケーシングに接続する締結シュラウド(10)と、ターボジェットから来るストリームを混合するローブ構造物(20)と、の両方を備え、前記構造物は、前記ミキサーの前記長手方向軸(X−X’)のまわりに円周的に配置されている一連の内側および外側のローブ(22および21)を呈し、
前記ローブ構造物(20)はセラミックマトリックス複合材料から作られ、且つ、前記構造物のローブの少なくともいくつかの間に接続を形成する手段をさらに備え、
前記ローブ構造物(20)の前記内側ローブ(22)の端に近接して留められた補剛リング(30)を含み、
前記補剛リング(30)はボルト接続(40)によって前記内側ローブ(22)に留められ、前記リングは、空力的損失を制限するような方法で各接続(40)を一体化するために、且つ、座屈荷重に対する強さを前記リングに提供するために、ストリームライニング手段をさらに備える、
ことを特徴とするミキサー。 - 前記ローブ構造物(20)は、下記の複合材料すなわち、C/SiC;C/C−SiC;SiC/SiC;および、酸化物/酸化物から選択されるセラミックマトリックス複合材料から作られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のミキサー。
- 前記補剛リング(30)は、金属材料またはセラミックマトリックス複合材料から作られることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のミキサー。
- 前記補剛リング(30)は、前記補剛リング内部に突出する各ボルト接続(40)の部分を一体化するために、それぞれの流線型フェアリング(31)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のミキサー。
- 各ボルト接続(40)は、前記内側ローブから突出する前記ボルト接続の部分(42)を一体化するために前記内側ローブ(22)に配置されている流線型スペーサー(44)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または4に記載のミキサー。
- 前記ローブ構造物(200)は、複数の一緒に組み立てられたセクター(210、220、230)から作られることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
- 前記ローブ構造物は単一片として作られることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
- 前記ミキサーの前記締結シュラウド(10)は金属材料から作られ、前記ローブ構造物(20)は、セラミックマトリックス複合材料から作られ、前記締結シュラウドと前記ローブ構造物との間の異なる膨張を補償するような方法で柔軟な締結タブ(13)を経由して前記締結リングに取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
- 前記締結シュラウド(10)は、前記ターボジェットの燃焼室から来る熱風のストリームを主に受け取る内側シュラウド(12)と、バイパスストリームを主に受け取る外側カバー(11)と、を備え、前記外側カバーは、これら2つの部品の間の異なる膨張を補償するために、柔軟な締結タブ(14)を経由して前記内側シュラウド内に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
- セパレートストリームノズルを有するターボジェットであって、前記ノズルは請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のミキサーに嵌合されていることを特徴とするターボジェット。
