Claims (16)
- 少なくとも一部に正極活物質が塗布された正極集電体のうち前記正極活物質が塗布されていない正極無地部に正極タブが接続されている正極板と,
少なくとも一部に負極活物質が塗布された負極集電体のうち前記負極活物質が塗布されていない負極無地部に負極タブが接続されている負極板と,
前記正極板と前記負極板との間を絶縁させるために介在されたセパレータとを巻き取って形成される電極組立体において,
前記正極タブ,前記負極タブのうちの少なくとも一つに識別表示が付されており、
前記識別表示は、製造工程の履歴を確認することが可能な識別表示であることを特徴とする,電極組立体。 - 前記識別表示は,数字,文字,またはこれらの組み合わせで構成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記識別表示は,図形で構成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記識別表示は,突起,穿孔,またはこれらを組み合わせで構成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記識別表示は,レーザーにより形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記識別表示は,微細打孔により形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記識別表示は,エンボシングにより形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記正極タブは,アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金を用いて形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記正極タブは,前記正極無地部に対して,スポット溶接,レーザー溶接,または超音波溶接により接続されていることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記正極タブは,前記正極無地部に対して,導電性接着剤により接続されていることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記負極タブは,ニッケルまたはニッケル合金を用いて形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記負極タブは,前記負極無地部に対して,スポット溶接,レーザー溶接,または超音波溶接により接続されていることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記負極タブは,前記負極無地部に対して,導電性接着剤により接続されていることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記正極集電体は,アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金を用いて形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記負極集電体は,銅または銅合金を用いて形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の電極組立体と;
前記電極組立体を収容する缶と;
前記缶の上部に結合する缶組立体と;
を含む,リチウム二次電池。
