Claims (4)
- 多年生褐藻類の栽培方法であって、
採苗器に付着させた多年生褐藻類の卵を発生させ、所定の光条件下で培養して藻体へ成長させる第1育苗ステップと、
前記第1育苗ステップで得られた前記藻体を450nm〜550nmの範囲内で設定された波長の促成用光を照射する光条件下で培養して、多年生褐藻類の苗に成長させる第2育苗ステップと
を備え、
前記第1育苗ステップは、
前記採苗器に付着させた前記多年生褐藻類の卵を発生させて前記藻体とする発生ステップと、
前記発生ステップで得られた前記藻体を所定の光条件下で培養して成長させる第1培養ステップと、
前記第1培養ステップで成長された前記藻体をストレス条件下に保持する第2培養ステップと
を含み、
前記第2培養ステップにおける前記ストレス条件は、18℃〜19℃の高水温、1℃〜3℃の低水温、50μmol/m 2 /s以上の高照度、2.5μmol/m 2 /s以下の低照度、硝酸イオンで500ppmのプロパゾリ栄養塩添加の過栄養、24時間明期/0時間暗期の連続照明のいずれかの条件、またはそれらの組合せの条件であることを特徴とする栽培方法。 - 前記第2育苗ステップで得られた前記多年生褐藻類の苗を海中で栽培する海中栽培ステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の栽培方法。
- 前記第2育苗ステップにおいて、前記促成用光として波長500nmの単色光を用いることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の栽培方法。
- 前記第2育苗ステップにおいて、前記藻体の培養に用いられる海水の温度を10℃〜15℃の範囲内の温度に設定することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の栽培方法。
