Description
以上の条件により処理されたウエブ16を実施例1とし、巻き取った後の、ウエブ16の表面に形成されている塗布膜の表面状態を目視による官能検査で評価した。
実施例1に対し、防爆型能動除振動装置を作動させない以外は、同様の条件にして塗布を行った。このときの塗布装置10における最大振動加速度の測定値は、0.4Galであった。その振動に対応する部分のウエブ16(塗布サンプル)の目視検査結果では、塗布膜に細かな塗布ムラが検出された。
比較例1に対し、トラックの積載量を軽くした以外は、同様の条件にして塗布を行った。このときの塗布装置10における最大振動加速度の測定値は、0.3Galであった(比較例1の75%)。その振動に対応する部分のウエブ16(塗布サンプル)の目視検査結果では、比較例1よりは軽微であるが、塗布膜に微細ながら塗布ムラが検出された。
Claims (6)
- 塗布液を供給する塗布液供給手段と、
前記塗布液供給手段より塗布液を供給しながら、前記塗布液供給手段と所定の間隔を隔てた位置で連続的に搬送される帯状支持体に所定膜厚の塗布膜を形成する塗布手段と、
能動除振装置と、
を備え、
前記塗布手段は、前記能動除振装置の上に固定され、
前記能動除振装置のベースの上には、エアアクチュエータを介して荷重受け部が支持され、
前記荷重受け部の上には、加速度を検出可能な第1の加速度センサが固定され、
前記ベースと前記荷重受け部との間には、前記荷重受け部の変位を測定可能な変位センサが設けられ、
前記ベースの上には、前記ベースの振動を検知し、前記荷重受け部が振動する前に予めそれに対応するフィードフォワード制御を行うための、加速度が検出可能な第2の加速度センサが固定され、
前記塗布手段の一次固有周波数が80Hz以上である、
塗布装置。 - 前記能動除振装置が、前記第1の加速度センサと、前記変位センサとで検知した振動成分をフィードバック制御して前記エアアクチュエータを作動させ、能動的に除振を行う装置である請求項1に記載の塗布装置。
- 前記能動除振装置が防爆構造となっている請求項1又は2に記載の塗布装置。
- 前記塗布手段の振動加速度が0.2Gal以下となっている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の塗布装置。
- 前記請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の塗布装置を使用した塗布方法であって、
前記塗布装置が設置される床面の一次固有振動数を10Hz以上とすることを特徴とする塗布方法。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の塗布装置を使用して塗布膜付きウエブを製造する塗布膜付きウエブの製造方法であって、
ウエブを連続的に搬送する工程と、
前記塗布液供給手段により塗布液を供給しながら、前記塗布手段により前記ウエブに所定膜厚の塗布膜を形成する工程と、
前記能動除振装置により、前記第1の加速度センサと、前記変位センサとで検知した振動成分をフィードバック制御して前記エアアクチュエータを作動させ、能動的に除振を行う工程と、
を備えた塗布膜付きウエブの製造方法。
